Most of the fighting is in the eastern part of Ukraine. Luhansk, Donetsk, and other areas are under attack (link is to a Ukrainian news source in Ukrainian). This tracks with Russia claiming that they’re trying to “liberate” the eastern part of Ukraine.
2,800 people were evacuated on April 10, but evacuation from Mariupol and Lohansk Oblast was stalled due to fighting.
