i just watched rwrb, and yeah, its charming as hell, i had a great time

#i wouldn't say its good but its everything i want in a romcom so im happy #i didnt like the book but the reasons for that weren't really relevant to the movie so i really enjoyed it #i really love alex hes the one of the few things i loved about the book and imo he really carried the movie #i also love the actors for both alex and henry #their chemistry is so good it was such good casting #i also love that stephen fry was in it i love all his cameos hes had in queer media recently #also #i completely forgot about the relevance of austin in rwrb so now that ive developed a weird attachment to austin cos of lone star #i thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of the movie lol #generally tho i had a lovely time watching it i think everyone did such a great job on this movie #im tempted to maybe give the book another shot #should i?
