The RK800 is the most recent model of a line of military prototypes meant for espionage and governmental defense. However, with deviancy on the rise, Connor's programming has been shifted to something more domestic. RK series androids have had their ups and downs in testing, and Connor is no exception.

However, everything changed when he was attacked for his involvement in exposing the gang, nearly losing his life in an explosion that killed his father and partner. Being from District 2, there was really an expectation that people had of you. To be ruthless, and unforgiving, and above all else, the leader of the pack. But as soon as Connor volunteered for the Hunger Games, he became a lone wolf. A target of interest, or a forgotten name. Although Connor refused to join forces with the other Careers, he is still a threat to be contended with, and he will do everything in his power to win.

After Elijah left New Orleans (~ after 1x08 of The Originals), he decided to move to Europe and found a home in France [location can be carried but it's NOT New Orleans]. He stays in contact with his family through Rebekah but is not involved in family matters beyond that as he decided it's best to stay away.

After Elijah learned that Klaus has thrown their daggered siblings in the ocean, hence having sealed their fate for eternity, Elijah swore to avenge his siblings by killing Klaus. Because of this, he's keen on finding the doppelgänger before Klaus does, ultimately planning to sabotage the sacrifice to take advantage of the only opportunity in which Klaus is weak enough to take revenge.

After Esther's return, Elijah questions her intentions, unlike his other siblings. Unknown to them, their mother plans on killing them by linking them all together with the help of Elena's blood. Because of the link, if one thing happens to either of the siblings, it will happen to the others as well. Elijah tries to find a way to undo this.

The Cure // TVD S4
Through Katherine Pierce, the existence of a cure against vampirism came to Elijah's attention. Knowing the potential danger such a cure would bring with it, Elijah teamed up with Katherine to secure it and bring it into his possession. However, his initial mission starts to become difficult after both of his siblings desired the cure for different reasons themselves. Elijah isn't yet aware of Kol's death.

After Elijah learned from Rebekah that Klaus has gone to New Orleans to find out who is plotting against him, Elijah decided to follow him although he’s hasn’t yet decided if he stops or helps them. In New Orleans, Elijah learns that Marcel, the former protegée of his brother, is still alive & acts as the leader of the city as well as that werewolf Hayley is pregnant with Klaus’ child.

Elijah returns to New Orleans for the first time in years after being asked to help in his family's fight to save Hope from the Hollow. Despite having never met Hope in person, he's willing to hold a piece of the Hollow's spirit in order to save his niece. Elijah thinks he's aware of the consequences of that spell, although he only starts to really realize it after the spell is done. The knowledge of never being able to see his siblings again leaves Elijah stunned and he promises to himself that this hasn't been a goodbye forever.

shadowhunters "where was klaus” masterlist ( pt.1 ) !
this verse is basically an au set to insert klaus into the canon of the show !! this has been discussed with my mains & exclusives ( @aimedtrue, @berkilausihir, @warstopper ) and is open for anyone to participate in for threads; however, i will be selective towards whom i write with in this verse specifically. all shadowhunters/tmi characters are free to interact with me within this verse except alec lightwood as @aimedtrue is my exclusive alec lightwood and the alec in this verse was written with her alec in mind. there are NO exceptions to this. any TO characters whom would like to participate in this would have to discuss it with me, as fitting the characters within the episodes would have to take development. creds to the lovely @petrovanity for this idea.
side note: this is NOT episode based currently. this is about what happened to him BEFORE the canon of the episodes. count this as “flashbacks”.
to start off, i’ve decided it would’ve been tacky to have him as a main character right off the bat. i think that, much like in the vampire diaries, it would’ve been best to let him progress into the canon. therefore, the first portion of this will be discussing where he was before he discovered valentine and talks of destroying the shadow world.
WHERE WAS KLAUS MIKAELSON?
following the murder of his mother at his own hands, he and his family fled the area. they had made it their mission to fade themselves from existence, as mikael and the shadowhunter world would be hunting them. despite how small the nephilim world may have been following the creation of shadowhunters through jonathan, the mikaelsons knew they mustn’t be discovered. centuries of laying low, under the radar, attempting to hide niklaus from their father, had allowed them to become a rumor. they were written off as simply a story that was twisted generations after generations.
yet they were not stories. ALL the stories are true. they were the undead mikaelsons, and they were walking amongst the nephilim each and everyday.
niklaus & his siblings had spent the better part of his life running from mikael. although mikael was only hunting niklaus, their promise of always & forever kept the siblings together. niklaus’s burden was their burden, and their burden was niklaus’s burden. they were fiercely loyal and faithful to each other --- until it had slowly, but surely, started to crumble.
FINN MIKAELSON spent the better part of his life daggered in a box, as he despised his siblings and the idea of vampires. he had sided with niklaus’s mother, whom had soon thought that her creation of the vampire race was an abomination.
KOL MIKAELSON loved his family, and his family loved him, but he always felt he was missing something. he’d spent much of his days as a vampire being impulsive, destructive, and attention drawing. this caused niklaus to dagger him, as the fear of his father catching their trail controlled him more than any other emotion.
REBEKAH MIKAELSON and ELIJAH MIKAELSON remained fiercely loyal to niklaus. though the three had a rocky relationship, to say the least, at the end of the day they love and would do anything for each other. ALWAYS AND FOREVER.
WHAT HAPPENED TO KLAUS?
what happened within the canon of the originals past ( as in klaus and his siblings staying in new orleans in the 1800s ) is canon for shadowhunters. him, rebekah, elijah, and occasionally kol had settled down into new orleans and built their own empire. klaus took in his own prodigal son, marcel gerard, and loved him like his own. they had built their own city --- something niklaus was proud of --- until, one day, ( once again, following the canon events of the originals ), mikael had caught up and burned the city to the ground. everything that niklaus had loved and cherished: GONE. it was that day niklaus had discovered he was cursed --- his werewolf genes suppressed. the day that his father humiliated him in front of his family and friends before burning the city to the ground. it was the day that niklaus had changed forever.
HOW DID KLAUS CHANGE?
following the destruction of new orleans and the discovery of the curse placed upon him, niklaus became obsessed with ridding the world of his father and breaking the hybrid curse. he’d consulted every warlock in every corner of the world, and to no avail, until he came across the high warlock of brooklyn MAGNUS BANE. he asked the man for help, in exchange for one of his mother’s ancient spells. through his help, he’d discovered the only way to break the curse would be through the sacrifice of someone with pure angel blood. unfortunately, the world had not yet seen such, cursing niklaus for what seemed like eternity.
niklaus became angrier, more paranoid, more mistrusting. this created a sever in the relationship between him and his siblings.
WHERE WERE HIS SIBLINGS?
as stated, this does follow the canon of the vampire diaries/the originals flashbacks, therefore:
KOL MIKAELSON and REBEKAH MIKAELSON are currently daggered under the protection of niklaus.
MIKAEL MIKAELSON was daggered by klaus and elijah after centuries spent running from him. ( WILL return for the plot of shadowhunters )
ELIJAH MIKAELSON and him had a multitude of fights, as niklaus’s temper, dissociation, and destructive methods had only gotten worse since new orleans. because of the fights, elijah had drawn himself away from niklaus. the two walked this earth in separation.
WHERE IS KLAUS NOW?
this is where the canon of the events will go. pre-season 1 he is currently roaming this earth and wreaking havoc as he goes. his violence, anger, and temper had yet to be stopped. the nephilim have not yet caught onto him, as the idea of a daylighter vampire was not discovered.

Summary: A night of passion with a centuries old enemy ends up changing Elijah Mikaelson’s life forever. In investigating a plot against him and his family, he finds out Eternity is pregnant with his miracle child. The issue is that she in league with the New Orleans witches, plotting his death and those of his siblings. This makes for tense beginnings for these parents-to-be, but perhaps all is not lost. Impending parenthood might just be enough to finally bring these two together.
