Santiago - The exact moment he realised that Gabriela, his best friend above all else, is dead and he was the one that killed her. It had been such a good road trip up until he fucked it up for good. Killing her felt good at the time, but now he'd have to live without her, and he doesn't know how to do that.

Gabriela - Dying sure sucked enough, but she'd at least go to Heaven, she was good. It hurt to be betrayed like that, but Santiago had always had that kind of rash temper. No, the worst part was realising she was condemned to being a ghost. Realising all she could do was haunt him, her killer, until someone could finally see her and her unfinished business would be done.
