🥔आलू स्वस्थ के लिए बहुत अच्छे होते हैं क्योंकि ये विटामिन, खनिज और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट से भरे होते हैं। अध्ययनों ने आलू में पोषक तत्वों को कई प्रभावशाली स्वास्थ्य लाभों से जोड़ा है, जैसे रक्त शर्करा का बेहतर नियंत्रण, हृदय रोग का कम जोखिम, और एक मजबूत प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली।
