Darvo's smoking habit is somewhat canon. Not that anyone minus me cares, but in 2013 ""Darvo"" had his own Twitter account run by De. (WERElektro remembers o.o) .. mentioned smoking a pipe a few times. It doesn't really matter, I just think it's funny. Hence "somewhat canon"... and not really.

But I think it would fit with his character quite well.

*obligatory reminder that smoking is bad. It's not something Darvo would give a damn about tho.

What does Clem say in 1999 instead of "Grakata"? That's so obviously not Grakatas. The Mps are based off on the protocol Tekna pistol skin btw.

Warframe Story, Act II: Escalation

1. Unlock Ceres -> Tethra’s Doom begins.

– “Vay Hek is rebuilding the Fomorian fleet. The previous one was destroyed by Tenno efforts, but Vay Hek has made some upgrades and they will all but ensue Grineer domination of the Origin System. We must sabotage production of their Cores on Ceres”.

Do Ceres missions (I’d recommend doing Cinxia - Interception - TW) until you reach the Ludi node on it. Reaching it results in Vay Hek sending a message to the Tenno (imo all players should experience this glorious threat).

Escalate the efforts and do Hijack mission several times (2-3). (Personal note – I wish the assassinate mission on Ceres was actually Grustrag 3 as Lech Kril and Vor don’t make sense and those 3 serve same purpose imo).

2. Operation: Cryotic Front

– Realizing that Tenno efforts are barely delaying the arrival of The Fomorian Fleet, Lotus seeks a way to combat the threat more directly. A secret benefactor is willing to give information on old Archwing technology in exchange for us mining Cryotic for them.

Do some Excavation missions (500 cryotic total should be enough to suffice) (according to Star Chart progression, available Excavation missions are on Earth, Venus, Mars and Europe - TW).

The contact is revealed by Darvo to be Baro Ki'Teer. [This research doesn’t go unnoticed.]

3. Operation: Gate Crash

– “Vay Hek learns of Tenno attempts to rebuild archwings and seeks to put a stop to it. Intercept his attempts”.

Another sad casualty of not being in the game. But can be essentially replayed if you play the Stribog, Void mission (but if you can’t access it or get taxied, Formido, Deimos can also be good).

4. Archwing Quest – self-explanatory.

5. Vay Hek Assassination /Law Of Retribution

– “The Tenno exact vengeance on Vay Hek for the events of Eyes of blight”.

Story and dialogue wise, the cannon choice seems to be LOR, but unfortunately it is no longer available, so the assassinate can substitute. If you are interested in the dialogue and stuff, this is the best one I have found.

6. Make your way to Jupiter.

– “With the end of Fomorian crisis, Frohd Bek finally honors his side of the bargain and gives you the location of Alad V’s labs on Jupiter.”

Unfortunately it’s impossible to fight the captured warframe Valkyr anymore on the tileset. So just assassinate Alad V here.

Cressa Tal contacts you and ask for help with evacuating several kavor defectors from ships that had been hit by infestation. Just do several missions on Caracol node and you are set.

Sargas Ruk doesn’t like this. At all.

Steel Meridian helps with reconstruction of earth Relay. This event is no longer available but it has a lot of story elements that should be in the game imo.

You can substitute the ending with just Sargas Ruk assassinate mission.

This is the biggest problem story wise in Warframe right now – Eris is unlocked much later yet the events of it are clearly happening before we get to Uranus. I hope at least something is done to fix this at some point. Right now all I can say is this is how the story is supposed to go, but new players will have to skip this till they get to Eris. This event is comprised of:

- Patient Zero quest

- Operation: Breeding Grounds

Another victim of being just an event. The intro is thankfully self-explanatory and you could just do the missions on Uranus until you get the Oculyst scanned. You are missing out on some glorious dialogue from Tyl Regor. I want that event to be back as a mission just to get that back.

Anyways, even though the Corpus-as-descendants-of-Orokin is shaky canon wise, I still like the LARP

Bonus mention for Red Veil and New Loka as a whole (wholes?) but also that’s also just Hako and Kohlrabi. They both cause problems on this front. If Kohlrabi had to choose a way to get banned from a Relay it’d be to fire their lenz (with as much multishot as possible) into either of those syndicate rooms
