अपने दूसरे कार्यकाल के पहले वर्ष के पूरा होने पर, योगी आदित्यनाथ ने पिछले 6 वर्षों में शुरू किए गए निवेश और बुनियादी ढांचे पर जोर दिया।

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शनिवार को कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों की योजनाओं को हर घर तक पहुंचाने के लिए सत्तारूढ़ भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने अथक प्रयास किया है।

अपनी सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल की पहली वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर एक कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए, श्री आदित्यनाथ ने पिछले छह वर्षों में शुरू किए गए निवेश और बुनियादी ढाँचे पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समय में राज्य ने विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छुआ है।

सीएम ने लखनऊ में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा, “उत्तर प्रदेश के नागरिकों ने सरकार को आशीर्वाद दिया, जो कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को पूरा करने और लोगों के हितों की रक्षा करने में ईमानदारी के साथ उनकी उम्मीदों पर खरा उतर रही है।” उन्होंने कहा कि सभी 75 जिला मुख्यालयों को फोर लेन से जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया या तो पूरी कर ली गई है या तेजी से की जा रही है।

“जब हमारी सरकार 2017 में सत्ता में आई थी, तब केवल दो हवाई अड्डे पूरी तरह से चालू थे। आज उत्तर प्रदेश में नौ एयरपोर्ट पूरी तरह से चालू हैं। हम राज्य में 12 और हवाई अड्डों को चालू करने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। अगले दो साल में हमारे पास पांच अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे होंगे। अगले साल तक, जेवर और अयोध्या अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे चालू हो जाएंगे,” उन्होंने घोषणा की।

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), has issued an order on the new rates of the property tax, which will be applicable from July 16, 2022, aiming to bring uniformity. “Property tax will be payable at the rate of 20 per cent uniformly on residential and non-residential farmhouses.

In addition to the above rates of property tax, an Education Cess of 1 per cent on annual property tax will also be payable,” the order read.

 “The MCD has fixed various ‘use factors’ for different types of properties. It has assigned four for entertainment and club, six for banquet hall and Baaraat ghar, one for school, college, medical college, engineering college run or aided by government or local body, three for unaided or educational institutions run by a trust and private institutions, four for commercial use and three for industrial use. Property tax will be calculated using the ‘use factor’ at the rate of use factor two for all non-residential properties,” the order stated.

As per the order, the MCD will collect 12 per cent rate for residential colonies of A and B category; 11 per cent for residential colonies of C, D, E categories; Property tax will be levied at the rate of 7 per cent for residential colonies of  F, G, H categories. “For non-residential properties up to 1500 sq ft, Property tax rate has been fixed at 20 per cent for categories A, B, C, D, E and 15 per cent for F, G, H. Non-residential properties above 1500 sq. ft. have been prescribed a property tax at a uniform rate of 20 per cent. Property tax has been fixed at a uniform rate of 15 per cent on industrial properties,” it stated.

“For computing the service charge at the rate of 75 per cent on Central and Railway properties and for government undertakings, PSUs.  Property tax will be charged at the rate of 15 per cent for residential buildings and 20 per cent  for non-residential buildings from constitutional bodies, tribunals, government departments etc.

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने शनिवार को कहा कि वामपंथी उग्रवाद (एलडब्ल्यूई) के खिलाफ लड़ाई अंतिम चरण में है और इस खतरे से जूझते हुए केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) के जवानों के सर्वोच्च बलिदान की इसमें बड़ी भूमिका है। विजय।

सीआरपीएफ के 84वें स्थापना दिवस समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि सुरक्षा बलों ने पिछले नौ वर्षों में वामपंथी उग्रवाद के खिलाफ कड़ी लड़ाई लड़ी है और सभी मोर्चों पर सफलता हासिल की है।

नक्सलवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई में सीआरपीएफ की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डालते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि माओवाद प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में विकास की राह में आने वाली बाधाओं को दूर करने का श्रेय सीआरपीएफ कर्मियों को जाता है।

इस अवसर पर उपस्थित शहीद जवानों के परिजनों को संबोधित करते हुए श्री शाह ने कहा, “सीआरपीएफ जवानों और उनके परिवारों के बलिदान को याद करते हुए विजय गाथा को सुनहरे अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा।”

“जैसा कि मैं आज बस्तर में हूं, मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूं कि हमारे सुरक्षा बलों ने वामपंथी उग्रवाद के खिलाफ मजबूती से लड़ाई लड़ी है … उन्होंने न केवल उन्हें (वामपंथी तत्वों) को बैकफुट पर धकेलने में जीत हासिल की है, बल्कि आदिवासियों तक विकास को पहुंचाने में भी मदद की है। " उन्होंने कहा।

“चरमपंथी स्कूलों, सड़कों, अस्पतालों और उचित मूल्य की दुकानों के निर्माण और मोबाइल टावरों की स्थापना में बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहे थे। गृह मंत्री के रूप में मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि इन बाधाओं को दूर करने का श्रेय केवल सीआरपीएफ जवानों को जाता है।

संयुक्त टास्क फोर्स

श्री शाह ने कहा कि सीआरपीएफ ने स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों के खिलाफ संयुक्त अभियान चलाकर संगठनात्मक कौशल का भी उदाहरण पेश किया है.

उन्होंने कहा कि नक्सलियों के अंतर-राज्य आंदोलन की जांच के लिए, सीआरपीएफ ने विभिन्न राज्यों की पुलिस के साथ समन्वय में संयुक्त कार्य बलों का गठन किया, संयुक्त शिविर स्थापित किए और ट्राइ-जंक्शन क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा स्थापित की।

उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि बिहार और झारखंड में सुरक्षा की कमी भी समाप्त होने वाली थी और यह सीआरपीएफ और स्थानीय पुलिस (वहां माओवादी विरोधी अभियानों में शामिल) के कारण संभव हुआ।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2010 की तुलना में वामपंथी उग्रवादी हिंसा की घटनाओं में देश में 76% की कमी आई है और साथ ही जानमाल (नागरिकों और सुरक्षाकर्मियों की) की हानि में भी 78% की कमी आई है।

चुनावों के शांतिपूर्ण संचालन में सीआरपीएफ की भूमिका की सराहना करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि लोकतंत्र तभी जीवित रह सकता है जब इसे समर्पित तरीके से संरक्षित किया जाए।

The oldest Sufi shrine in Delhi has been demolished.

"The earliest Sufi Shrine in Delhi - belonging to a relative of Prithviraj Chauhan and dating from BEFORE the Turkish conquest - has been Demolished by the Delhi Development Authority in an "anti encroachment" drive.

In the late 12th century, a group of Afghan pastoralists, suddenly burst onto the world stage. In a matter of years, they toppled their rulers of Ghazni and seized major Persian cities like Herat, and then established the major Indian sultanate in Delhi.

We often think of this "Islamic invasion" as the start of the Muslim presence in India. Yet recent scholarship has shown that by the time of Ghori's conquest of Delhi, Muslims were already a central part of Indian society

Some of the earliest mosques are found in Kerala, dating from a few decades after the prophet Muhammad's death. Tamil Pallava, Chola and Pandya kings all built sizeable mosques

Delhi also had a single sufi shrine before the Afghan conquest - this one.

Until 31 January, when it was demolished, the shrine of Baba Haji Rozbih had been located by the Fateh Burj, or Victory Gate of Lal Kot. The grave next to it under a reddish Chador belongs to his female disciple Bibi. Bibi was said to be a close relative of Prithviraj Chauhan who embraced Islam under the aegis of Haji Rozbih.

This demolition is an UTTERLY MINDLESS LOSS and complete cultural desecration.

What's more the "anti encroachment" drive is apparently scheduled to include the Aashiq Allah Dargah dated to 1317AD which is where the great Punjabi Saint Baba Farid used to meditate, and his small 'chillagah' is still visible here.
