Hiya TT!! Long time... :) How have you been? Hope you are doing alright... How is everything in the tellywood world... did i miss anything major? :p

I’m good! Finally moved into a new place, started a new job as well. Life is finally relatively stable. How have you been? All good? 

Oh boy, where to start with tellywood? Lol, you saw the IPKKND 3 hullabaloo already, so there’s that. Ishqbaaz and DBO just had a Mahasangam week, so that was (kinda) fun, if nothing, to see the whole gang together again. Shivaay is now super duper lovable. Anika has her moments of being frustratingly dense. Omkara is the fucking worstttttttttt right now, and I am in love with Gauri, who is too fucking adorable (and her brotp with Shivaay is my reason to live right now!) Saumya has gone off to Australia (Nehalaxmi may or may not be on a break. She’s still hanging out on the IB sets every now and then, so… Idk man.) and Rudra has a new love interest who may be a superhero (but her “normal” alter ego is annoyingly weepy.) Besides that, our kids won a bunchhhh of things at Star Parivaar, and looked veryyyyy pretty at the awards. Oh, and Subha Rajput got cosmetic surgery on her nose and it’s very hit and miss - looks good in some scenes and very off in others. I think you’re all caught up! :D

The funniest thing about this situation so far is that Advay means Unique and Absolute, and there is nothing unique about Barun Sobti playing ASR for 4Lions.

My guess is Arshi’s child who was hinted at in Ek Jashn.

I’m in two minds about this, because on one hand I really like the two and I’m excited about their new venture together; but on the other hand, it’s sounding a bit like an IPK knockoff/regular 4 Lions show to me already, with the “bubbly girl/intense alpha male” thing. 😐😐😐

Also, I’m always iffy when Indian media attempts depicting mental illness, because sensitive and accurate in their portrayal of anyone who is not neurotypical, they are not. I’m like…. 58% sure, that her condition is going to be played for laughs, and then it’s going to magically go away at a point with zero counselling/therapy/medication. Because romantic “LAU” is the cure for everything. 😒😒😒

(Also, I’m kinda lol-ing @ the whole “Namik is getting a TRANSFORMATION” thing. Like how much more tough and macho can the guy get than he ALREADY is??? Is he in the hills wrestling mountain lions and bears in preparation for this? 😆😆😆) 

Overall, I’m very cautiously excited. I definitely will check it out when it starts, and hope to like it! 🙂🙂🙂 Though I can’t help but already feel sorry for the camera person, coz Sanaya and Namik legit have a whole foot of height difference between them. The poor person is going to have to work very very hard to frame the shots. Either that, or give Sanaya a Jaya Bachchan in K3G type step stool! 🙃🙃🙃

Lol, I know exactly what you mean @guiltydesipleasures, I do a double take every time he speaks in his 2 rs waala ghaati lingo too. But somehow, because its so jarring, it’s extra hilarious to me. It’s like when Anika first woke up from her fall and started acting like “Kumaaaari” Kalavati Thakur. Ridiculous because the same face yet so out of character. 😆😆😆

NGL, I had the exact same thought! Especially since it was Shakti who saw her and got shocked. All the conspiracy theories ran wild in my head! 😖😖😖 But then I googled, just to confirm if my suspicion of the actress was correct (it was!), and her character is seemingly not related to our favourite kanji-eyed Billu. We can never know what the future (and the writers’ fucked up brains) hold(s); but for now, we can rest easy. 😊

I damn near felt like I was going to die watching that crap @guiltydesipleasures! 😥😥😥 I mean I love Om and all, but god help me if I have to watch that kind of crap, I’d be dead from an aneurysm within the week. 

I’m going to take your advice and pretend Om is just in his studio, (with some deep conditioner in his hair), unconcerned with all the crap that’s going on downstairs. He occasionally pops out, tells Shivaay to get his head out of his ass and tell Anika bhaabi that he’s in love with her, and his brotherly duties for the week done, retreats back into the studio for another week or so. 😇😇😇
