Three more butterfly photographs were added to my shop. Plus a monochrome picture of a treefrog. And I did something a little different for the fifth picture. In a tree is an owl and on a lower branch is a squirrel. These two pictures are one as a diptych. You can read the story about this scene here. The treefrog is in the wildlife folder. The butterflies folder is here.
Enjoy the rest of your week!

Five photographs of Harbor Seals were added to Developing Nature Gallery print shop. You can find these pictures in the 'OCEAN LIFE' folder.
A group of seals is called a Pod.
There are people in Washington State declaring that the Salmon are going extinct because the 2,000 seals are "eating all fish". Thus making the Orcas going extinct as well. The reality is it is humans. Crises like this is always human made. People supporting commercial fishing. People supporting companies that uses animals in their products; such as alcohol, beauty, laboratories. There are marine species on the brink of extinction, but are not being legally protected under the Endangered Species Act, "because people need to fish for a living". But there isn't going to be any more fish or lobsters or horseshoe crabs in the near future. Then an entire collapse will happen. Then more people will struggle.
Round and round we go, until Earth is Mars.

You either like them, hate them or eat them. Squirrels! Eight photographs of various squirrel species has been added to the Developing Nature Gallery print shop. You can find these pictures in the folder, "SCIURIDAE'.
In the top right corner is a Red Squirrel and in the bottom left is a Fox Squirrel, both were photographed in Maine. The nice smiling squirrel in the bottom right corner and the one with the blue sky background, are Fox Squirrels and were photographed in Idaho. In the bottom middle area, feasting on some plants, is a California Ground Squirrel. Above this set is the Golden-Mantled Ground Squirrel, this one looks like a giant Chipmunk, and was also photographed in California.

I have added three Pink Lady's Slippers and two Violet pictures to my gallery. These pictures were added to 'Digital Art-Flowers' folder at developingnaturegallery.com. Because they were edited in Photoshop to alter the colors and added a paint effect they were not added to the wildflowers folder.

I have created ten downloadable booklets of grayscale coloring books from my Color-in Nature Coloring Books that are distributed through artwanted.com for digital shopping at ko-fi. These books have a few varied range of pages, from six to twenty. This was just a way for me to create another variation of coloring books for my customers. Go to https://ko-fi.com/kimberlyjtilley/shop/coloringbooks for more information.
Thank you, have a great weekend!

Hi there! I just want to let you know that I have published ten themed grayscale coloring books titled, 'Color In Nature Coloring Book'.
There are four 60 page count coloring books, and the themes are: landscapes, wildlife, plants, insects. A secondary group of coloring books are, 25 coloring pages of five themes: deer, butterflies, reptiles & amphibians, birds, and an ocean one. Book number ten is an alphabet book with animals, plants, insects and landscapes to get you from A to Z.
If you have not heard of grayscale coloring before, it is essentially coloring-in a black and white image. The darker colors are for shading, or the area was a dark color to begin with, such as a bear being dark brown. The brightest areas of the page are for highlighting.
During this project, I did create a brand new image, it is the one of the humpback whales breaching together, which can be found in the 'Life at the Ocean' coloring book. I named this artwork, 'Dancing With Mom'.
Printed books and PDF files are available for sale at, artwanted.com/kjtilley/store. Shipping is out of Utah.
