Review of my shows: Brisbane and Sydney
Brisbane: Louis was relaxed, having fun and talked/ interacted with the crowd often. It was intimate. It was awesome dancing around on the grass. I didn’t take as many photos and videos cause I just wanted to soak it all up.
Best quote: “Brisbane!…..I got nothing”. I still giggle over that and wish I had it recorded.
Best part: So many, but meeting up with a Kiwi fan for the first time after chatting online was awesome.
Sydney: Louis is a total dork in shorts and socks 🤣. I felt the show was rushed, less interaction with fans, definitely less talking. He seemed to be pointing randomly not often at anything specific. The sound in an arena compared to open air was amazing. My first thought with the super young crowd is they don’t know Louis but the sound of everyone singing his songs blows you away.
No best quote as he really only did one big speech after SIBWAWC. I have a video of the rainbow flags that make me tear up.
Best part: I totally fan girled that Oli and his posse sat four rows in front of me. They sat down the whole time which improved my view of the show.
I didn’t like at both shows: the crowds extra reaction to a 1 D song or 5sos. Really, it’s kind of insulting. I was there cause I love his songs not cause he was in 1D or that I like arctic monkeys.
Regret: Wish I was brave enough to stay back and try meet him.
Loved it, love him (despite being a dork) can’t wait for LT3
