When Bo finds out you are pregnant she thinks she has misheard you. A baby? She's going to be a mother?

When the shock wears off however SHE IS ECSTATIC

You would want for nothing. You want blue milk and a bantha pot pie at 3am? Someone sure as hell is finding those ingredients and cooking it for you!

She is at every appointment. Even pushing things aside to make sure she is 100% there for you.

Bo also gets more protective if possible. You have an armed guard with you when Bo isn't there, and when you insist you are fine Bo says that your too important for her to lose. And she's lost so much already.

Keep in mind you are also carrying the heir for House Kryze, so even Mandalorians you don't know ask you about the baby and how you are.

Bo insists on decorating the nursery with you, and putting all sorts of fun yet historic murals on the walls amd too many toys for one child.

She talks to the child in your belly in both basic and Mando'a and tells them stories.

If your having a bad day Bo cuddles you, and reassures you that she loves you so much.

Bo also starts learning everything about babies and childcare and pregnancy she can get her hands on.

She also baby proofs the castle!

And has a mini throne built with a blanket that goes next to hers.

When your labour starts Bo is freaking out. She wants you to be okay and can't stand seeing you in pain.

When the child is born Bo almost collapses from relief and keeps a hold of your hand until the child is passed to her, all bundled up.

The child grabs Bo's hand and makes a happy sound, and Bo tears up. Because she didn't think she deserved this. To have a happy family and a wife and child who love her.

She sits next to you on your bed (because I think home births would be a thing in Mandalorian Culture?) and cuddles you with the baby. Telling you how proud she is of you and how you did so well.

She kisses you every chance she gets and kisses your child on the head and rocks them to sleep.

When you ask Bo what you want to name the child, there's a lot if discussion. You had a few ideas but you didn't know your child's gender until you wanted to by choice.

But eventually you settle on Rowan.

And the next chapter of your life begins.

Iiiiiiii was going to take off on Friday (not for the album release, but it worked out that way!) because I hadn't really taken off any days this year BUT THEN my mom needed me to take her to the ER Sunday night and I didn't get home & in bed until ~3am so I took Monday off to sleep, and THEN work spontaneously scheduled me for a meeting during the middle of the day Friday (someone else could cover during this meeting technically!!!) and now I'm fighting duty vs my wants????

Like. I didn't request off. But also. I got semi last minute tickets to see a musical with my mom for tomorrow night and won't be home until late, probably almost midnight, so I could be cough cough sick, they won't miss me, my kids will be good, again - I've missed like NO DAYS, but it's my second day THIS WEEK, and also they all know I'm a swiftie at this point so I just KNOW they're all going to think it's because of the album release but that's not why it is 😭😭😭

Anyway I'm just stressed but also I've been SO EXHAUSTED this week and I want that day to sleep.

Plluussss Saturday is prom and our school is tiny so I kind of need to be there to chaperone so that will be interesting to call out Friday and show up Saturday?
