Hnnn do you ever just find art from a while ago that you just, like, want to redraw now bc your artstyle is very different and your art skills have improved?? And you wanna see and show the progress youve made in the time from between the old piece and the redraw?

Cause i might be doing that??

#never mind the fact that i have like 4 other complex art pieces in the mix that ive been slowly chipping away at #*at my own pace-mind you. im not forcing myself or drawing bc i feel i have to or anything like that. doing these bc i want to #and the reason theyre taking so long is bc im actually taking my time to make them and color them and detail them rather than rush #i had two sanders sides fanart redraws in mind though- one of which is two years old and the other is a year and a half old #the 1 1/2 year old one is that cute logince chapstick comic strip i did and i just felt like i could do the expressions more justice now?? #and the two year old one is the first complex art piece for the very first fic i ever wrote for this fandom #one could say that that piece was the start of when i really started wanting to push forward and pursue bettering my art skills #so i feel a deep need to redraw it and allow myself to see just how far ive come from two years ago? #thing is- in processing how i want to redraw it- i didnt actually want to leave Deceit and Remus out?? even tho remus wasnt present then #so i kinda ended up wanting to rewrite the fic that it came with as well- now that i cant handle straight up unsympathetic deceit #which at the time deceit had just been newly revealed?? so yeah #whether i rewrite the fic or not- the redraw if i do it will absolutely involve sympathetic deceit & remus #luka rambles
