It's National Lip Stick Day. Lucy's 👄 prints came up for sale in 2013 as part of the Drier Collection auction of items formerly owned by Elois Jenssen. Included in this lot was this 'Too Many Girls' souvenir program with the dedication, "To Mommy from Lucy", and an LBM monogrammed cocktail napkin. I have one of the cocktail napkins in my collection, sadly, sans the lip prints. During the third season of 'I Love Lucy', it was determined that Lucy needed to wear a fur—a modest fur— that would've been in the 'Ricardos' price range. Lucy's costume designer, Elois Jenssen brought her own Stone Martin fox stole from home for Lucy to wear on screen. This fox stole was part of the Dreier Collection auction held in 2013.
