Depression flaring tf up and everything’s in flames 👹

Coping skills have not been what the therapist recommends honey!! Bc I’ve been drinking and smoking 🍃 n it makes me overeat!! Sooo now I’m fat n an alcoholic n it’s sooo tempting to just jump in and spiral w the good ole yeet n delete again 🤪 I love it!!
