Great book but not enough While this is a great book to test your knowledge and refresh yourself in immuno and micro, I do not recommend you solely rely on this book to get you through as it is not detailed enough. It covers a broad range of topics but does not give enough explanation for certain topics. Go to Amazon

Great book! Amazing review book, but it's definitely not for everyone. I love the question/answer format as its good for active recall, testing, AND also for helping to learn. But definitely use as a supplement. I used this book along with SketchyMicro and I was pretty much set for my micro class. Go to Amazon

Great book for USMLE micro This book is just the perfect supplement for micro and immuno to go with First Aid. Forget made Ridiculously Simple, it's ridiculously too long for what you need. This book looks like it has more pages, it does by number, but the dimensions of the book are much smaller, if it were MMMRS size it would be about ~150 pages. This is perfect with first aid, it covers everything in a great question answer format. Go to Amazon

Concise, wonderful review This book has really helped me prepare for the NBME micro and immunology section in medical school. I've had multiple resources to pull from (First Aid, Lippincott's Microcards, Lange Micro) and this is the best one (First Aid second best). It contains all the relevant points in a very concise form. I've used Lange Micro to initially learn the material, and Deja Review to come back and figure out what are the most important points. Worth everey Penny This is a great supplement to First Aid and Goljan.The immunology section is just enough to get you to the level of understanding Goljan and FA without being too much to read. Micro is great too -especially if FA seems to skimpy, Ridiculously Simple is too much to read, or if Goljan seems too scattered. If you need a quick start, refresher or a book to fill in the blanks, buy this one. Go to Amazon

great guide for STEP I really like that this book is set up in a question and answer format. It makes it so easy to quiz myself. I have actually been using this book as my main guide for Step studying for micro and immunology. I use FA as a reference while I study Deja Review since Deja review does a better job of putting concepts into the correct context for me. A great buy indeed! Go to Amazon
