My conspiracy theory is that the Alloid plotline was a recent idea but human Loid as a concept was always meant to be - as evidenced by Kermerros' line that's been in the game since 2020.
This also explains why Loid seemingly has like ten different jobs with the Entrati family - he is both research assistant and family servant which seems like a lot for one guy.
Also why Necraloid is referred to as a cephalon (though you can write this off as the family misunderstanding his circumstances) but also glassing your butler to preserve him seems very Orokin.
The Necraloid sentinel skin collar blurb says "necraloids" and "servants" so maybe there was meant to be a whole retinue of servants of the Entrati family and Loid was some sort of main butler.
Oh and last point is Loid never coming up in the original Albrecht logs - if he was a research assistant from the start you'd think he'd be important enough to be singled out among the people who actually stayed with Albrecht up until the void dive.
