Basic Safety Measures when Operating Heavy Equipment
Tumblr media
Construction sites around the country have seen their fair share of incidents due to machine error, human error, or unprecedented events.
Those working with heavy equipment in the Philippines must consider every danger they might encounter during their shift. They must protect themselves and their machines from the usual hazards of working on construction sites.
Heavy equipment are large, intimidating, and mechanically complicated. They are built to handle demanding jobs, but their efficiency is only as good as the operators running them. In fact, seasoned operators know to use it with great care and respect.

The December Coup
December 1, 1989
The December Coup was the biggest coup to ever hit the Republic of the Philippines. Around 3,000 elite Philippine Marines, Scout Rangers, and other Armed Forces personnel took part in the coup that attempted to overthrow the administration at the time. In the initial day of the coup, rebel forces not only managed to secure armor and groudn attack aircraft, but also captured important military facilities. The National Capital Region and many of the surrounding areas thus became a battlefield for several days, as loyalist soldiers held their ground against the rebelious troops. In the end, government forces won, but not after heavy casualties and losses in equipment.

As the war in Europe come to its conclusion thoughts started to turn to the Pacific and the planned invasion of Japan, codenamed Operation Downfall. The 'Tiger Force' was to be Bomber Command's contribution to this as they would provide a number of squadrons to help in the build up to the invasion.

Second Quebec Conference (1944)
Between the 12th and 16th September a number of meetings were held between the American and British Governments involving British Prime Minster Winston Churchill and American President Franklin D. Roosevelt. During these the idea of using Avro Lancaster's of Bomber Command to attack targets in Japan was raised. This lead to an offer for 40 Lancaster squadrons to be made available for use in the Pacific, only once the hostilities in Europe had ceased, to be made by Churchill to the United States.
The US Chiefs of Staff, in principle, accepted the offer of the Lancaster squadrons on the 27th October 1944. The major obstacles for this plan was the availability of airfields in range of Japan and how to get, not only the Lancasters and their crews, but all the necessary support staff and infrastructure the nearly 14,000 miles by sea to the Pacific theatre which would take around 2 ½ months by sea.
Operation Mould
The 23rd November 1944 saw Operation Mould unveiled. These plans would see three groups each comprising of 12 heavy bomber squadrons equipped with either the Lancaster, Consolidated B-24 Liberator and the Avro Lincoln when it became available. Six long-range fighter squadrons comprising a number of aircraft including the Hawker Tempest Mk II and the de Havilland Hornet, when it became available. Alongside this the Australian First Tactical Air Force, equipped with the Supermarine Spitfire and Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk, along with the United States Far East Air Force, equipped with the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt and North American P-51 Mustang, would also be used for escort. A number of B-24 Liberators and Lancasters would also be converted to tankers for air-to-air refuelling.
This would become known as the 'Tiger Force' on the 24th February 1945 with Air Marshal Sir Hugh Lloyd being appointed its commander.
The 'Tiger Force'
As planning continued during early 1945 the end of April saw the make up of the force changed. This saw the six long-range fighter squadrons dropped from the order of battle, the air-to-air refuelling plan was also shelved and the 36 heavy bomber squadrons reduced to 20. There were also some new additions with four transport and one each of an air-sea rescue, Pathfinder and photo reconnaissance/meteorological squadron.
One of the major headaches was where the new force would be based. Two of the early options, neither of which was ideal, was to be based in the Philippines at North Luzon, which at best was 1,000 miles away from the force's envisaged targets. The second option was that the Royal Air Force built its own airbases from scratch. Whichever option was chosen the major phase of construction would require at least 100,000 men, not to mention the machines and logistics to support this endeavour.

On the 1st April 1945 the Allies invaded the Okinawa Islands, known as Operation Iceberg, and this battle would last until the 22nd June 1945. Prior to the end of this battle negotiations between the British and Americans had seen the US Chiefs of Staff propose the use of an airfield on Okinawa for the 'Tiger Force' which Winston Churchill approved on the 4th June 1945. Whilst this airfield would only have space for half of the 20 'Tiger Force' squadrons there were two main benefits. The British and the Americans would share the engineering and logistics of building the airfields and Okinawa was just 400 miles south of Japan, well within the Lancaster's range.
Two convoys were soon on their way, the first left Liverpool on the 20th June and was known as Shield. With the second convoy leaving on the 23rd July and this was known as Vacuum.
Modifying the Lancaster
Due to the very different conditions of the Pacific compared to Europe a number of modifications were made to the Lancaster. Firstly instead of the normal seven man crew this was reduced to six and the Rolls-Royce Merlin 24 engine was installed, along with the necessary tropical engine modifications. Other changes saw the installation of the landing gear that was to be used on the Avro Lincoln and new radio & navigation equipment. All these changes lead to the aircraft used being renamed Lancaster B.I (FE) and Lancaster B.VII (FE).
Another major change to the Lancaster was its camouflage scheme. The standard Bomber Command scheme in Europe was black undersides with green and brown on top, for the Lancasters in the 'Tiger Force' the black underside was kept but the top was painted in a heat reflecting white.
One of the ways to increase the Lancaster's range, alongside air-to-air refuelling was the addition of a 'saddle tank' behind the cockpit. This could hold an extra 1,200 imperial gallons of fuel and a pair of Lancaster B.Is (HK541) and (SW244) would be modified accordingly and this was called the Very Long Range Lancaster. This idea was discarded in favour of air-to-air refuelling which was then itself unnecessary after the airbases on Okinawa became available.
Tumblr media

Order of Battle - 26th July 1945
The first of the ten 'Tiger Force' squadrons, each with 20 aircraft, which would be under Air Marshal Sir Hugh Lloyds command were chosen from No. 5 Group, Royal Air Force and No. 6 Group, Royal Canadian Air Force. With the first five squadrons to be ready by the 1st December 1945 and the next five ready by February 1946. The force would be part of the United States Strategic Air Forces in the Pacific commanded by General Carl Spaatz, which had been established on the 2nd July 1945, with representatives of the RAF on General Spaatz's staff.
The first ten squadrons would be organised as follows:
551 Wing No. 9 Squadron
No. 617 Squadron Lancaster B.I and B.III
Lancaster B.VII (FE)
552 Wing No. 106 Squadron
No. 467 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force Lancaster B.I and B.III
Lancaster B.I and B.III
553 Wing No. 83 Squadron
No. 97 Squadron
No. 627 Squadron Lancaster B.I and B.III
Lancaster B.I and B.III
Mosquito Mk XVI and Mk XIX
554 Wing No. 75 Squadron, Royal New Zealand Air Force Lancaster B.I and B.III
662 Wing No. 419 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force
No. 428 Squadron, RCAF Lancaster B.X
Lancaster B.X
It was intended to phase out the Lancaster from these squadrons with the Avro Lincoln, which had made its first flight on the 9th June 1944, with No. 57 Squadron, RAF East Kirkby and No. 75 Squadron, RNZAF, based at RAF Spilsby, receiving the first Lincolns to be delivered during August 1945.
A third ship was to set sail on the 25th August 1945, this was in response to a request by General Spaatz for a pair of Tallboy Squadrons, Tallboy was a 12,000lb bomb which only the Lancaster could be equipped with, by the 15th October to fly from bases on Okinawa and play a role in the build up to the expected invasion of Kyushu, known as Operation Olympic, which was to begin on the 1st November 1945. This was part of Operation Downfall which was the overall plan to invade Japan.

The War Ends
Whilst the preparations for the 'Tiger Force' had been progressing the Allies Manhattan project, tasked with developing an atomic bomb, had completed and successfully tested one in New Mexico, America on the 16th July 1945. The following month saw the Allies drop the first atomic bombs in war when a Boeing B-29 Superfortress dropped one on the Japanese cites of Hiroshima on the 6th August 1945 and again three days later on the 9th August 1945 on Nagasaki.
The dropping of the second atomic bomb on the 9th had been preceded the day before by the Soviet Union's declaration of war on Japan which saw offensives launched in the North, East and West of Manchuria. As a result on the 10th August 1945 Japan offered to surrender and after negotiations on the 15th August 1945 the surrender of Japan was confirmed and on the 2nd September 1945 was formally signed. The Second World War (1939 – 1945) was over.
The Force is Disbanded
The two convoys Shield and Vacuum which had left the UK in June and July respectively and were to go to Okinawa were instead re-routed to Hong Kong, where they helped in the building of a new airfield. The 'Tiger Force' was officially disbanded on the 31st October 1945.

The Heroic Stand at Pasong Tirad: A Defining Moment in Philippine History
At the turn of the 20th century, the Philippines found itself embroiled in a struggle for independence against its new colonial masters, the United States. The retreat of Aguinaldo from Bayambang began on November 13, 1899, after disbanding the regular Filipino army into guerrilla units. General Gregorio del Pilar, a trusted ally of General Emilio Aguinaldo, recognized the strategic importance of Pasong Tirad—a narrow mountain pass in the Cordillera Mountains of northern Luzon. Del Pilar saw an opportunity to halt the American advance and defend the pass while Aguinaldo escapes. Meanwhile, in early November, Major Peyton C. March was tasked with tracking down Aguinaldo. He and his men discovered that Aguinaldo had passed through Salcedo five days earlier, prompting American troops to reach Concepcion (now Gregorio del Pilar), a town on a steep pass, upon which they arrived on 1st of December, 1899.
Prelude
Located in the Cordillera Mountains of northern Luzon, Pasong Tirad served as a strategic chokepoint connecting the provinces of Ilocos Sur and Abra. General Gregorio del Pilar, a trusted lieutenant of General Emilio Aguinaldo, recognized the significance of this pass as a potential bottleneck to halt the American advance. With only a small contingent of approximately 60 troops, Del Pilar made a desperate stand against a well-equipped American force of over 500 soldiers.
Battle
The battle commenced at dawn on the 2nd of December 1899, as American forces, under the command of Major Peyton C. March, attempted to ascend the treacherous terrain leading to Pasong Tirad. Del Pilar's men, entrenched in well-fortified positions, unleashed a barrage of gunfire upon the advancing Americans, inflicting significant casualties. The narrowness of the pass restricted the mobility of the American troops, thwarting their attempts to overpower the Filipino defenders.
However, the American forces, armed with superior weaponry and a relentless resolve, continued their relentless assault throughout the day. Del Pilar, fully aware of the overwhelming odds stacked against him, displayed extraordinary leadership and bravery, rallying his troops and personally leading several counterattacks. Despite sustaining heavy losses, the Filipino defenders held their ground, determined to protect the pass at all costs. In order to outflank the defenders and determine the Filipino positions, Colonel March also dispatched portions of their force with an Igorot villager named Januario Galut. Three American soldiers arrived on the scene, but they were met with Filipino fire.
As the battle raged on, an unfortunate turn of events occurred when a portion of the Filipino defensive line became exposed due to an unforeseen landslide. Recognizing this vulnerability, Colonel March swiftly exploited the gap. Meanwhile, after the search party succeeded in their mission, the Americans assaulted the flanks of the outnumbered defenders and routed them, leading a decisive charge that overwhelmed the remaining Filipino resistance. In the final moments of the battle, General Gregorio del Pilar, refusing to retreat, heroically fought to the bitter end, ultimately sacrificing his life for the cause of Philippine independence.
Aftermath
The altercation between the Americans and Filipinos resulted in the Americans losing three and nine wounded, most of which resulted from the repelled frontal assault. Despite nearly total annihilation, however, the Filipinos under General Del Pilar held off the Americans long enough for Aguinaldo to escape. Among the 60 Filipino soldiers, only 8 survived. Pursued by March and his men, Aguinaldo and his group continued their retreat into the mountains of what was then the province of Bontoc. March broke off his pursuit on 7th of March. On 6th of September 1900, Aguinaldo arrived in Paranán, Isabela, to continue the guerrilla campaign he had begun on 13th of November 1899. On March 23, 1901, he was captured there by General Frederick Funston's men.
Nick Joaquin, a historian and writer from the Philippines, claims that the Americans' primary goal was to prevent Aguinaldo from joining Manuel Tinio's elite Tinio Brigade rather than to hunt him down. He writes in his insightful collection of essays "A question of heroes" that Tirad Pass was an "exercise in futility" because it simply allowed Aguinaldo to “run to nowhere”.
Significance
The Battle of Pasong Tirad stands as a testament to the indomitable spirit of the Filipino people and their unyielding fight for freedom. Though the outcome of the battle favored the American forces, the bravery exhibited by General Gregorio del Pilar and his troops left an indelible mark in the records of Philippine history. Their unwavering determination against overwhelming odds continues to inspire generations of Filipinos, serving as a reminder of the sacrifices made in the pursuit of a sovereign nation.
Today, the hallowed grounds of Pasong Tirad serve as a national shrine, honoring the memory of General Gregorio del Pilar and the brave soldiers who fought alongside him. The legacy of their sacrifice remains a vital part of the Philippine narrative, reminding us of the enduring spirit and resilience that has shaped the Philippine nation.

The Moonies and the Military Industrial Complex
Tumblr media
△ Pictured: Japanese members with UC-produced weapons During the Vietnam War, the Unification Church was accused of supporting the South Vietnamese government and providing funding and resources to the South Vietnamese military.
In the 1980s, the church was reported to have provided support for the Contras in Nicaragua, a right-wing guerrilla group that was involved in the armed conflict against the Sandinista government.
In the 1990s, the church was linked to the Croatian military during the Balkan Wars, providing funding and resources to the Croatian military during its conflict with the Serbs.
In the early 2000s, the church was reported to have provided support for the U.S.-led war in Iraq, including through its close ties to the U.S. military and intelligence agencies.
In the same time period, the Unification Church was also linked to the war in Afghanistan, providing support to the U.S.-led coalition and the Afghan government.
These are just a few examples of the Unification Church's support for military interventions, but there may be other instances that have not been publicly documented.
The Moonie have a complex relationship with the military-industrial complex and its support for military interventions and wars of aggression.
This global religious organization that operates in many countries around the world has been criticized for its close ties to political and economic elites, as well as its support for right-wing political movements and causes.
One aspect of this relationship is the Unification Church's connection to the military-industrial complex. The church has been accused of providing support for military interventions and wars of aggression, including through its funding of right-wing political organizations and its close ties to military and intelligence agencies.
Critics argue that the Unification Church's support for military interventions is rooted in its conservative political ideology, which places a strong emphasis on national security and the use of military force to maintain stability and order. The church has also been accused of promoting militarism and aggression through its support for right-wing political movements and its involvement in military training programs.
The Unification Church's close ties to the military-industrial complex and its support for military interventions also raise concerns about the church's potential influence on government policies and its role in shaping global security and foreign policy. This relationship may also be indicative of a broader trend of religious organizations becoming involved in military and political affairs, often in ways that reinforce existing power structures and perpetuate violence and aggression.
The church has been criticized for its close ties to the military-industrial complex, including its relationship with weapons manufacturers and its involvement in military contracting.
The Unification Church has manufactured weapons for imperialist powers since at least the 1960s under Tongil Heavy Industries.
S&T Motiv is a South Korean technology company that provides a range of products and services, including military equipment and technology. The company is also a subsidiary of the Tongil Group, a Unification Church-owned business group (chaebol).  S&T Motiv is known for its expertise in developing and producing advanced military technology, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), and other military equipment. The company has a strong presence in the South Korean market and is a major supplier of military equipment to the South Korean government and to other governments, including the Philippines. S&T Motiv weapons have been used by the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, specifically units assigned to combat communist insurgents.
Unification Church-associated businesses and organizations continue to make millions every year from the US government and military.
These connections raise questions about the influence of the military-industrial complex on the church's political and economic activities, as well as the potential for conflicts of interest and the exploitation of vulnerable communities.
The Unification Church's support for military interventions and wars of aggression raises serious concerns about the church's political and ideological motivations, as well as its impact on local communities and global peace and stability. Further research is needed to better understand the church's relationship with the military-industrial complex and its involvement in military conflicts.

Philippine Army Received Merkava Armoured Vehicle-launched Bridges (AVLBs)
The Philippine Army 525th Combat Engineer “Forerunner” Battalion led by its Commanding Officer, Lt. Col. Michael Rey L. Bautista warmly welcomed the visit of Col. Joel N. Sobrera, the Deputy Commander of Combat Engineer Regiment and the Chief of the Office of Ethical Standards and Public Accountability. The visit kicked off with a unit briefing, Troops Information and Education (TI&E) on matters pertaining to Ethical Standards and Public Accountability, talk to troops and inspection of newly acquired heavy equipment. The troops also warmly received and shared moments with Col. Sobrera and his team reminiscing his time being the former Commanding Officer of the unit. The Philippine Army has begun entering into service Armored Vehicle-Launched Bridge (AVLB) based on the Israeli Merkava Mark 4 tank chassis. This seems to be the first time that any version of the Merkava tank has been exported to a country outside Israel. The budget allocated for two lots of these bridging tanks (out of three) is about $36 million and the supply of the bridging tanks is part of a G2G deal between the Israeli and Philippine governments. The Merkava IV platform is more beneficial considering the product is being delivered by Elbit Systems Land & C4I. The use of Merkava IV chassis actually opens a door to what could be the potential main battle tank for consideration by the Philippine Army. #military #defense #defence #militaryleak #Philippine

Heavy Metal Levels in Abandoned Mining Soil: Zamboanga City
Tumblr media
Abstract
The study aimed to determine the extent of heavy metal contamination of Copper (Cu) and Lead (Pb) in the soil from the abandoned mining area in Zamboanga City, Philippines using the 2017 EMB Site Characterization Guidelines. Soil samples were randomly collected from 3 meridional blocks at 2 different soil depths, 0-5cm and 20-25cm. Pb and Cu concentrations, organic matter (OM) percentages, pH and Electrical Conductivity (EC) were analyzed using appropriate equipment across sampling sites. The study revealed that heavy metal content in Block 3 exceeded the maximum allowable concentrations based on WHO standard with an average mean of 3,351.00mgkg-1 Pb and 498.67mgkg-1 Cu at 20-25cm soil depth. Moreover, at 0-5cm soil depth, Block 3 had 4176.33mgkg-1 Pb and 494.67mgkg-1 Cu. Furthermore, soil pH was strongly acidic across all blocks with values of pH 5.0 at Block 1; pH 4.7 at Block 2 and pH 4.1 at Block 3. For EC and OM percentages, results ranged from 183.33 μS/cm to 286.67 μS/cm and 1.81% to 4.05%, respectively. Using Analysis of Variance at P < 0.05, this study further revealed that there is a significant difference of Pb and Cu concentrations in 3 meridional blocks at 0.001. This indicates that heavy metal concentrations present in the soil varies in the 3 blocks. However, in physico-chemical parameters, only organic matter has significant difference in all blocks at P ≤0.01. Based from the findings, it is recommended that counter measures be undertaken to minimize further retrogressive impacts of mine tailings left in the area specifically in Block 3.

Introduction
Abandoned mining sites are significant sources of metal pollution even after centuries due to presence of contaminants in the soil. Toxic metals that remain in the soil and tailing ponds have the potential to travel and contaminate environmental habitats such as soil, water, groundwater, and air. It has the potential to alter soil texture, deplete nutrients, penetrate the food chain, create harmful consequences, and destroy ecological habitat and biological variety, including plants (Conesa et al., 2006; Baker et al., 2010; Rashed, 2010).
Soil pollution by heavy metals is a global environmental issue. Heavy metal contaminants represent a health risk to humans through food chain transfer from soils to crops, prompting increased scientific and public awareness of the issue (Alloway 1995; Oliver 1997; Chen and Lee, 1995; Chen et al., 2000) particularly in the areas close to industrial sites and in the vicinity of mining and smelting plants (Pushenreiter et al., 2005). Heavy metal pollution of soils can also be caused by the parent material's high heavy metal content (Huang, 1962; Reeves, 2003). People living in the area may not be aware of the soil pollution, according to Navarrete and Asio (2011), who cautioned that the risk posed by polluted soils is caused by a lack of awareness of people living in the area, who may not be aware of the presence of these pollutants and their health effects.
This study evaluated the concentrations of heavy metals in soil from abandoned mining area in Barangay Baluno, Zamboanga City. Soils in the surrounding mining areas are probably polluted by heavy metals which could possibly pose high health risks to the adjacent community (Li, 2014). The study area has been abandoned for a decade and this study would like to assess the possible contamination of heavy metals in the soil in the present. It was hypothesized that the soils from the abandoned mining area are highly concentrated with heavy metals. The main goal of this study was to determine the concentration of copper and lead in the soils from the abandoned mining area.

Thoughts on SDG's and Businesses.
Sustainable development goals are a monumental global endeavor and are the primary reason why governments are encouraging businesses to follow sustainable practices. Even the sustainability report of businesses here in the Philippines indicates which of the 17 SDGs they are targetting. I have a little experience in collecting production reports of various commodities from different countries. It's part of my job as an agribusiness researcher. From my experience, I know that the data from different countries come from different sources, and follow different standards and measurements. Getting an accurate source of data is difficult, but most of the time it is enough to benchmark different countries when it comes to certain metrics like production, import, and export. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to measure the different Key Performance Indicators that the United Nations is using to measure the progress of each country in achieving sustainable development goals.
Although most United Nations member states are signatories to the sustainable development goals not everyone has the same capacity to achieve them. Different countries already have their own development plan and aligning these to the SDGs for the next 15 to 30 years can be difficult. As stated earlier, not every country is equipped to monitor the progress of each SDG in their territory. Climate change and all of the SDGs attached to it is a major obstacle. Like Greta Thunberg, the SDG initiative did an excellent job of putting emphasis on key humanitarian and environmental issues. However, this doesn't remove the fact that the United Nations does not have any binding authority over its member states and the action that we need can be very limited. Despite these, the cooperation of each country can be felt through this initiative. As I previously said, the international community is indeed capable of overcoming monumental tasks when properly motivated. A classic example of this is our progress in helping the Ozone Layer recover. We did this by globally reducing our emissions of CFCs.
The government is critical when trying to implement the SDGs. Here in the Philippines, the presence of the United Nations can be felt and a lot of businesses and organizations advocate and even try to contribute to the goals. Tracking the SDGs is hard, but according to the online tracker of the United Nations, the Philippines currently ranks 98 out of 166 nations. Although the government in general is cooperative when it comes to the initiatives of the United Nations, there are times when individual leaders would go against certain committees of the UN and would sometimes tell them not to meddle with national affairs. Despite these isolated cases, the government has acknowledged these initiatives and has even crafted policies to encourage business towards sustainability.
Businesses are the drivers of a country's economy and can be a good catalyst in achieving sustainable development goals. Businesses are the main sources of innovations and technology. These new innovations are vital when combating climate change and other insecurities. Many businesses are serious when it comes to their corporate social responsibility and ESG. This means that if properly motivated, businesses can become leaders in achieving the SDGs. Big businesses like Levi Strauss have a heavy influence over the supply chain. If an industry leader like Levi’s adopts sustainable practices, this will also affect the vast supply chain and smaller businesses. Businesses also have the ability to influence consumer preference, education, and practices. Focusing on business sustainability is really the way to go if we want to achieve the SDGs. A culture of sustainability must be developed and this starts with industry leaders.

Organizations from the U.S. Air Force Testing Center (AFTC) evaluated the ability of the B-52H Stratofortress to launch a GBU-38 pump with new cargo configurations.
The test was performed by the Air Force Seek Eagle Office (AFSEO), under the coordination of the 96th Test Wing, the Eglin Air Base (AFB) and the Weapons Separation Section, the Engineering Development Complex, the Arnold Air Base.
Tumblr media
Aligned under the AFTC, both organizations used their knowledge to test the capacity of the B-52H to release GBU-38 with various load configurations in the heavy storage adapter beam (HSAB) in a 5-meter transonic wind tunnel at Arnold Air Base.
The GBU-38 is a 500 lb BLU-111/MK82 unguided free fall bomb with joint direct attack ammunition (JDAM) guidance tail kit.
Performing a wind tunnel ground test allowed the test personnel to control various conditions, including temperature, speed and altitude, crucial to collect the necessary data for a part of the flight envelope.
In addition, the storage separation test allowed you to measure the forces and moments of the test article, using strain gauges on a scale, while positioning the storage in three ways, including "pseudo-freestream", grid and trajectory.
Tumblr media
The test manager of the Aerodynamic Testing Section, Austin Stewart, said: “The test used a pseudo-freestream positioning where the storage was placed away from the parent aircraft, and then the data at a wide variety of angles of inclination and turn were obtained to determine the forces and moments that act in the storage when it was exposed to the tunnel air without interference from the mother aircraft.
"The grid data were obtained in increments along a line moving away from the launch point of the weapon in HSAB.
Tumblr media
"This allowed the interference of B-52H aircraft in the weapon to be characterized. The trajectory data were obtained in a closed circuit system."
This test, according to the AFTC, investigated interference flow fields generated by neighboring weapons, including GBU-31 precision guided ammunition, CBU-87 dispenser and MK64 ER air-launched mine.

Head dredging products are exported to more than 40 countries, such as Bangladesh, Brazil, Egypt, Nigeria, Indonesia, Philippines, etc. With advanced technology, stable and reliable quality, and good after-service, Head Dredging has obtained honors from domestic and abroad customers. Head dredging focuses on product leadership, service, cost, safety, and efficiency, which will continue to enable us to devote ourselves to heavy industry. We will continuously invest in manpower material resources and technical services to help our customers solve dredging work, water cleaning projects, mining separation jobs, greenhouse projects, etc - suction dredge.
The hard and abrasive materials that are dredged are rough on dredging equipment. As a consequence, maintenance costs are a substantial part of the total operating costs of a dredger. This means that maintenance management turns out to be very cost-effective in the long run. We are specialized in conducting service inspections on-site, which involves sending an experienced service engineer to visit the dredger. The service engineer evaluates all findings on-board the dredger and drafts an inspection report including recommendations. A dredger’s production process depends on a variety of factors that tends to be interdependent. This means that having the right dredging equipment does not necessarily guarantee the lowest possible total cost per cubic meter of dredged material. Our production support can help by dispatching a dredging or product expert on-board the dredger. For more information, please visit our site https://www.Pacificmaritimegroup.com/
