For Freya, how has being a faerie raised in the human world affected you and your sister?

“I think it’s been the best thing for us, even though our father is also a faerie and our mother was too; dad just wanted us to be away from some of the more toxic ideals faeries have. He was always considered odd for enjoying spending time with humans; and now I am too since I like being around humans.” Freya said thoughtfully.

“However it was always kind of hard to conceal my true abilities, I’m sure the same can be said for my sister; I think she acted out a lot when she was younger because she doesn’t always cope well in stressful situations. But that being said, I haven’t let her see some of the really nasty things about being a faerie. So I doubt I’m coping well either.” She added.

“You look really bad.” He says bluntly, unaware that it could easily come across as downright rude if it were any other situation. Actually, scratch that, it might still be a bit rude.

“Are you okay?” He asks, slightly tilting his head to the side as he takes a good look at Noah’s face. It’s obvious that he isn’t in the best state. He looks disoriented and panicked; a rare sight that he can’t say he’s used to seeing with him.

He can only assume that something truly scared him, enough to make him feel this level of terrified. But, what exactly?

“Did you see a spider?” There might be some things that he still doesn’t know about him, but his paralyzing fear of spiders is an easy one to remember. Given how old and unkempt this place is, it would make sense for there to be spiders roaming around. Big ones, at that.

“Do you need to sit down?” He asks, concern still written on his features. He’s never been good at comforting others or knowing how to help in these kind of situations. But, he’s making an effort, because Noah is his friend. He cares about him.

💘 – what is a romantic AU you’ve always wanted to write, but haven’t yet?

for as long as i can remember i’ve been a sucker for the knight/royalty dynamic and i’ve always wanted to do a scenario for it SPECIFICALLY with two girls. i want it with a wlw couple and sakuya would be the big butch knight who flirts with the princess while protecting her at all costs?? and spoils her like nobody ever has before?? 👀💕

fantasy settings are just so fun and i love ship dynamics where the two are opposites in terms of personality/status/etc. it’s also really sweet to see two characters fall in love despite the obstacles that try to keep them apart and not caring how society views them bc they love each other more than anything.

and u know… sakuya wearing armor and not hesitating to beat the hell out of anyone who tries to harm her princess is pretty hot 🥵💦 she would be fiercely loyal but also show the princess how much more there is to explore in the world outside the isolation of the castle and help her become a little more adventurous (or indulge in her curiosity if she’s always been wanting to escape).

there’s just so many possibilities with that kind of scenario and i would love to try it out at some point!

✢: my muse runs into your muse and bloodies their nose, now they’re fixing the damage.

   of course, today was going to be one of those days. filled with unlucky and probably a lot of Shiro’s yelling thanks to that incident: a pile of books that occupied taller’s view, much to the smaller’s dismay. to add to that, a distracted Shiro & Hayabusa and BAM, bumping galore happen — though future nurse doesn’t even flinch with it; is only when emerald eyes go to check who was the poor victim that cold sweats pours from every pore on body. of all that, of all the goddamn people —

      “ I already told you I’m so, so sorry, Shiro! I didn’t mean to bump into you — or anyone for that matter! ” taller on his knees and cleaning up crimson liquid that flows out of friend’s nostrils, whose glare is about to kill a student, I assure you. “ it’s also not my fault that you’re small, y’know — ” a mumble that Hayabusa sure thought it was inaudible to friend’s ears but alas, he has dug his own grave as he feels slaps coming left and right (not as hard and not as painful as the ones given by Tsubame, thank the heavens).

      “ AH — ! how the fuck did you hear that?! stop — stop! ” yells of regrets and sorrow being throw to the wind.

               Yua couldn’t believe that she has randomly met up with her high school junior at her crappy café job, and she still had problems with math so she had offered to be her tutor, seeing as it was her major and all. Sitting at one of the tables at the library she twirled her pencil in her hand while she waited for Rio to show up, looking over the curriculum to see what she was learning now.

               “Rio over here.” Waving at the other girl and setting out the work book. “I’m just going to jump into this because I need to see where your strength and weakness are and then we can go from there okay?”

“Mm. Not impressive.” He repeats it back to him, almost in a monotone voice. The look of boredom on his face makes it obvious that he’s teasing him a little, albeit sarcastically.

Frankly, he’s too sleepy at this point to entertain Hotaru’s bitter, irritated attitude. Normally, he wouldn’t mind listening to him be fed up and disappointed with Kura’s shenanigans. But, right now, tiredness is overcoming him and he can only give short, uninterested responses.

“She’s trying.” He murmurs, his gaze lowering to stare off blankly at an old, dusty bookcase across the room. He only looks at it for a moment, before allowing his eyes to close briefly as he continues, “Because she likes you.”

He’s simply stating the truth, completely unaware that it could unintentionally fluster Hotaru. Not that it wouldn’t be a bit amusing to see him get angry and embarrassed.

There’s so many small gestures that Kura does just for his sake and he tends to be oblivious to them. It can be quite frustrating, really. But, as much as he might want to play cupid, he knows that it’s best for Hotaru to realize them on his own. So, he will simply sit back and observe.

“Where’s Souta?” He asks sleepily, abruptly changing the topic. He’s on the verge of falling asleep, so he needs Souta to carry him. He looks at Hotaru with the smallest hint of a pout, as if he’s suspicious of him. “Did you scare him away?”

Wow. Her girlfriend is such a genius. Just add that to the list of things that make her so incredible and perfect.

She doesn’t waste any time in discreetly sliding her hand towards Rio’s. Long fingers curl around soft, delicate ones, entwining them together against the seat of the booth.

“You’re so smart, princess.” She murmurs teasingly, though she actually means it. Lips brush against Rio’s hair, stealing a quick kiss as she gives a squeeze to their hands. Thick eyebrows furrow in concern, voice hushed and only for her to hear. “Your hand is cold.”

Not unusual, considering how cold the weather is outside. But, that doesn’t stop her overprotective nature from wanting to keep Rio warm. She presses closer, until their arms are touching, and decides to risk bringing their hands up from underneath the table.

She raises the back of Rio’s hand to her lips, placing a soft kiss against it. She lingers for a moment or two, golden eyes peering up at her with a smirk peeking from the corners of her mouth.

“Better?”
