The Angel Maker: Final Part

Pairing: Spencer Reid x Female!Reader

Word Count: ~2.3k

Summary: You still feel guilty for what happened to you and Hotch even though you shouldn't. If you had seen that bomb before getting blasted back, then maybe you wouldn't have so many problems with your "abilities".

Hotch and Emily headed over there while the rest of the team stayed back to work on the case. It turns out that the unsub wasn't the one who committed the crime, but Shara, the woman you and Rossi talked to. She figured if this killing spree could work for the unsub, then it could work for her.

It's already late, so you'll have to pick this up in the morning. The comment Emily made is stuck in your head for some reason. Why you're upset at this, you're not sure. You're sitting in the conference room and staring at Emily who is outside getting some coffee in the break room. You have a small pout on your face, and Spencer notices this when he enters the conference room.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing," you say and look away.

"Is it your head? Are you okay?"

"Spencer, I'm okay. I took my pain meds before we left the hotel, so I'm good."

The rest of the team filters into the conference room while JJ is on the phone with Pen. Penelope is working her magic in trying to find out who this unsub could be. According to her, four hundred and sixty-three children were born in the lower Canaan area between 2006 and 2008, so you'll have to narrow the list a bit more to get accurate results.

One of the letters Spencer decoded says, "I knew even before they told me that the future had taken root", which can only mean that it was the date of conception. The date of that letter was January 7th, 2007, so Pen had to look between August to September of the same year. With that, she came up with nine names, which is a lot more manageable.

After she sent over the names, your team got to work eliminating them. The Sheriff would know more about these names than you would, so you bring him in to try and help.

"Hannah Dreyfus was in an auto accident. She could barely walk. Shannon Conway moved away when the plant closed a year ago," the sheriff goes down the list.

"Any other names you recognize?"

"No, I'm sorry." The sheriff does a double-take and grabs the paper when he recognizes another name. "Well, this one here sounds familiar but I can't really place it. Chloe Kelcher."

"Chloe Kelcher. That is familiar," Spencer says and grabs the file for Cortland. "She was on the jury."

"That makes sense. She would have been exposed to the case evidence and seen firsthand what he did to his victims. That's when she fell in love with him, sitting across the courtroom every day."

"Well, it's one thing to have a relationship with a killer, and it's another to become one," the sheriff scoffs.

"There might have been an incident that prompted the transformation," Spencer says and looks into Chloe's file. "There's a death certificate here. Microvesicular steatosis. Her baby died at the hospital."

It looks like Chloe is your unsub, so your entire team heads over to her house, but like you assumed, she isn't home. The judge signed the warrant very quickly, so you're allowed to enter her house without getting into trouble. After a thorough search, everyone gathers in the kitchen.

"All right. We all know what the end game is. She's looking for her final victim. She may have already chosen one. Let's tear this place apart and look for anything that might tell us who she's targeted," Hotch says.

You, Hotch, and Derek head toward the bedroom and come across a child's nursery with glow-in-the-dark stars stuck to the ceiling.

"Daddy's watching," you say and point to the stars.

"It must have devastated her to think that she could hold on to Ryan by having his child and then lose the baby. Completing his murders became the only way she could hold on to him."

Something isn't right. The second you entered the house, something felt off about the atmosphere. You pause and look around the room until you see it.

Cortland Ryan is sitting on top of some kind of chest located underneath the window.

"What is it?" Derek asks after he sees the look on your face.

Without saying a word, you grasp the end of the chest. As soon as you open it, Cortland mists away. Lying there inside is Cortland's rotting body.

"That's not the only way she's holding onto him," you gag.

"I assume that's who I think it is," Spencer says when he walks into the bedroom. "I have an appointment book here. There are meetings with Delilah Grennan and Maxine Chandler on the day of each murder."

"Sheriff, have you found her tools or the gun?" Hotch asks.

"Nothing yet."

"She has something for this morning: Faye Landreaux."

"She's a CPA," the sheriff sighs. "She does my taxes. She works out of her home."

"Let's go."

Your entire team heads over to Faye's house. As soon as you get there, you can feel how scared she is and also another energy: the unsub.

"My team's ready. Let's get in there," the Sheriff says eagerly.

"Sheriff, we didn't recover a gun at Chloe's house. We have to assume she's armed."

"So are we."

"If you storm in now, she'll shoot, and she'll start with Faye. We need to be smart about this," you say.

"What do we do?" Derek asks.

"I think you should look for an open window," Hotch takes charge. "Sheriff, I need you to bring all your vehicles around to the front, facing forward with lights off, and I need a megaphone."

The sheriff does what he's told, and Derek creeps around the house to try and find an open window to get inside. Chances are, she's locked all the doors so no one can get inside so Derek's only shot it getting through a window without alerting her.

"Hotch, you won't be able to get through to her," you say.

"No, but maybe you can," he says and hands the megaphone to you.

"Sir, the profile is clear. We won't be able to talk her down."

"No, but we can occupy her. If we're right about the MO, she's left a window open somewhere. Morgan will find a way in. We just need to buy him some time. Hit the lights," Hotch says to the sheriff.

Seconds later, lights flood the front of the house, no doubt letting Chloe know that you're here. You take a deep breath and clear your head.

"Chloe, this is the FBI. We know you're in there, and we know what you're trying to do. I know you think that finishing what Cortland started will bring you closer to him, but first, you should know who he really was. I know you thought you were special, but the truth is, he wrote the same things he wrote to you to other women. I've seen the letters." Hotch hands you copies of the letters for you to read to her. "Dozens read the same lines: 'Without the flesh, there is only the soul. You don't need to touch me to feel the love I have for you.' Does that sound familiar? Cortland wasn't who you thought he was. He was a narcissist, Chloe. He wasn't capable of loving anyone but himself.

"To Carla Kettinger, he wrote, 'Ever since your visit, I am crazed with thoughts of you. Already, you have entered my dreams. Each time you appear to me, I am embraced by a feeling of trust and belief as if I've known you all my life. It's clear to me now that you are my fate. We are destined to be together, and when I am gone, that will not change. I will live on in you. In death, our union will be eternal. All appeals are lost. Possessions matter little to a condemned man, but I cannot leave this world without seeing your face one last time.'

"It isn't your fault that he made you feel these things, Chloe. It isn't your fault your baby died."

That gives Derek enough time to get Faye out of the house because as soon as you're done speaking, you see Derek usher Faye to safety. Second later, you hear Chloe yell out in anger.

"It's over, Chloe. We have Faye. You have nowhere to go," you say into the megaphone.

Still, she doesn't respond.

"I think we got some tear gas. I'm assuming it's still good," the sheriff says.

"We're not gonna need it. She doesn't have any place to go."

"Well, maybe she'll do us all a favor and put herself down."

"She's not gonna do that, either. She's not done."

Just then, Chloe comes out of the house with the gun in her hand. All officers and agents draw their guns and point them at her, and she stops at the bottom step of the porch.

"Chloe, drop the gun!" Hotch orders, and repeats himself when she doesn't listen.

"I'm coming to you, baby," she grins at the sky.

She raises her gun to shoot knowing that everyone will shoot to stop her. She goes down in two shots, and you back away in pain from the gunshot. Rossi and Emily rush over to her, but she is already dead. Emily notices blood seeing from her jacket, and she lifts it to see the markings of the final constellation.

If we took her victim from her, then she became the last one.

With the case solved, your team gets ready to head to the airport. Hotch is in the police station finishing up, so everyone is waiting by the car for him.

"Hey, are you okay?" Spencer asks.

"Yeah, just tired," you sigh.

"Did anyone get directions back to the airstrip?" JJ asks when Hotch comes out with his bag in hand.

"This town's only got one road. We'll find it," Derek shrugs.

"Yeah, Morgan doesn't like to follow directions. You didn't know about that?" Emily laughs.

"Yeah, he likes to vibe it," Spencer smirks.

"Okay, smart ass. You drive," Derek says and tosses Spencer the keys.

He unlocks the car, and you're the first one in. The car has a row of seats behind the back seat, so that's the one you take. Spencer sees how much pain you're in, and he looks down at the keys in his hands. He likes driving every once in a while, but you clearly need him.

"Not this time," he says and hands the keys to Emily who takes them with a smile.

He sets his bag in the back before climbing in next to you. After putting both your seatbelts on, you shift and rest your head on his chest. He wraps an arm around you and kisses the top of your head.

You're always able to fall asleep a lot better when it's in his arms.

Rate s2 girls from Meanest to Nicest

That's so hard, anon 😭 It so depends on the route you play, since they can all be mean to various extents at various point in the game. Still though, I think some are on average meaner than others (the meanest one is Blake though, absolutely no competition there). Take Lottie for instance, who always seems like she might turn or you or any of the other girls at any moment.

Then you've got Jo, Shannon, and Elisa who I'd group together since they can all be the same level of mean if you play the game one way or another (I'd. rank Jo and Elisa over Shannon though). None of them have ever felt genuinely nice to MC though, so...

Marisol and Hope, to me, are only mean to the extent that their main focus is on themselves and to win, which there's nothing *technically* wrong with. They mostly focus on themselves and their needs/wants, which can for sure come across as mean spirited at times. Still, I like to give them the benefit of the doubt where I can.

Priya and Hannah are tricky, since they can be so nice, but Priya can for sure be mean/selfish and rHannah is... rHannah 💀 I mean, Priya set up operation nope right in front of her partner and then kind of pretended like she was the victim? Not necessarily mean, but also not nice, you know?

Chelsea can be unintentionally mean, so she's just really hard to place (even when she actually is mean in game it's honestly just funny).

Again though, all of this is just based on my general impression of the girls, and I used to almost always play a Noah route and that for sure has shaped my thoughts a lot. Still, I think it's important to take intent into consideration, and only a few of the girls are intentionally mean in my experience!

I’m sure you’ve answered this before but I can’t find it so I’m sorry for the repeat!!! Which of the S2 girls do you think are actually friends in/out of the villa? It seems like (with the exception of Lottie/Hannah) they all only like MC but we don’t really get a glimpse at the strong friendships between them.

which of the girls stayed friends after the show was over?

i'm not even sure if i answered this before but i think it was a passing quote somewhere. anyway lol, let's see:

hope x mc. i have no doubt hope wanted to keep in touch and they possibly become really good friends on the outside (out of noah's route of course. hope wouldn't be able to take it if mc and noah got together, at least not for a while). she even says mc is her closest friend in the villa, especially if the heart score is high with her, so i think hope is reaching out for sure! she’s a wonderful friend and wouldn’t waste time on the outside. i can picture them having a slow friday night as they talk about their week with some cocktails and snacks. also, hope is the kind of person to bring gifts all the time (just a headcanon) so she’s always buying mc something, even if it’s a little token from a different city, she’s bringing it.

marisol x priya. they're all over the place, partying, blowing off steam, shit talking lottie (as they should), and i love to picture them on trips together, flirting with people, winging each other in the night. i'll even go further and say priya realizes she has some interest in mc and marisol is the one to help her figure things out. they talk about boys and girls and i think that's neat. (it might be canon since they talk about it briefly during casa amor).

blake x shannon. they came in together and appreciated each other, one because they both had game, two because of their strategy, three because they were both dumped and felt it rough. i reckon when shannon leaves, blake is waiting for her to give her a hug. blake might've been a bit cunty to mc but that doesn't mean she wouldn't be a good friend for someone she likes/respects.

chelsea x mc. um, there's no doubt in my mind that if mc wants it chelsea will be there like a cuddly koala, ready to listen, to party, to brew a tea and hear her venting (and yes, some gin too). she's the closest friend to mc and i reckon she's anxious to continue that friendship on the outside. it's a headcanon of mine that they move in together and become roommates during the quarantine if they're single. chelsea must be a right laugh when putting together a tinder profile so i believe it would be fun.

hannah x jo. hear me out! they understand each other. once they're out of the villa, and lottie is not exactly the person hannah thought she was, jo is the person that comes through. they're more similar than the shallow impressions show. to start, the insecurity, fear of daring, putting on a brave face instead of showing vulnerability... jo and hannah would be a good pair on the outside. hannah trying to show jo some poetry, jo trying to get hannah to hop on a bike. i think it would be hilarious if it happened.

elisa x hope. again, hear me out. i believe elisa was teasing hope because of the whole situation. many times people don’t get along under certain circumstances and then afterwards become friends. i think that’s exactly what happens with them. they even talk about the villa and elisa is embarrassed by the way she called hope “teacher”, but they laugh it off. they both like clothes, makeup, shoes, expensive and excellent taste in things, that’s where it starts. there’s also cultural similarities happening there, and sharing experiences is definitely a thing they do all the time. i just like picturing them cheering with champagne or martinis on a friday night after hope is off work.

hope x marisol. yep, i think they would find each other at some point, enough to realize they didn’t have much time together in the villa because there was so much drama happening. but remember that if not mc offering the hot chocolate, it’s marisol who comes through and comforts hope. i do think they like each other but never had the proper time to sit down and talk because lottie was always in the middle. once that’s not an issue i think they get along really well.

BONUS:

a group chat with mc, chelsea, hope, marisol, priya and elisa, where they constantly talk about what’s happening, trash talking, exchanging memes and screenshots of their convos with people. all of them go out together, chelsea and hope might even say “so,we’re the only boring straights here, huh?” to which the girls laugh while winking at some hot girl from across the floor. that might be my favorite group of girls on the outside, ever.

lottie. so... yes, she might have a few video projects with elisa and all, but i don’t think they become friends, not really. she might have to do some soul searching after she realizes the girls don’t really call or check up on her. they like the pics, the videos, they leave one or two comments but no one really pulls through with friendship because they might not care enough to do it. that’s just my headcanon. and knowing lottie the way i do (and some irl people, *clears throat* my mom) she might play the victim and say nobody wants to be her friend because she’s always too honest, completely disreguarding the fact that she was always looking out for herself and nobody else, using girl code as an excuse to do it so. i don’t think any of the girls really care for lottie once the show is over.

Why I think Gary was the original Main LI and Lucas was the secondary Main LI

Okay so before you all come for me, hear me out.

So there's been some discourse about Gary being the original Main LI and Lottie supposedly being the season's antagonist. Thinking about it, it makes the most sense.

Of all the OG guys, Gary's storyline has the most ties to MC's storyline: If MC goes for Gary, there are more exclusive scenes with him, someone else would choose MC before him during the first recoupling and Gary opens up to MC more.

Aside from Gary and Bobby, the other OG boys are not really connected to MC in any genuine way:

-Noah was never supposed to be endgame; FB themselves have confirmed that.

-Ibrahim's personality does not mesh well with MC's default personality; she's outgoing while he's closed off. And Ibrahim had that Shannon-Jo situation going on so it's a no for him.

-If Rocco is paired with MC, he leaves her for Marisol. And not to mention, the game is programmed to act like Lottie is paired with Rocco so Rocco wasn't meant for MC either.

So that leaves Gary and Bobby.

Now Bobby is a little tricky because the narrative makes it clear that Bobby cares about Lottie more. Making cupcakes for her, comforting her and borrowing her chapstick - and if MC is on a Gary route, Bobby has sex with Lottie. Lottie is the only girl (besides MC) that Bobby has sex with in the game and is clearly into. This is confirmed in canon! (You can add Hannah but she and Bobby weren't into each other like that.)

Bobby is originally supposed to like Lottie more than MC.

There are so many hints of this. Yes Bobby likes him some MC but he likes Lottie a bit more. FB themselves said that they didn't expect Bobby to become so popular and because of Bobby's popularity, the storyline changed.

And that leaves Gary.

Gary is the only OG boy that consistently opens up to and confides in MC. Whether or not MC is in his route, the two share a kinship that is not seen with the other guys. He opens up to her about his body issues, which is something he doesn't like to talk about, and about his family: his Dad leaving, his Mom having to take care of the family and how his Nan steps in to help.

He tries to impress her, even if she friend-zones him, and he makes it clear that he's into her.

And if Gary is supposed to be the main LI, then who was the secondary LI?

At first I thought it was Bobby but no. Originally Bobby's storyline ties in more with Lottie and Priya's storyline, until the FB changed the story.

I think Lucas is the secondary LI (originally). Here me out:

Even though Lucas is interchangeable with Henrik, Lucas's personality coincides more with MC's default personality. The narrative makes it clear that MC is more of Lucas's ideal type and in order to get Henrik to like your MC, you literally have to pie Lucas off, meaning that Lucas is meant for MC. And it's so easy to win him over. (Not to mention they both share a love for aliens!)

Lucas opens up to MC about his commitment issues and his thoughts about marriage and fate. Like Gary, Lucas shares a cute banter with MC that's not really seen in other routes - even with all the glitches.

In Gary's and Lucas's routes, there is a noticeable shift in MC's personality that's very interesting to me.

Then again, don't take my word for it. This is just a theory 🤷🏾‍♀️ and I just wanted to share my thoughts.

It’s the first known image of someone wearing spectacles in Western art. And they are also the first kind of spectacles—a rivet model perched on the end of his nose. These early spectacles were initially worn by scholars and members of the clergy, and gradually became accessible to craftsmen and small business owners. Their invention was celebrated for enabling more efficient work, but their clumsy appearance was often the subject of caricature and satire. In Film: Susan has rushed over to Emily's house after Higginson has visited for three hours, assuming it means Higginson will publish Emily's poetry. He told her, however, that she wasn't ready. Emily then looks directly into camera and begins to recite the poem to the audience. She is clearly disappointed, but her tone and facial expression suggest more than just sadness. She appears exhausted at once again being told 'no' (44:18).

When it began, or if there were A day when it was not.

Emily is much older at this time and seems used to this rejection. She does not appear to feel much one way over another when told her lack of success is likely because she is a woman, as I am sure she's heard it many times before. This is a long-lasting, never-ending pain for Emily.

Hannah Lynn used the word "content" to describe the state of Emily's existence at this point in her life, and I have to agree. While she is sad, she doesn't find that angry passion to drive her forward, and I think this is because she has been beaten down so often by those who could have given her a chance to publish, that fighting the same fight over and over becomes a waste and it's easier for Emily to remain comfortably in pain.

I can see most of them being *so petty* to be honest 😭 I think the only one I can see holding it together and congratulating MC quite sincerely is Hope, as she does so on a Noah route where she most definitely doesn't like MC. I think Shannon would also acknowledge that MC won, fair and square, and give her an approving nod – but that's about it.

I believe Priya would try to be somewhat nice, but she'd honestly just do a lot of eye rolling and sneering, because she's never been good at being subtle. Marisol would be nice-ish to MC's face, but then talk shit about her behind her back as well as maybe try to call her out for some stuff she did in the Villa.

Lottie wouldn't even hide her dislike, pretending MC isn't even there and trying to get the others on her side. I know we tend to say Lottie grows over the season, but I disagree and think she'd easily go back to being a mean girl who only calls 'girl code' when it benefits her.

The ones that would be more pouty about it but overall be pretty harmless about their dislike are Chelsea, Hannah and Jo. They just don't have much bite to them, even though Chelsea can say hurtful things without thinking, and Hannah wants to be tough. Jo is just... Jo.

Finally, Elisa would be so annoyed and not hide her dislike, but also I think she'd kind of be cool about it in a "don't hate the player, hate the game" sort of way. Still, she wouldn't exactly wish to congratulate MC more than she absolutely has to (and getting a pic with the winner is good for the socials).

this is gonna get long, grab a snack. i've got a lot to say on this matter

((um, future vena here... this post has 2.188 words... like i said, i have a lot to say!)) (quick observation. the tone i acquire at some point, in this post, is not directed to you anon, it's directed at lottie. ok, let's get started)

i was possibly the first one to say gary is the main li, anon.

'cause here's the thing... when the season ended, fusebox released a FAQ, and in there they said bobby's popularity was a surprise to them. they didn't say who was their biggest bet, but i do think it was gary.

think about his route, and what it takes to not only go through it but also to get him again. it's day 1, then day 9, but in between you have plenty of opportunities to sneak around and have secret kisses while being coupled up with someone else.

you have hannah and marisol pining for him, someone else choosing you and stopping you from being a couple again. in the mean time he asks for advice on what to do about marisol, but at the same time there's a spark between you two, which is foreshadowed in the dialogue between the girls during brunch.

there's just too many hints about his couple not working and how displeased both of them are while together. and he does say mc is the person he feels closer to, and asks for a kiss right after.

lucas has become more popular after the season ended, and i do think because he's interchangeable, he wasn't a bet either. i don't think fusebox believed in his potential, which is crazy to me!

ibrahim will bring shannon back regardless, and then switch to jo. his personality doesn't fit with mc's, so it's also a no.

noah, as they called, was "a dirty little secret", and they have said multiple times he wasn't supposed to be end game.

henrik is also interchangeable, so i don't think he was either.

casa amor guys, poor boys, don't have much time to make an impression, and even if you bring them back, they end up sharing scenes and dialogues with the OG boys.

DON'T GET ME STARTED ON MARISOL AND ELISA. sloppy routes, inconsistent dialogues, reasoning that doesn't make any sense. jesus!

so yes, i do think, since the beginning, gary was fusebox' biggest bet.

now... lottie being the season villain fits her trope, and i say 'trope' and not 'arc' because she doesn't have one. not really. even if gary is not your li she's still very problematic and nosy. she just HAS to get involved, even when it doesn't concern her. she doesn't know the meaning of the phrase "stay in your lane" and just shoves herself in very single thing, but somehow mc is the one the tweet was talking about. *rolls eyes*

by the time the operation happens, she says she's done with the drama. but in the same night she doesn't explain herself and instead gives chelsea shit for telling everyone what she did.

lottie loves preaching about girl code but only follows through when it's beneficial to her. she's not supportive of mc if she's with gary, and there's a huge difference between lottie and hope.

the main one is noah always picking hope. by choosing to recouple, over and over, with the same girl, he's making a statement that he's into her and wants to continue on that couple. it's simple!

gary has never, not once, picked lottie over mc. there's no reason for her to believe that he has any deep feelings because he has never said it or done anything that reaffirms that.

i consider her a villain because she's possessive. she's delusional, toxic, problematic, and to top it all off, not a good friend. when did she ever approach mc to talk about her problems? spontaneously i mean.

because hope and chelsea do that. chelsea being programmed to be the best friend, hope, despite having her problems going down during the season, is also very supportive.

AND SHE'S FUCKING CUTE, because she declares mc is the only girl she sees being friends with her on the outside. does lottie do that? marisol? priya? jo? elisa? NO! it's so endearing when she says that, and even if you go for operation, she still trusts you by the end of the season, because she doesn't say anything about you going to the roof terrace with noah.

LIKE- if this was lottie she would throw a fit, you know she would!

lottie however doesn't respect people's boundaries, she doesn't leave it alone unless it's about her own wrong doing. she's an immature self righteous girl, who thinks power play is more important than real friendship.

biggest example of that is the cringe worthy line she delivers when leaving chelsea and priya hanging. "acquire some taste" is not a slay. it just isn't! it's her being confronted by something she did and not owning up to it, despite demanding everybody else to do it when she demands it!

it's really easy to go around and judge people on their mistakes, but if you cannot check yourself and think "maybe i'm being an asshole, let me listen a little, let me learn" you don't have maturity, you're not trying to grow up, you're not having a redemption.

the next day, when you put lottie and priya together, the only thing lottie does is victimize herself. "ah, i thought about leaving, i thought about hannah, me this, me that" but have you seen lottie apologizing to marisol, and admitting she was wrong?

NO!

have you seen her admitting she wasn't even that into rocco (because she was planning on hitting on gary by day 5, during the welcome party)?? she doesn't. she sits on the fact that she had already kissed the guy before marisol and rocco even connected.

fucking hypocritical as shit!

instead, she gives puppy eyes and i'm supposed to believe she's a better person? she only admitted what she did because chelsea had told everyone what happened. she hid the kiss and she was probably never gonna talk about it.

then they try to forcefeed this redemption arc, this maturing ??? i don't fucking think so.

now hope, and i've said this many times before, is a different case. there's no comparison when you put lottie and her side by side, because the situation is not the same, they don't act or react on the same manner.

hope is ENTITLED to feel that way, because she found out the guy that has reassured her multiple times has gone behind her back and talked to the person that betrayed her trust!

NOT ONLY THAT, BUT SHE FINDS OUT ABOUT IT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!

are you telling me you would smile and calmly get up and invite both for a chat? 'cause i fucking wouldn't! this is the ultimate betrayal. even if noah was talking about mc, he still went to the person that just two days prior to that, had tried to kiss him!

and priya, who let's face it, is not any better or more mature, throws it on hope's face while in a group scene. everyone was there! and it happened right after hope found out that noah had an ex named priya.

COME THE FUCK ON, THE GIRL COULDN'T CATCH A BREAK FOR DAYS!

now tell me, what has happened to lottie, that was so humiliating that she hadn't done before? "ah, vena, but she had to watch her couple kiss another girl."

yeah, the girl whose trust had been betrayed by lottie herself FOUR DAYS PRIOR! and she kept that fact really fucking quiet! if anything, lottie is not entitled, lottie is not a victim, lottie is a damn villain.

this is just A FEW examples. i have plenty to go around. *cue circus song*

lottie criticizes hope for starting a game because that put hope in the spotlight;

she tries to mine priya's confidence when all of them were part of the day 1 cast, not that it would be ok to do it any other day, but calls herself a girl's girl; "i kNoW wHeRe mY LoYaLTiEs LiE", girl, shut the fuck up;

she judges gary by saying he looks like the type that only cares about soccer and drinks, but later on is offended that someone judged her;

she goes behind everyone's backs and kisses a guy that isn't her partner on the very same day her best friend leaves, best friend who was into said guy, and keeps it to herself;

keeps flirting with gary and henrik, even though she says it's the sign of a cheater when rocco does it;

lies/omits her mistakes on early days but says it out loud that bobby is a liar;

calls priya out on the slime challenge, but had the color green ready to go on her own body, which means she also rubbed against someone that wasn't her partner;

threatens to tell rahim about priya's slime challenge performance even though noah is not her couple;

when she asks mc if it's appropriate to choose gary, and mc says no, she disregards the advice and says "i've made up my mind anyway";

tries to play the victim when chelsea tells everyone about something wrong she did, and walks away leaving everyone hanging when lottie herself has demanded and followed people around to get explanations that didn't even concern her;

should i go on? alright:

first thing she does is changing the color of her hair because she thinks the guy that spent the night with her in the hideaway doesn't like it (fake confidence much???);

talks about an intimate moment she shared with him, WITHOUT THE GUY'S CONSENT, while dyeing her hair. so casual of her;

when sees kassam, immediately gets wet and proceeds to flirt and talk to him but when asked about gary she says "he better be ready for the consequences". CRINGE.

keeps claiming ownership on gary when she wasn't even with him (not that it would be okay for her to do it if she was), completely dismissing and ignoring mc's feelings in the process;

getting angry that ibrahim switched, even though he was having couple trouble before, and shames him for finding someone because now she's in danger of getting dumped. UNLESS HE WAS WITH MC BEFORE, in which case mc should be happy for him;

this is just the first 18 days. and not everything happened during gary's route. should i go on?

let's keep going!

lottie gives mc shit for being hurt about noah and hope getting back together, but insists that she and gary are meant to be, EVEN WHEN SHE WAS NEVER COUPLED UP WITH HIM;

when hannah comes back, lottie is afraid of the backlash she's gonna get, and not concerned ONE FUCKING BIT about having an opportunity to apologize to her so called best friend;

SHE FEELS THREATENED AND CONCERNED ABOUT GARY'S HEAD TURNING WHEN SHE'S NOT COUPLED UP WITH HIM; not only it's disrespectful to mc, but it's also disrespectful towards bobby, who has endured this fucking girl this entire time, the poor guy!

and after 25 days, we get the final recoupling, and an opportunity to tell her off about claiming gary as someone who has dibs on the last fry, and she still continues pining over him afterwards;

baby challenge, remember? even when she's with bobby, the baby's name is LARRY. lottie+gary. not only did she fail to get the guy, she also has a massive fail by trying to launch their couple name, AND AGAIN, SHE'S NOT WITH HIM;

now let me tell you something. she goes through all this, all this trouble, all this bothering and poor attitude, without having an arc, or redemption of any kind, just so he would dump her ass less than 3 months later.

she talks about his moves in bed in front of everyone while dancing in the prom; GIRL!

she just can't let go even though she knows they have nothing in common. a lot of people give shit to hope and noah because they would never work, but where's that energy for lottie and gary????

WHERE? they are just PHYSICAL, and somehow it's ok? it's passable? it's "goth girl and gamer golden retriever" energy??? it's cute???

NO! i see people that are not noah stans giving nope shit, but where's the shit for lottie and gary being the biggest disaster of a couple? where is it? i've been trying to find it and can only see when gary stans say something.

in conclusion, lottie is the villain because she's a bloody hypocrite who only cares about herself, doesn't own up to shit she does, criticizes people for the same mistakes she makes, has the cringiest fucking one liners i've ever heard, thinking she's the hottest shit in the villa, and to top it all off she blames it on being a scorpio (DON'T GET ME STARTED).
