Tonight Brian May's tone and execution of the We Will Rock You guitar solo is almost identical to the recorded version. Towards the end of the instrumental section of the fast We Will Rock You that follows, Brian thinks the rest of the band are hitting the chorus again, but nobody else does! A few bars later, Roger guides them into it as planned. Most, if not all, of the audience don't notice this little miscue.

The audience chants Freddie's name after Somebody To Love, and he responds with, "I'm not gonna go away!"

He teases the audience on the piano at the beginning of The Millionaire Waltz, pauses, then jumps into the main theme after announcing, "Alright, here we go!" He then offers some great ad libs during the extended rock section of the song.

After the medley, he does his usual toast. While on previous tours he'd say some variation of "May you all have champagne for breakfast tomorrow," tonight he says, "May you buy all our records tomorrow, if you haven't got 'em already."

After Spread Your Wings, as Freddie begins to introduce the next song, he ends up letting the crowd sing what seems to be a standard football chant, which prompts him to say to the lighting guy, "Give 'em the lights! On the farther spots, come on, give 'em the lights!" As it dies down, he says, "It's beautiful. That's tremendous. Okay, save some for later. Right now we would like to do a song from the News Of The World. This is a song called It's Late." Brian was already diddling a bit during Freddie's speech, so he decides to cut out the first few bars and jump right into the main heavy riff. It's a very strong version of the song, particularly from Freddie.

The vocal/guitar solo section after White Man is quite interesting tonight.

“For the News of the World tour leg Queen played for the first time in Zurich, my home town – and like in Basel the year before, I was at arournd 10 in morning at the front door with my girlfriend. Since we were totally in love the hours of waiting seemed to fly. Luckily this time the main door opened so we were just in front of the stage. After the tipical one hour delay with beatiful classical music the stage exploded and the huge crown was rising towards the roof with enourmos amounts of smoke – what a start ! We were all stunned and couldn’t believe our eyes. Freddies energy was just magnificent and his voice was in great shape, enjoying every second on stage. When he sang Love of My Life, he looked to my girlfriend an me with a beatiful smile – and the guy next to us asked if we knew Freddie… Being a real concert fan (I have seen mostly everybody except the Beatles) I could really tell how magic, powerful and brillant Queen were on stage. There are no equals to this in my eyes. When Freddie turned for the enocores in his lurex suit the place went completely nuts and sang in a way I have never witnessed before. The setlist is still one of my favourites of Queen concerts.” - Luca Rascher

Fan de mclhsl: CL c'est de la merde hsl était mieux, les perso, l'histoire, l'ambiance du jeu et du fandom, Beemoov...

Fan de mclcl: vous êtes enocore des gamines c'est pour ça que vous arrivez pas encore à aimer ce qu'il se passe dans le jeu... et puis si vous aimez pas passez à autre chose et arrêter de pleurnicher parce que de toute façons c'est peine perdue et vous soûlez tout le monde avec vos avis inutiles

Le problème de ce fandom ici c'est pas qu'un côté a tort et un autre raison... les deux côtés sont juste con parce qu'ils le peuvent pas accepter l'avis de l'autre en rapport avec le jeu...

Perso je fais partie de ceux qui aime AS version lycée (à part les derniers épisodes) et souvent je me retrouve à être le petit mouton noir qui nage à contresens ( @faerietale-mcl @koasensei et @smolsalty je crois que vous pouvez témoigner surtout après mon pétage de câble sur l'épisode 12 xD)

Mais c'est pas pour autant que je vais aller chiez sur tout ceux qui aiment CL... au contraire je vous envie! Vraiment! J'aimerais pouvoir de nouveau aimer le jeu comme à l'époque! Mais même si j'ai encore mes deux cdc je n'arrive pas à apprécier les épisodes et je m'ennuie à en crever... et je passe mon temps à m'énerver dessus (je continue à jouer juste parce que je tiens encore ce jeu et à certains personnages)

Mais de l'autre côté quand je dis que j'aime pas CL pour toute une liste de raisons que je vais pas énumérer (entre toutes les annonces foireuses de Beemoov pour la sortie du jeu, les changements que personne a demandé, le fait qu'ils restent sourds aux critiques, et les perso insupportables... J'ai de quoi approfondir et dire pourquoi j'aime pas ce jeu) je veux pas qu'on vienne me faire chiez en me disant pourquoi j'ai tort et pourquoi CL est génial! Vous pouvez faire toute une liste de raisons, faire un exposé de 6 heures avec des graphiques qui montrent comme quoi Beemoov est devenu beaucoup plus populaire depuis la sortie de CL, ça ne va quand-même pas changer mon avis sur le jeu et ça va juste vous faire predre du temps... tout comme ça va pas faire changer l'avis de quelqu'un qui aime CL si je lui fait ma liste de tout les défauts du jeu...

Bon j'ai aussi donné mon avis sur ce drama inutile comme les monologues de Su! Sur ce je disparaît de nouveau donc ma grotte

Is Rock Music Dead?

Rock artists are moving away from their rock roots to experimental alternative music. Nothing wrong with that. Less guitars, guitar is dying in music as it becomes replaced with electronic synth. Who needs drums when you can use a machine that creates beats for you? Or a simple bass line of four or five notes mixed in with the "WOAH OH OH OHs". I'm still waiting for something innovate, yet also something retro to come back. The Lemon Twigs probably being a great example, bringing back the glam of the 70s when rock music was still very new. To say artists like David Bowie, Queen, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and so on who brought a whole new meaning to rock n roll.

Is rock music declining in popularity? It seems so evident, especially in the modern emo community. Back in 2004,kids listened to variations of punk, enocore, post hardcore, even metalcore. These days my feed is flooding with rap and electropop artists being tagged with words like "emo"... Even punk for crying out loud. And kids get so fucking pissed when you tell them it's not what they were lead to believe. Pop has made it's way into the emo community, a community that was once heavily rooted from punk/post hardcore.

Musicians who dabbled in the emo pop/pop punk/pop rock scene of the mid 2000s have ditched their guitars for synth heavy tracks. *cough* Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco*cough*

What do you guys think? Am I being a little over dramatic and stuck in my ways?

Ofrece concierto chelista suiza Joëlle Mauris

La chelista suiza Joëlle Mauris ofreció un concierto integrado por piezas de compositores como Johann Sebastian Bach, Gabriel Urbain Fauré, Johannes Brahms y Serguéi Vasílievich Rajmáninov en el salón Benito Juárez del Poder Legislativo, a iniciativa del diputado Armando Bautista Gómez.

La solista estuvo acompañada en algunas de las melodías por Carlos Hernández, pianista del Conservatorio de Música del Estado de México. 

Los músicos interpretaron secciones de las ‘Suites para violonchelo solo’, de Bach; ‘Después de un sueño’, de Fauré; ‘Sonata para chelo No.1 OP. 38’, de Brahms, y ‘Vocalise���, de Rachmaninov, la cual fue ejecutada en una segunda ocasión al final del concierto, a manera de enocore, a petición del diputado Armando Bautista, para beneplácito de los asistentes. 

El coordinador parlamentario del PT agradeció a Joëlle Mauri, quien ha ofrecido recitales en diferentes países del mundo, como Australia, Alemania, Austria y Francia, sitios de donde ha sido elogiada por su talento y energía. En 2012 actuó para el príncipe Carlos y Lady Camila durante su gira real por Canadá.

“Estamos orgullosos de contar con espectáculos de este tipo y enriquecer de una cultura tan maravillosa el recinto del Poder Legislativo. Enhorabuena por todo su talento, les estamos muy agradecidos de compartir su música con nosotros”, señaló el legislador, quien obsequió a los músicos árboles de la vida elaborados por artesanos de Metepec.
