He's a bounty hunter after when his father kicked him out, he had the same ability just like dylan's when a toxic waste liquid made him a size shifting mutant. He loves to torcher someone who he hunts but he won't hurt dylan since he didn't had anything against him as a threat. And yes he can eat people because his belly was a jail house to someone he hunts
