This afternoon alone
Objections made: 49
Of those how many were sustained? 2
How many times did he object to being called by his legal name? 12
How many objections did he receive? 25
How many were overruled? 8
This judge has patience beyond humanly possible. He continues to try and bring up subject matter jurisdiction and he is legit claiming the defense not guilty because he's a third party representative...
At one point he attempted to object his own question and he was pissed off that there's footage.
This is ridiculous and just sad.
The families affected have been accused by him of having financial interest. They have had to relive their tragedy talking to the alleged perpetrator and he's been a fucking dick bag this whole ass time.
If you want to hate a man I implore you to watch this Stupid ass trial of Darrell Brooks. He is a living piece of shit that I hope gets no sympathy from the jury.

Watching the sentencing live stream of Darrell E. Brooks is tough. I have no link to the place or the people, but the heartache of these people is insurmountable.
And the ability of Brooks to laugh, to roll his eyes, to fucking clap shows his true character.

Are y’all following the Darrell Brooks case?? This man took his ex girl friend out a woman shelter apparently, assaulted her then when she was able to escape from the car, he drove off and killed 6 people and injured 61 during a parade he literally drove through. Now he’s on trial for a month on multiple felony charges and this man is representing himself against the state of Nevada… the whole case feels like an episode of the office. He’s saying his name isn’t Darrell Brooks even though that’s his name…he on the sex offender registry for impregnating and minor, the ex girlfriend he assaulted… it’s a mess!

I hate male weebs sm it’s unreal. Like you’ll have a cute and relatable slice of life anime about some socially anxious teenage girl just trying her best and the next thing you know the fanbase is arguing abt her boobs. Maybe it’s just me not being into anime that much so I’m not really used to this just yet. Never have I ever wanted to gatekeep something in my life.
(Let me preface that I have male weeb friends so I totally can't be misandrist lol) Also babe you can say Bocchi the Rock fans
Tbf I've always despised female coomers less than male coomers, so that comes with a bias towards male coomers into shit I like. Male coomers making big tit mods and "prettifying" female video game characters, lolicons that can't keep to their containment boards and tags and consider the ability to want to cum on anime children a political right worth fighting for, etc.
Considering this, I legit can't NOT be a little suspicious of men who say they're really into slice of life anime like K-ON, Bocchi the Rock, Yuru Camp. Like...I know, ok, #notallmen, but my instinct tells me that you use the word "cunny" regularly and your "jokes" about cum jars have a drop of truth
Like I'm a coomer. I write creepy smut about drawings. I understand the hypocrisy. But I keep to my own hovel of creeps. I don't post in regular tags. I don't make cock/cum tributes to anime children using pics of my dick online. And the reason I dislike male coomers is they usually CANNOT turn it off and will bring it up in every conversation they have online, even when it has nothing to do with anything related to making their dick hard. It's like those comments about the statement made by the judge and a witness in the Darrell Brooks trial looking like the setup to a porno. Or the video of two girls being rescued from a riptide by a fisherman with comments like "hurr hurr I've seen this porno video hurr". Or the Tiktok of a little girl enjoying a lollipop with men commenting she already has good head game.
I'm a degenerate but I know how to segregate it from the other shit I do and think and say in life. Coomer weebs like this lack that and it makes them awful to be around

WAUKESHA, Wis. — A man accused of killing six people and injuring dozens more when he allegedly drove his SUV through a Christmas parade in Wisconsin last year managed to delay the start of his trial Monday by becoming so disruptive the judge had to take multiple breaks before forcing him to watch the proceedings via video from another room.
Prosecutors allege Darrell Brooks drove his vehicle into the Nov. 21 parade in downtown Waukesha despite police warnings to stop and officers opening fire on him. He faces 77 charges, including six counts of first-degree intentional homicide and 61 counts of reckless endangerment. Each homicide charge carries a mandatory life sentence.
Brooks’ trial was scheduled to begin Monday morning with jury selection. He initially pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease, a move that could have resulted in him being sentenced to a mental institution rather than prison. But he withdrew that plea in September and last week persuaded Waukesha County Judge Jennifer Dorow to let him represent himself.
Before prospective jurors were led into the courtroom Monday morning, Brooks repeatedly interrupted Dorow, saying he didn’t recognize the state of Wisconsin or Dorow as a judge. Dorow called a recess and sent Brooks back to his cell.
It went on like that throughout the morning, with Dorow calling Brooks back into court only for him to again become disruptive. He repeatedly asked Dorow to state her name and questioned the court’s jurisdiction.
Dorow warned Brooks that if he continues to be disruptive she could appoint an attorney to the case. She ultimately called 10 recesses before ordering him to participate via video from another room. He was unmuted and allowed to ask questions of a jail administrator about when he received discovery documents after Dorow allowed him to act as his own attorney.
Dorow said in court documents that she anticipates calling 340 prospective jurors. The selection process could last three or four days, she said, before 16 jurors are finally selected. Twelve will decide the case; the other four will serve as alternates.

for some reason I've been having the darrell brooks (guy who drove his car through a Christmas parade in WI) trial on while I do work. I knew brooks was awful throughout the trail but didn't realize I'd need constantly pause and take a break due to how annoying he is. I do however find the following screen cap funny

There is nothing I love to watch more than someone (metaphorically) digging themself into a hole and just making their entire situation worse and worse completely by their own choices (see Elon Musk right now, "Steamed Hams", Darrel Brooks trial)
Like "well, I'm pretty deep in this hole of my own making, better keep digging"

MADISON, Wis. -- A man accused of killing six people and injuring dozens more when he allegedly drove his SUV through a Christmas parade in suburban Milwaukee last year has decided to mount an insanity defense, his attorneys said Monday.
Darrell Brooks Jr. faces more than 80 charges, including six homicide counts, in connection with the Nov. 21 incident in Waukesha. He pleaded not guilty in February. During a hearing Monday one of his attorneys, Jeremy Perri, told Judge Jennifer Dorow that Brooks is changing his plea to not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
Perri did not elaborate. The judge ordered a mental evaluation for him.
When a defendant enters such a plea under Wisconsin law a judge or jury must determine whether he's guilty or innocent of the alleged crime. If the defendant is found guilty, a judge or jury must determine whether the defendant was mentally responsible for his conduct at the time of the offense. Such a determination could result in the defendant being committed to a mental health facility rather than prison.
Perri announced the change after Dorow refused a defense request to move the trial out of Waukesha County or bring in jurors from outside the county. Perri has argued that the publicity around the incident has been so intense and so overwhelmingly negative that Brooks can't get a fair trial in the county.
Dorow said that she has found media coverage has been prolific but objective and jurors aren't required to be ignorant of a case. She went on to say that internet analytics show interest in articles about the parade has waned since the first few weeks immediately following the incident and she was confident the court could assembly a pool of about 150 prospective jurors who could decide the case fairly.
The criminal complaint detailing the charges against Brooks describes how he allegedly drove into crowds of onlookers during the parade. People bounced off his vehicle as police ordered him to stop. Police arrested Brooks later that night.
Brooks is being held on a $5 million cash bond. He appeared at Monday's hearing in a surgical mask and an an orange jail T-shirt. He said nothing throughout the proceeding.
His trial had been scheduled to begin Oct. 3 and last all month. It wasn't immediately clear if that date will stand given Brooks' new plea.

I have watched several clips from the circus show that was the Waukesha trial featuring Darrell Brooks. I saw a comment in this video by Russell G that I found so poignant. Full credit to the poster:
The Narcissist's Prayer
That didn't happen.
And if it did, it wasn't that bad.
And if it was, that's not a big deal.
And if it is, that's not my fault.
And if it was, I didn't mean it.
And if I did, YOU DESERVED IT.
