okay so I woke up this morning wanting to really stuff myself, so I decided to try and eat as much as I could today. unfortunately I do have to work for a few hours, so I will need to be at least a little bit sneaky with it.
I started the morning with:
cereal with milk
two chocolate cookies
one small ready-made iced coffee
totalling 1067 kcal. This was my belly after breakfast:
then for lunch I decided on McDonald's on my way to work. I grabbed:
a Royal TS with cheese
9 McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce
a large chocolate frappe
totalling at 1483 kcal. this was my belly about an hour after lunch:
While working i munched on another four cookies as well as a bag of chips, coming in at another 634 kcal.
For dinner I had self made pasta with salmon in a creamy tomato sauce which equals about 949 kcal.
So this is my belly after dinner:

I'm so fucking stuffed now, holy shit (i say, as if i'm not already snacking again while making this post...). this was a great experience & i loved feeling full all day long, eating as soon as my belly was anything less than stuffed... i think today really proved what a desperate fatass i am 🤤🥵
so, all in all i ate 4348 kcal today. i did have to walk around quite a lot, so my net calories are 3648! which is more than 1200 kcal more than what is recommend for my daily intake 🤤🤤

Whatever you might be doing wherever in the world, it's completely unmatched to eating an entire cake in your apartment and admiring your figure in the mirror
