Well, better late than never. I decided to join @daniellepascente's #STRONGINSPRING challenge💪🏼 Three days late...and for my first workout I chose the one scheduled for day 4😝 #perfect It's the 6th consecutive month of gyms being closed here and it doesn't look like they're gonna open anytime soon. So I figured this could be a nice change of pace for my lockdown workouts and more than anything I just hope to have some fun! Doing this challenge with the whole #dpfitcrew will hopefully bring some sense of community into my days which, after months of isolation, is much needed🙌🏼 So today I did the Bodyweight Blitz HIIT from the challenge along with Danielle's dynamic warmup and feel good stretch from the @fitonapp Btw I did not FEEL like working out at all today! But I did it. I picked the Bodyweight Blitz bc it's a shorter format than the workouts for day 1 and 2. Started with the warmup and felt incredibly sluggish, but by the time I started my timer for the first circuit I had forgotten all about that and felt really good👌🏼 Sometimes you just gotta push through that resistance and go for it👊🏼 Day 1 in the books! 41 to go😃 Anyone else doing the challenge, or another at-home program?💗 • #fitness #workout #challenge #justdoit https://www.instagram.com/p/CNYGqtvnl5Z/?igshid=1bsym8odyog50
