Kejriwal Expresses Gratitude to Rahul and Kharge for Backing AAP on Delhi Services Bill

The Delhi Services Bill took center stage as Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal extended his heartfelt appreciation to Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge and MP Rahul Gandhi. Their resolute support for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) against the GNCTD (Amendment) Bill, 2023, was acknowledged by Kejriwal with gratitude.

In individual letters addressed to Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, Kejriwal conveyed his thanks on behalf of Delhi's populace, numbering two crore. He lauded their party's stance in opposing and voting against the GNCTD (Amendment) Bill, 2023. Kejriwal's letters carried his profound respect for the Congress leaders' commitment to safeguarding the rights of Delhi's citizens both within the Parliament's chambers and beyond.

Kejriwal stated, "I would like to place on record the heartfelt appreciation for championing the rights of the people of Delhi inside as well as outside the Parliament. I am certain that your unflinching loyalty towards the principles of our Constitution will be remembered for decades."

The Delhi Chief Minister's remarks also hinted at his collaboration with the 'I.N.D.I.A' bloc, a coalition of 26 Opposition parties. He expressed eagerness for their continued support in the ongoing battle against elements that undermine the Constitution. Kejriwal's letters were in harmony with similar gestures extended to Nitish Kumar, Uddhav Thackeray, Mamta Banerjee, Sharad Pawar, MK Stalin, Hemant Soren, and KCR.

Notably, the Delhi Services Bill triumphed in the Rajya Sabha, garnering a significant victory for the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Securing 131 votes in favor, the bill surpassed the opposition coalition 'I.N.D.I.A,' which managed 102 votes against it. Following this outcome, Arvind Kejriwal passionately critiqued the Central government for their approach and interference in Delhi's governance.

Kejriwal's affinity for his role as 'Delhi ka beta' resonated as he highlighted the consistent support from the people, reinforcing his commitment to governance aligned with their aspirations. As the political landscape continues to evolve, the impact of collaborative efforts and the voice of the people remain integral to the fabric of India's democracy.

लेकिन अलीपुर में बने महोल्ला क्लिनिक की बात की जाय तो. यहाँ की स्तिथि बेहद ख़राब है, क्योंकि ना तो यहाँ डॉक्टरों का पता होता है और ना ही दवाइयों का अब ऐसे में केजरीवाल सरकार पर सवालिया निशान खड़े हो रहें हैं, की आखिर महोल्ला क्लिनिक गरीबों और आर्थिक स्तिथि से जूझ रहे लोगो का मुफ्त में इलाज करने के लिए खोले थे लेकिन वो अब बंद क्यों पड़े हैं।

दिल्ली में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की खुल रही है पोल क्योंकि मोहल्ला क्लीनिक में बीमारियों का इलाज नहीं हो रहा, ऐसे में आर्थिक स्तिथि से जूझ रहे लोग मोहल्ला क्लीनिक तक अपना इलाज कराने के लिए जाते तो हैं लेकिन केजरीवाल सरकार द्वारा बनायीं गई मोहल्ला क्लीनिक बंद देखकर लोग निराशा के साथ घर की तरफ रुख करना पड़ता है,

ऐसे में दिल्ली की सरकार चल रहें कोविड-19 के नए वेरिएंट को लेकर चिंतित है और सभी स्वास्थ्य एजेंसियां अलर्ट पर भी है लेकिन वहीं दूसरी तरफ देखा जाये तो दिल्ली सरकार की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं ठप होती भी दिख रही हैं।

दिल्ली में दिल्ली सरकार स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के नाम पर बहतरीन और मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य सुविधा देने का दावा करती है कि दिल्ली के हर हॉस्पिटल और मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों में लोगो का डॉक्टर्स द्वारा मुफ्तमें इलाज किया जाता हैं और साथ ही तकरीबन 12 सौ से अधिक मुफ्त टेस्ट भी किये जाते हैं, लेकिन दिल्ली के लोगो के लिए महोल्ला क्लीनिकों का बंद होना दिल्ली सरकार पर कई बड़े सवाल खड़े करता है। ऐसे में लोगो ने Read more….

Indian opposition leader Kejriwal gets further detention in graft case (Reuters)

NEW DELHI, April 1 (Reuters) - An Indian court renewed detention on Monday for key opposition leader Arvind Kejriwal until April 15 in a graft case, his lawyers said, less than three weeks before voting begins in general elections.

In a move that sparked protests last month, India's financial crime-fighting agency arrested Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, over graft accusations related to the city's liquor policy and he was remanded to custody until April 1.

Opposition parties say the arrest, along with government action against other opposition groups and their leaders, shows the government is denying them a level playing field in the elections, charges it denies.

Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) says he has been falsely arrested in a fabricated case, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) denies political interference.

Lawyers for the agency, the Enforcement Directorate, said on Monday that Kejriwal had been non-cooperative and gave evasive replies, asking the court to hold him in custody for 15 days longer, the website Live Law said.
