Yugi dragged his hands down his face.  “I know, I like him a lot too, but we have nowhere to keep a horse.”

“He can stay behind the shop.”

“In the concrete alleyway?  The living room is bigger than that alley!”

“But--!”

“Atem, this is an adult horse.  We live in a city.  We don’t even have a backyard.”

Atem huffed, but looked resigned.  That is, until he looked at the sign on the door of the horse’s stable.  He glared down at it once he read the fine print.  “Apparently this horse’s name is Kabul, and if he does not find a home, they will put him down.”

Yugi paused.  There were going to be a lot of problems with this decision, but he couldn’t sit by and let an innocent animal be killed.  He looked between Atem and Kabul and let out a defeated sigh.  “Alright... We’ll figure something out.”

It wasn’t exactly as though Jotaro had much to do at the moment, his plate was pretty clear. With a clear sky overhead and no real sense of danger at the moment, he thought it best to go for a bit of a walk. 

The walk around town wasn’t exactly anything special, but it was at least nice to get a breath of fresh air without worrying about looking over his shoulder. Eventually it ended up leading him far enough out of his way to find... a horse. It was interesting, since he hadn’t exactly had a set location or goal in mind with this trip, but he wasn’t expecting a horse.

Just who did this horse belong to, if anyone?

He stops nearby, giving it a look over. Soon enough he holds out a hand to try and pet him. He remained silent the whole time however, only letting out a low hum to himself.

"Hey Kabul." Yun crooned as he stroked the other's muzzle and saw the bridle. Yeah, it was high time he got on the young gelding. "Alright, Big Guy. But you let me know if you're unsure of the terrain, okay?"

He puts on Kabul's bridle and leads him on to where he can haul his small ass up on to the other. "Okay, if we go straight, we'll be at Stardew Hills and Crystal River. You want to go explore there?" Kabul is to set the pace of where he wants to go Yun will guide him. He had the arena too if Kabul wanted to rip n roar around there.

      TOUCH WAS AN IMPORTANT WAY TO GET SOMEONE’S ATTENTION --- whether it be with the intention of affection or just to get someone to be aware of their presence. This was the latter, the whiskered jinchuuriki surprised by a sudden but soft PUSH upon his already turned body. It was definitely something unrecognizable and much different than what a ( hand ) would feel like, Naruto finding himself turning to see who the gesture belonged to. It definitely wasn’t what he expected, but with the [ f r i e n d l i e s t ] of demeanors, he reached his hands out to greet the larger animal. 

            So soft ---

Yugi stared at the horse from the the gate. He was doing volunteer work for a friend, and he could've sworn he seen this horse before.

So taking a quick breath, he opened the gate and walked inside the horses pen, as if he was going to clean the place but instead he stood at the entrance...as not to disturb the horse.

"H...Hi pretty horsey..." He said nervously.

Kabul had spotted the new horse and, out of his excitement, had jumped over the fence, massive hooves clacking on the pavement as he trotted quickly over to say hello. A loud nicker left him, though he slowed to a stop once he reached the newcomer, reaching out and sniffing at them curiously, his velvet soft nose touching Souji’s.

He saw Kabul coming close to him and he was a little frightened, unsure how to communicate, but the other jumped over the fence to greet him, sniffing at him. Souji gave a soft nicker of his own, moving his head to nuzzle him.

Kabul!! Oh Kabul, buddy I'm so relieved...

He didn't know how to be a good horse, but if he had his buddy with him he'd be alright, he knew it!

      He looks around first to notice that the coast is clear before he sneaks into the stables so he could have a closer look at the horse. He’s not seen this boy before, so he’d gotten curious. Mahad is keeping an eye on him, despite that he thinks he is being sneaky.

      Atem grabs an apple on the way and walks up to the friendly creature prior to offering it to him.

      “Hello there. I hope golden apples are to your liking.” The Pharaoh flashes a smile.

     Shigaraki was resting in a field, reading a manga. Master was pissing him off so he decided to storm off and get some peace and quiet. There were a few horses in the field, and to his knowledge, they didn’t belong to anyone. At least there was no ranch or anything in sight.

    He continued to flip through pages in his book, casually glancing around out of habit to make sure no one came near him. But every time he looked up, he noticed one of the horses getting closer and closer. He watched them carefully now.

The days off were not entirely normal for someone like him, but nevertheless, with just a small change of clothes, Yugi went out this time for a long walk on the outskirts of the city, according to comments from some friends, there were interesting things in the outskirts, so he decided to go adventure.

A small backpack where he had some belongings, the young duelist was walking a long green path that despite the heat and the constant loss of liquids, he enjoyed, but what most caught his attention, was the few people who were around him. All kinds of birds and small rodents were heard but come on, he was looking for something else that could impress his pupils, but like any normal person without physical condition, he got tired and decided to take a rest under the big green canopy of a tree.

“Oh wow! I'm a weakling! I should also exercise like the other boys.. ummm... I should?...” a slightly depressed face showed on him but almost immediately, he had put that thought aside, turning his face neutral once more. Taking calmly from the cold bottle of water, the boy's eyes stayed on the ground, looking at the coloration of the earth as if it were a discovery, losing himself in it momentarily. ‘I guess the excess light from the processor is consuming my view...’.

"Perhaps... but I am unsure we can afford to keep both horses,” Atem replied with a frown.  “I could possibly work some more hours in the shop to make up for the cost of housing them at the stable.  If there was a simpler way to keep them, that would help solve a great deal of issues.”

Okay, was Rin somewhere nearby? That was the literal only explanation he could think of as to why this creature was standing in front of him.

"...Yo, Rin, you around here somewhere?" He called out, ignoring the poor creature entirely and looking very stressed.

"You've seen my magic before, don't look so surprised." He told his horse in amusement. He decided to take the gelding out on a ride off the ranch, just for fun.

They had stopped under a shady tree for a snack. Fruit for both of them. While resting, he started drawing shapes in the air with his magic, and heard his horse neigh in surprise.

"Its pretty isn't it." He asked softly.

He noticed the small animal and walked up to him with a slight smile on his face. "Hello there, why are you all by yourself?" Souji was running with Kabul and being the wild child he was, so he decided to stay with the small donkey, reaching out for the other to approach if he was comfortable.
