Devra knocks on the door to the lab. "Hey, how's my favorite scientific Scotsman?"

Fitz idly tossed the wrecked computer mouse that was over by the door into a wastebin.  This was the second lab he’d had that had gone to hell, second out of three (five, if you counted the Framework, in which case it would have been third of five, according to Elena’s description) and it wasn’t any easier than watching the last one explode aboard the Bus, his and Simmons’s space gone.

“Managing,” he said, putting his hands on his hips.  “Tha’s about it.”  Fitz sighed and looked around, raising his eyebrows at Devra in an attempt to look somewhat less down than he was.  No idea if she was buying it.  “Cleanin’ up.  Makin’ sure there’s nothin’ else readable with classified information on it for when they come.”

John knelt down and grinned at the tiny robot. “Well hello. Who’re you?”

He chuckled as the robot scanned him and began to assess him. As they were interrupted John stood to greet the young woman approaching them. 

“Oh, it’s fine. What’s a friendly scan here and there. Though, I would appreciate it if I was asked first, Miss...?”

Ikura had just finished up a fight against a random monster of the week. She was still transformed as Kyusha when Devra rolled up. "Huh? Yeah, actually!" She rested her hands on her hips. "I designed, programmed, engineered AND built it myself! Pretty cool, right?"
