Product Marketing
What is product storytelling
The term product storytelling is a eCommerce and marketing term used as an alternative to just bombarding people with cold hard facts and cam come off a little robotic. Product storytelling can actually be two things. Product story telling and Brand storytelling, the two are similar but with some differences.
Product Storytelling: This of course involves telling the story of the products such as why the company made the product and how it is going to change the customers life, this way more effective than boring people with mindless numbers and facts. This is also a more attractive way of wording the product to potential customers that may not care so much about the specs but what exactly the product is going to do for them and what problems it solves.
Brand Storytelling: This is very similar but of course being more about the brand and name of the company. This can shed light on the start and difficulty of the company, why they sell what they sell. This can also explain why the brand looks the way it does, what does the company take pride in and what are the failures they learnt from.
Selling a product is always a means to a problem solution, people buy things that make their life easier or solve something they can do on their own. Selling a product effectively embodies this by always thinking what problems, deficiencies or anxieties have lead the customer go looking for the product and this is where selective story telling comes into play as with a short ad on you tube there’s a 5 second window before someone clicks the skip button, its imperative to use the right words shortly to say why this product improves peoples lives in the long run. Explain that the company knows the problems and understand the frustration with the problem will connect emotionally with the customer and stating the urgency to not only buy this product but buy this product now. Tom Buckland for Amazon SEO Consultant show an example of this by saying “In today’s world, businesses with low employee engagement will see more and more loss of revenue and high staff turnover(urgency). Avoid becoming one of these companies (stakes) and energise your staff to achieve more than you thought possible (benefit) and reap the rewards in revenue (benefit of benefit) by using Example Employee Engagement Enterprises.”
The last few things for this are to simply no bore people or confuse them buy changing the story. Using industry words may attract some people in the industry but most customers wont care or know, effective marketing is marketing to everyone so that industry veterans get what the product does but also the rest of the world. Target audiences are good and can often be where the true fans are but marketing to most people is better than few people in terms of long term revenue and cash flow. The story of the product mustn’t change as well the product story should always be the same as to not confuse people separate additional stories can be created to solve future problems that the old version couldn’t do but can do now by updating and expanding the brand with new features or even new child products of the original.

Social Storytelling
Social storytelling is when companies takes information that may not seem very intersecting and makes people relate to it and theretofore gives it some marketable value for the company. The idea of creating a product is one of the best examples as making a product that does things better than the rivals wont emotionally connect with people, showing the process will attract so many people;e who use the social platforms. Good photography and storytelling will increase the look and mindset of the product combined with a good story giving reason to why things are done the way they are can help justify the price on certain items and most people will buy it.
Stories have a natural structure that human brains follow easily and almost unconsciously as it can be sen in everyday situation such as when people go to work an talk to their collages or when families talk around dinner, the thing to take away from the storytelling is that its about conveying some form of emotion to the customer as that is whats memorable and that is what sells.

Content Marketing
Content marketing is the idea of creating more relevant content that is more valuable to the customer. The idea of making content more attractive, meaningful and relevant to the customer is arising from the new era of marketing that customers endure daily. Everyone is advertising to the people on almost everything they can get on making customers attention span and tolerance to look and actually use these add more and more unlikely causing an attention scarcity.
Having erll made content for users not only begins building the name of a brand with the customer but it also educates the customer about the services or products that the company sells. Content marketing allows the company to build their customer base and brand name on their own while having their own space of followers or audience base rather that following traditional marketing strategy of renting out a space on another companies web page or tv space to tap into the potential customer base there. Content  marketing takes a longer amount of time but is also more risk free due to the lesser cost primary consent on rent spaces in hopes for customers. It allows for a brand to have an a larger organic search due to relent content being shared when its relevant will build a brands awareness by itself between customers and leading to more browser searches ranking the website higher and increasing its views.
The tools for this content marketing are simple, things like:
E-books
Blog posts
Videos
Infographics
These are again distributed between the three distributing channels for content, owned (own websites), paid (renting space on another site) or organic (customers sharing on their own social platforms with their friends).

Building from criticism
The last week critic showed some good things that could be developed and one of the main things was the badges. These were meant to be things that would tell difficulty but now are being designed into bonus challenges, things to do outside that have to do with the locations and some that are just things to do outside. A few examples can be seen below.
Tumblr media
The design of the pages was also thought about, the design of having a double page filled with an image was a good design choice in ones mind but it also dawned on oneself that the book was a pdf book that would be viewed on an tablet meaning that the user will only really be seeing one page at a time which means that the first image they see from when the book would be split down the middle would serve the purpose of the double page image, that design only works for a physical book and was a bit of a design blunder. The new design is design for the device, each art board is a full screen image on the tablet.

The Best Money Making Apps
You can earn extra money directly from our smartphones.
Whether it be a side hustle, part-time job, or just something to do in your spare time, there are dozens of mobile apps out there made for supplemental income.
Most of these apps won’t get you rich. But you can still put some cash in your pocket by performing pretty simple tasks from the palm of your hand.
You’re already using your phone to access your bank accounts and pay your bills, so why not leverage your device to earn some extra money on the side?
After some thorough research, I’ve identified the top money-making apps in 2020.
The 20 Best Money Making Apps
Rakuten
Formally Ebates, Rakuten rewards you with cash back from shopping.
More than 2,500 stores are partnered with this platform. Those stores pay Rakuten a commission for referrals and Rakuten shares that commission with its users in the form of cash back.
Earn cash rewards after buying from Amazon, Walmart, Kohl’s, Macy’s, eBay, Expedia, JCPenney, H&M, and countless other brands you’re already familiar with. I’ve seen cash back promotions as high as 10%
Join Rakuten today and get a $10 bonus after making qualifying purchases within 90 days of becoming a member.
I have a few of friends that use Rakuten. They each received checks for over $50 last month. You can opt-in for PayPal payments if you prefer to get paid electronically.
Foap
The Foap mobile app is an excellent way to make money by selling your photos and videos.
Simply create a profile and start uploading your content to the app. When a person, brand, or agency buys a photo, you’ll split the profits with Foap.
Some photos sell for $5, while others sell in the $60 to $100 range. You’ll need an active PayPal account to get paid for your work sold on Foap.
Foap is easy for anyone to use. You can upload photos that you’ve already taken, or take new ones for higher paying “missions.”
More than 2.9 million creators are active on the Foap platform. Big brands like Bank of America, Mastercard, and We Are Social use Foap to buy content.
Google Opinion Rewards
Want to get paid for taking surveys on your smartphone? Download Google Opinion Rewards to get started.
The concept is very straightforward. Complete a short survey on a wide range of potential topics. It could be a hotel review, personal opinion, or satisfaction survey from a particular merchant. The surveys are short enough that you can take them while waiting in line for a cup of coffee.
You can earn extra money by sharing your TV and internet usage with Google Opinion Rewards. Just continue browsing online and watching TV like you normally do.
Payments are released as Google Play or PayPal credits.
iPoll
If you like the idea of being paid to take surveys, the iPoll app is another top choice to consider.
Similar to Google Option Rewards, all you have to do is answer brief questions about products and services that you’re already using.
You can earn gift cards for PayPal, the Apple App Store, and Amazon for your participation.
Swagbucks
Swagbucks offers rewards points for shopping online, browsing the web, answering surveys, and watching entertaining videos. All of this can be facilitated through the mobile app.
You can redeem Swagbucks points for gift cards or get cash back to your PayPal account.
Swagbucks gives away more than 7,000 gift cards every day. They’ve paid out more than $410 million in rewards since the company was first founded back in 2008.
You can earn 1,000 SB points ($10 in value) if you sign up and make a qualifying purchase at a store featured in the Swagbucks shop.
Acorns
Acorns puts your money to work by investing it.
The app automatically rounds up your spare change from credit card purchases and deposits it into an investment account. For example, let’s say you spent $9.50 at lunch. Acorns rounds it up to $10 and invests $0.50.
It’s a great opportunity for those of you who want to start investing but don’t have large sums of money to do so. Just answer a few questions about your risk tolerance, and Acorns will recommend a portfolio that fits your needs.
The app costs $1, $2, or $3 per month depending on the pricing tier you select.
Sweatcoin
Want to get paid for walking? Sweatcoin is the perfect money-making app for you.
All you need to do is keep Sweatcoin running on the background of your phone at all times. The app will automatically track your steps. Every 1,000 steps rewards you with 0.95 Sweatcoins.
Sweatcoins can’t be withdrawn as cash. However, you can redeem them for goods and services. Some featured examples include athletic wear, audio books, headphones, and meditation.
More than 300 brands have partnered with Sweatcoin. Most of these goods and services are related to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Slidejoy
We’re constantly exposed to digital advertisements on a daily basis. Wouldn’t it be great if you could get paid for seeing ads?
Slidejoy makes that possible. The app adds advertisements to your phone’s lock screen.
Each time you check your phone, you’ll see a new ad or promotion.
Slide left to learn more information about the ad. Swipe up to view another one. Or slide right to access your home screen.
Slidejoy is only available for Android users.
You can cash out rewards via PayPal, or donate your earnings to one of Slidejoy’s charity programs.
OfferUp
The OfferUp app is perfect for selling your used stuff to people in your area. Think of this app as a hybrid between Craigslist and eBay.
Simply upload some pictures, a description, and set your price. Everything from appliances to clothing and cars is available on OfferUp.
If you want your listing to get more views, you can pay to promote it.
Historically, you had to meet up with buyers in-person to complete the transaction. But OfferUp recently added a shipping feature that facilitates sales nationwide.
You could also use OfferUp to buy items for cheap and then flip them to turn a profit.
Mobee
Mobee is a secret shopper app. It rewards you with points for completing “missions” at various stores.
Here’s how it works. Simply download the app and browse for a mission in your area.
It could be anything from Macy’s to Domino’s. Each mission has a set of tasks for you to complete. You’ll be rewarded for things like answering survey questions and taking photographs inside the store.
Mobee lets you redeem those points for gift cards, including gift cards to Amazon. It takes up to 48 hours to redeem your rewards.
TaskRabbit
TaskRabbit is another app that requires a little bit more work to make some money. But with that said, the extra effort usually results in higher pay.
You can provide a wide range of services to people in your area.
Common tasks include moving furniture, mounting a TV, household cleaning, and IKEA assembly. Create a profile on TaskRabbit to highlight your featured skills. You can even set your own rates for particular jobs.
The more tasks you complete, the better chance you have of getting selected for a taskin the future. People seeking services will review your profile before accepting you to do a job.
If you’ve got the time to do some physical labor, download the TaskRabbit app to make money.
Uber
I’m sure you’re familiar with Uber. There’s a good chance you’ve used the app to hail a ride. But you can use that same app to get paid for driving people around.
Make your own hours and use your own car. Just turn on the Uber app whenever you want to start working.
Depending on your area, Uber generally has guaranteed earnings promotions for new drivers. You can also be rewarded with bonuses for working certain hours and get tipped by customers as well.
If you want to make money with Uber but don’t want strangers in your car, consider becoming a food delivery driver for UberEats.
Lyft
Like Uber, Lyft is another popular ridesharing app.
In most instances, the pay and job description is pretty comparable to Uber. I know lots of people who sign up for both and switch between the two on a regular basis.
Depending on your city, you might learn that Lyft is more popular for riders in the area.
If you don’t have a car, Lyft can help you get one through one of their Express Drive partners. The car payment comes with insurance, unlimited miles, and maintenance included.
Use Lyft as a side hustle to earn extra cash on nights or weekends. Or drive full time. The choice is yours.
MyPoints
MyPoints is another cash back rewards app, similar to Rakuten and Swagbucks.
You’ll earn rewards in the form of points for purchases at thousands of stores. Examples of brands on the MyPoints program include Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Macy’s, Target, and Groupon.
Redeem points for gift cards or transfer the funds as cash to your PayPal account.
New MyPoints members get a $10 welcome bonus in the form of an Amazon gift card or Visa gift card. Just make a qualifying purchase to get your bonus.
Ibotta
The Ibotta app puts a unique twist on cash back rewards.
You can pay for purchases using the Ibotta app in physical stores as well. You’ll also be able to upload receipts to get rewarded. So you don’t always need to shop using a direct link, as you would with other cash back apps on the market today.
The network of Ibotta partners isn’t quite as extensive as other apps. However, you can still use it at national brands like Walgreens, Target, Walmart, GAP, Domino’s, and Booking.com.
To date, Ibotta has paid out more than $682 million to users.
Ibotta is offering a $20 welcome bonus to new app users who make a qualifying purchase.
Mercari
Mercari is a marketplace app for selling goods. It’s similar to OfferUp, but there’s no option for in-person meetups.
You can start listing items within minutes of downloading the app. Just upload pictures, add a description, and set your own prices.
Mercari provides you with printable shipping labels via email.
Popular products sold on Mercari include headphones, tablets, speakers, handbags, and clothing.
There is no fee for using Mercari. The app takes a 10% commission on all completed sales. So just keep that in mind when you’re setting prices.
Survey Junkie
If you like the idea of getting paid to give your opinion, the Survey Junkie app is another top choice to consider.
Build a profile on the app, so Survey Junkie can match you with the most relevant surveys to your lifestyle. Simply complete the surveys in your spare time to earn virtual rewards points.
Redeem those points for gift cards at popular stores like Target or Amazon. Alternatively, you can cash out points via PayPal.
Paribus
Paribus finds you refunds from purchases that you’ve already made.
Just provide them with the email address you use for online shopping receipts. Paribus scans those receipts for stores that they monitor.
If one of your purchases goes on sale after you buy it, Paribus refunds you for the difference. You can also get compensated for late deliveries from online orders.
Paribus currently monitors more than 25 major retailers. Examples include Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, and Amazon. The Paribus app is 100% free. They don’t take a commission of the savings, charge a monthly fee, or surprise you with any hidden charges.
Drop
More than three million people are currently using the Drop app.
Like many other money-making apps on our list, you’ll get rewarded for shopping. Each time you shop using Drop, you’ll get rewarded with points.
Drop won’t give you cash, but you can redeem those points for gift cards at places like Amazon, Starbucks, and Netflix.
How to Make Money With Apps
Making money with apps is very straightforward.
In most cases, it’s as simple as downloading the app and creating a profile. Depending on the circumstances, you might be required to provide more information for some apps compared to others.
For example, if you’re using Uber to make money, you’ll need to go through an approval process that can take 5-7 days. They’ll verify your license, car details, and run a background check.
Other apps allow you to start making money within seconds of signing up without any lengthy process.
Make sure you have an active PayPal account. Most money-making apps issue payments via PayPal.
How to Choose The Best Money Making App For You
Not every app on here is ideal for everyone. There are certain considerations to look at when evaluating apps for making money.
This is the methodology that we used to create this list. I’ll explain what matters and how you can weigh these factors according to your personal needs.
Pay Amount
Most apps won’t get you rich. Lots of them won’t even qualify as a part-time job or side hustle.
Choose an app based on how much you want to get paid. For example, if you want to earn hundreds or thousands of dollars per month, you likely can’t do that filling out surveys. You’d be better off using apps like Uber, Lyft, OfferUp, and TaskRabbit.
Those types of apps have a higher upside in terms of the pay amount.
Effort
The next thing you’ll have to decide is how much effort you want to commit.
Do you want to just complete small tasks from your smartphone while you’re laying on the couch or sitting at a coffee shop? Or do you want to visit retail stores, drive around, meet up with buyers in person, and do some manual labor?
The amount of effort it takes to do something usually has a direct correlation with the payment amount. Moving furniture on TaskRabbit pays higher than completing a two-minute survey.
Payment Method and Frequency
Some apps let you get paid with cash. In most cases, cashouts are facilitated via PayPal. But there a few apps that will mail you a check.
Other apps don’t offer cash but reward you with gift cards.
Again, you can’t make a living with a handful of Starbucks or Target gift cards. But if you’re just doing a few small tasks on the side, it could still be worth your time.
Certain money making apps have redemption restrictions. You might not be able to cash out whenever you want. So review the payment frequency and full terms before you get started.
Fees and Initial Investment
Lots of the apps on our list are free. But some do require you to pay.
For example, an Acorns membership can cost up to $3 per month. Mercari takes a 10% commission for all sales facilitated through its marketplace.
Overall, these fees and initial investments are pretty low. But if you don’t want to spend any money, stick to the free apps.
App Reputation
Conduct your due diligence before you download any money-making mobile apps. Make sure the app has lots of positive reviews. Read the negative reviews to see what unhappy users are saying.
You can usually sign up for these apps with just an email address. Apps asking for sensitive information could be a potential scam.
Lots of apps on our list promise that they won’t sell your data. So if privacy is important to you, stick with an app that has that reputation.
It’s never been easier to make money from apps in 2020. Use the apps that I’ve listed above to get started.
The Best Money Making Apps is a post from: I Will Teach You To Be Rich.

You’re already using your phone to access your bank accounts and pay your bills, so why not leverage your device to earn some extra money on the side?
After some thorough research, I’ve identified the top money-making apps in 2020.

Slidejoy makes that possible. The app adds advertisements to your phone’s lock screen.

How to Turn Your Content From Lousy to Memorable
My professor told me I would never have a career in writing.
He had just read a story I wrote about my worst vacation, a trip to Disneyland that my brother won in a sweepstakes. It had the potential of a mediocre story. It held the promise of slight entertainment.
The only problem was my story lacked any substance.
It was a four-page pile of crap. As my friend Shakespeare would say, “It is a tale. Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.”
Lousy content comes in many forms – cliché, repetitive, arrogant, boring, busy, and maybe a tad too SEO-focused.
The problem with most writing is that it isn’t memorable. If you want to win loyal readers and create strong readership relationships, you must create memorable content.

Let’s look at three memorable communicators.

Say more by saying less (Hemingway)
“My aim is to put down on paper what I see and what I feel in the best and simplest way.” – Ernest Hemingway
What can we learn from Ernest Hemingway, winner of a Nobel Prize in literature? He never wasted words. He wrote as if he paid a steep price for each sentence. He placed a higher value in language than most content creators.
Too often, we fluff up articles with nonsense. Hemingway’s insight doesn’t mean all articles must be short. It means every word should teach or tell something.
To simplify your writing, avoid meaningless phrases like:

Don’t use cheap tricks (Orwell)
“When there is a gap between one’s real and one’s declared aims, one turns, as it were, instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish squirting out ink.” – George Orwell
Orwell hated the wordy writing of the “wise.” You’ve likely had to read research papers from leading professionals and academics. Often, it’s the type of writing that makes you feel stupid.
Here’s a tip: If someone’s writing makes you feel stupid, that person is not a good writer.
If someone’s writing makes you feel stupid, that person is not a good writer, says @czollingerBC. #writingtips‏ Click To Tweet
In his essay on the slow destruction of the English language, Orwell criticized the type of writing used by many professionals. He hated the misuse and overuse of words to create a sense of expertise, citing a sentence in an essay from a college professor:
I am not, indeed, sure whether it is not true to say that the Milton who once seemed not unlike a 17th-century Shelley had not become, out of an experience ever more bitter in each year, more alien [sic] to the founder of that Jesuit sect which nothing could induce him to tolerate.
Orwell saw right through this ridiculous writing, a form of writing still practiced today. (Orwell called this “pretentious diction.”) Today’s content writers often create destructive sentences through keyword stuffing and more concern over the sound of words than the feeling or information they convey.
If you would have wanted Orwell to be a fan of your content, avoid the use of the following types of writing:
Dead metaphors (overused metaphors)
Pretentious diction
Meaningless words
Pointless repetition
Readers are smarter than you might think. They sense fake and insincerity. They want to feel cleverer, more informed, or more entertained than they were before reading your content. Before you write any content ask yourself, “What is my plan to affect the reader’s mind and heart?”

Reframe the present (Churchill)
“We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God’s good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.” – Winston Churchill
At the time of Churchill’s famous speech to parliament in 1940, England was on the brink of disaster. What does his speech have to do with good writing?
Look closely at the excerpt to see how he told the story of the present situation in future tense. He retold the present to inspire victory from the depths of defeat.
To follow Churchill’s inspired storytelling (without the inherent drama of an ongoing war), learn these three lessons:
Allude to an ideal future.
Confidently repeat the call to action.
Make a stand.
3 more classic writing devices
It’s easy to get bogged down in telling stories if you don’t have many devices in your content arsenal. Now that you’ve added a few inspired by Hemingway, Orwell, and Churchill, let’s shift gears to focus on three other useful writing tactics.
Reinvented clichés
Nothing is more tiresome to a reader than a cliché or an overused phrase. Writers use clichés as crutches, leaning on them instead of taking the time to invent something new and exciting.
For example, at the beginning of this section, I used the cliché, “let’s shift gears.” When you read it, you did not think about a car’s gears shifting and how that relates to a change of subject. You read the phrase as an indication the subject would be changing. Not recognizing the original meaning is a clue to recognizing “a dead metaphor” as Orwell put it. The phrase is now a cliché.
Luckily, reinvented clichés offer an opportunity to breathe new life into your content. Lyricists in the music industry often use them, as they must find new and rhapsodic-sounding lines to move their listeners.
Reinvent clichés to breathe new life into your #content, says @czollingerBC. #writingtips‏ Click To Tweet
Rapper B.o.B. often takes an artistic approach to metaphors by reinventing clichés such as this line from E.T., “I went from being who are you to chillin’ with the who’s who.”
The boring cliché would have been “the who’s who” if left on its own. But pairing it with “who are you,” he makes the phrase come alive again to illustrate his journey to success.
Synecdoche
This writing technique is the act of describing a whole idea by presenting bits and pieces of it. Toni Morrison uses synecdoche to great effect in her novel Beloved:
This is flesh I’m talking about here. Flesh that needs to be loved. Feet that need to rest and to dance; backs that needs support; shoulders that needs arms, strong arms I’m telling you.
In this example, she conveys what the physical parts of a body need to convey what an individual person in need requires.
Any idea or topic can be deconstructed and presented in a more effective way.
TIP: Writing advice can sometimes be contradictory. The key is to identify what tricks and tools work best for what you’re trying to convey to your audience about a particular topic in a particular format at a particular time.
Hypophora
Strategically ask questions that are immediately answered. Both Martin Luther King Jr. and John F. Kennedy used hypophora in their famous speeches.
“There are those who are asking the devotees of Civil Rights, ‘When will you be satisfied?’
“We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality; we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities …” – Martin Luther King Jr., I Have a Dream
“But why, some say, the Moon? Why choose this as our goal? And they may well ask, why climb the highest mountain? Why, 35 years ago, fly the Atlantic? …
“We choose to go to the Moon! We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard …” – John F. Kennedy, We Choose to Go to the Moon
Refocus your writing
Never approach the keyboard without the determination to convey meaning to another person, even if it’s just one individual. One loyal reader will do more for your brand than 100 passive glancers. Capture your audience by crafting memorable stories that avoid the common pitfalls and embrace the success of great communicators like Hemingway, Orwell, Churchill, and others.

What Is Plastic Injection Mold?
Plastic injection mold (Jasonmould in china) is a tool for manufacturing plastic parts, also makes the plastic parts have full structures and precise dimensions.
Why Choose Our Company?
Were you able to find a good source for plastic injection molds? You may find out there are very few Chinese manufacturers that could satisfy your companies’ needs. We are a Chinese company with our own tooling factory in Huizhou, China. We build very precise and high quality plastic injection molds exclusively for companies from US, Canada, UK, Germany,Italy etc.
We have very good equipment including high speed CNC, mirror EDM, slow wire cut, CMM, etc. Our mold engineers are good at English and mold technologies, so our company is easy to communicate with. Feel free to let us know if you are finding a plastic injection mold maker in China.
We are a unique hybrid solution of dealing with American and European companies but getting better Chinese prices. We will be glad to review your specifications and share them with our plastic injection mold makers as well for their input. We work on a cost plus basis, we will give a very honest quotation to build what exactly you are expecting. We have a reputation for making only top quality molds and we stand behind our work. We think you will really like working with our company. We are also glad to give you the references of our many US customers that can tell you the kind of services we can offer.
Why Make Plastic Injection Molds In China?
You may hear from someone that plastic injection moulds from China are in low quality, but still there are many companies are buying injection moulds from China, some of them with big volume demands even set their own sourcing office in China. Are those companies silly? No.
mold making
The answer is China injection mold makers can manufacture high quality moulds as good as American and Europe companies with competitive lower price,
this is why the plastic injection mold makers outside China lost their jobs to Chinese.
In China, now more and more plastic injection mold makers hire technical sales who are good at technique and English communication. As we all know, the technique requirement is the most important thing for an injection mold making project, and now a lot of Chinese mold salesman are good at CAD drawing, materials choosing and mold making process, so they can communicate with the partner engineers very well.
To make a new plastic injection mold, the 3D drawing is the first thing and then analysis how to make the mold (size, structure, material, cut down the cost and so on), so the key point is how to make the suppliers’ engineers and your companies’ requirements connection. Just like our factory, we have cooperated with a German and United Kingdom companies for more than 10 years. We works well if you have new custom mold making project next time, you can send your drawing to us to have a test.
After 30 years developing, mold manufacturing becomes to a mutual industrial in China, there are well developed industrial chain, many well trained mold makers, well educated business developing and project management employees. Despite they are paid 2/3 less than in US, they make first class mold like your mold maker did in US.
How To Select  A Chinese Injection Mold Supplier?
The major reason that American and European companies source plastic injection molds in China is price, at the end of the day that is the major factor. However if we want to have a feel good discussion and ask what to look for when selecting a Chinese injection mold supplier we can look for the following:
References — Get it from them and do your homework
Origin of Tool Steel
Capital investment in shop and equipment — Is it a dive?
In place (established method) project plan that shows every aspect of build and give updates
Quality Systems
Validation Systems
Knowledge of your product — Have they done this before?
How much capability do they have — Can they do everything in-house?
Capacity and what is it at the moment you are placing your P.O.
Are they able to service you globally?
Mold Making Project For Plastic Molded Parts
Last year we have made 2 sets of injection molds for a US company, the part we are going to mold is made in plastics, also called ABS, it looks like a simple part, but in actual practice, a few problems comes up, our specialists solved it eventually, it is supposed something we can learn and share.
Plastic Injection Mould Product 4
Jasonmould have very strict standard procedure for all injection molds coming out of our factory, after the samples are approved by customers, all molds will be set up for a few hours running to confirm stable production situation so all molds arrive at customer’s factory can gets right into smooth production.
Injection Mold Making For Medical Devices
Medical devices usually make direct or indirect contact with human body, it has high standard requirements on mold design and mold making, typical characters of medical parts are high required finish surface, particular structure design, tight tolerance, and food safe material, it is a challenge to the mold makers and injection molding companies.

Custom Injection Mold Making For US companies
70% injection molds made by Jasonmould are exported to US or European companies, these injection molds are usually required to be SPI Class 101, guaranteed 1 million cycles or more, mold standard apply to US or Euro local standard so it can be easily operated and maintained.
Comparing with stay-in-house-molding mold, the export mold requires a higher capability to mold maker on not just how to make the injection molds but also how to work with US companies. Here we share with you a custom mold making project we have done in our factory, we are sure there would be much more on somewhere we can do much better and achieve much more satisfaction, we summarize it, look back and move forward for better and better customized mold projects made in China by Jasonmould.
Do You Really Get The Cheapest Quote Of The Injection Molds
As an engineering and manufacturing company in the China specializing in plastic injection tooling and molding we have been battling what we call ‘purchaser apathy’ ever since low labor cost countries entered the market in the 80/90’s.
It has been too easy for the manager with the sign-off to pick the ‘cheapest’ quote without understanding what quality of engineering, tooling manufacture and partnership he is getting. The specifics of what we do does not lie now in actually ‘cutting metal’ this is largely computer controlled as “metal is metal” it is the service experienced before and after that adds the value.
What we find our customer value is us telling them no they can’t do that because if they do it will impact total product quality or yes they can have an extra rib for strength in there but it will create a weld line right through their bose where the insert is going. Also find a company that has actual manufacturing on site as we do because it automatically aligns the customer and supplier goals (to make the tool as quickly as possible without compromising quality) why? Well because that’s what we have here and if we quote a customer for tooling we must make it work and work to the best of it’s ability for it to be a profitable and sustainable project.
How To Cooperate With China Injection Mold Manufacturers?
Over the years we have been taken advantages of with the low cost of plastic injection mold manufacturing in China. You get what you pay for. I have heard of an injection mold cracking in half just last year from China, water poring out of it in the press. As an injection mold maker back in the 80’s and 90’s we started to see import steel making its way to our machines. We could tell on the CNC’s or polishing we were not getting what we bargained for. After heat treat OMG, warp. We use to say they put old “bed springs” in the alloy mix. When drilling a hole in this steel it would not be constant feed rate by hand, you could feel the drill push easy then hard etc. So we had to be very precise in ordering our plastic injection molds with certification. We ordered 4 large injection molds from a Chinese manufacturer in 2004, the heat treat was horrible, we did not get our certification, it looked fake. Someone was trying to pull a fast one. I hardness tested several blocks from the plastic injection molds, not good. We spent approx $450,000 for those injection molds back in 2004 and we tried to outsource and handle the engineering real close. We tried to do everything real and it back fired. These injection molds were for electrical components and tolerances on my parts were critical, 4 to 8 cavity molds, the quality was just not there. Glass filled nylon wore down these plastic injection mold in 8 months, we had to retool.
Chinese Injection Mold Making Companies Development Trends
Many Chinese injection mold making companies has also made significant progress in the CAE application, and achieved good results. CAE technology can greatly save the cost of test mode, shorten the development cycle, and has become an important means to ensure injection mold quality. CAE technology is gradually changing the mold design from experience to scientific.
At present, the China auto parts of high strength steel plate is also limited to structural
parts and beam parts, the tensile strength of materials used in the 500MPa or less, therefore, quickly master the high-strength steel stamping technology is Chinese automotive mold industry to be resolved important questions.
Why I Prefer US Injection Molds Over China?
I work for an OEM company, and we generally prefer United States injection molds for the following reasons. We have China injection molds in production now, but some of our experiences tend to make us prefer to keep tooling stateside.
Mold Design – We tend to get better designed molds in the USA. If the injection mold can be designed in the US and build in China, this has produced superior molds for us.
Lead Times – Maybe we just had a bad experience, but one injection mold seemed to take the slow boat across the ocean. The lead time wasn’t competitive with a stateside mold.
Mold Trial – Generally not possible to be on hand for the initial injection mold trial in China.
Mold Modifications – We have gotten better/faster injection mold modifications when the mold was able to be sent back to the original mold maker in the USA. Sending the mold to China to be modified is cost prohibitive, so a 3rd party mold maker has to make the injection mold modifications.
The Fact Of China Plastic Injection Mold Makers
Chinese injection molds cut major corners on water, mold steels, unless you really get after them to use good mold steels. I have seen Chinese plastic injection molds that literally warp in the press because their injection molds are the softness of lead. I have seen well-made Chinese molds, but again, the materials used have been sub-par. The delay in communications is also an ongoing problem. That’s one reason I use America, UK or Italy over China — never have to worry about any of the things previously mentioned. The only reason that Chinese injection molds remain more competitively priced is the fact that the country pegs its currency to the dollar, so you never see the true cost. In the near future, the Chinese will not be able to continue pegging their currency to US dollar especially when the dollar is getting trashed by our own government. Because of this weak dollar policy, it makes everyone except China very expensive. Yet, for our European friends, it makes US made stuff cost competitive. However, even with our virtually worthless currency, I still get 25-30% less costly tooling in Portugal.
