A Descent into Madness: The Prison That Held Jack Rabbit

"Approximately 56 hours before his death, Jonathan Stone simply walked out of the Strode Correctional Facility. Security footage shows that a member of the prison staff left a service door ajar while bringing in laundry, and that Stone- known by most as the Jack Rabbit killer- seized the opportunity to make his escape.

Security footage from this facility is also exceedingly difficult to acquire, even if one only wants to verify a public statement made by a sheriff's office spokesperson on how a high profile serial killer could have slipped from behind bars. Reasonably, it might be assumed that they are embarrassed by this oversight, one which resulted in the deaths of a number of county officers, the murder of a resident psychologist, and the kidnapping of a civilian. You could also say that this is to protect the identity of the staff member who made such an easy mistake. This is, however, assuming this correctional facility doesn't have much more to be ashamed of that could be highlighted through their impressive, modern security system."
