The rings in Firene
Why does Firene have two rings?
Firene is described as a pious kingdom. This piousness and loyalty means that the Divine Dragon can trust them to give them the rings when needed.
They are a peaceful kingdom. They won't misuse the rings to conquer other kingdoms.
The ring of the caring princess - Celica
I believe that Celica's ring represents Firene's pious nature and desire for peace. In Gaiden and Echoes, when Rigel attacks and the crops begin to fail, Celica seeks a peaceful solution to Zofia's woes. Her belief in Mila means that she sets out on a pilgrimage to her temple to seek her advice. At the end of the game, in the ending credits, it is said that people believed that she was the reincarnation of Mila.
Celine has similar personality traits to Celica. Both ladies will always seek peaceful solutions but when it is necessary they will fight to ensure peace and to protect the vulnerable. Celine finds great comfort when she speaks about her problems to the ring.
The ring of dawn - Micaiah
Micaiah also represents the caring nature of the Firenze. Just like Celine and Alfred, she will sacrifice her health and well being to protect the people of Daein. Just like Alfred and Firene, she is not really built for war, she is a healer with a close bond with nature.
