it’s amazing how i’ve almost forgotten what it’s like to eat carefreely.

#like. i used to just eat whatever the fuck i wanted #and now i have to pick and choose #i still eat junk #just in moderation #which sucks bc i’m also trying to gain weight #but everything just collided and now i get full easily and feel nauseas a lot #and can’t eat bbq chicken wings without chugging water out of fear that i’ll throw up #it’s a sign of how much i’m willing to risk that i said fuck it when i have emetophobia #back in the day i would never have even touched a spicy food lol #rambling #chronic illness is so fun #i love that the probable answer is that i have several things at once :) #cuz i can’t find anything with all of my symptoms #i can’t get tests done bc they’re really expensive even w insurance (🇺🇲) #and they also make me feel even more sick than i normally do #borderline medical trauma
