Met a lil cat buddy on the bus today-
My friend gifted me a plushie of Daffodil from the game Spiritfarer! Straight from the Fangamer website to here, the quality is astonishing!! (Plus he’s SO adorable, an amazing bus companion) I’ve had my eyes on it for a lil bit, and have gotten the Oneshot Niko plushie and some other items from Fangamer… (all great quality, wearing my Solstice hoodie right now actually!!) But I never expected to actually get the plushie of Daffodil!! Giving massive thank yous to my irl bestie (who doesn’t have a tumblr sadly…)
Alright, thanks for reading, and if your a fan of Spiritfarer- the plush is SO worth it!
Thanks! -WilsonTC

Atul's Goodbye
Spoilers for Spiritfarer down below!
As soon as Atul told me to gather food for a gathering, I knew this would probably be his last quest. The only thing the man loves more than food it sharing food with loved ones. Atul is my favorite spirit, and as much as I didn't want to say goodbye, I also wanted to fulfill his wish and share one last meal with him!
After struggling to figure out where to find fat to prepare the three meals, I finally cooked everything successfully and pinpointed Hummingberg on our map! After a long journey from the opposite side of the sea, we made it to the beautiful town while being welcomed with one of my favorite songs from the soundtrack.
All of a sudden, the day turned to night, and Atul, Stanley, Gustav, Mickey, Bruce, and I were sharing a meal in the town.
"Feels like a real family dinner"
And as soon as it began, I'm back on my ship. Everyone else was asleep, but I couldn't seem to find Atul. As much as I dreaded the thought of him saying it was time to go to the Everdoor, I was pleased that it would be right after a fun and peaceful moment. I ran around my boat, floated back to Hummingberg, searched the town, and came back to see if I had missed him.
As soon as daytime hits, I get a new quest. "Uncle Gone?" My heart sinks. I frantically run to each of my passengers, and just as I'm about to ask a very cranky Bruce where my uncle is, I see a spirit flower symbol peaking outside Atul's charming little house.
I knew before I even stepped inside. Atul, my kind, food-loving, hardworking, in-game uncle, was gone. It's been 10 minutes since the time I'm writing this, and honestly, I can't even cry because I'm so shocked.
Atul, thank you for being the best in-game uncle a spiritfarer could ask for. Thanks for keeping my berry inventory well into the 100s. Thanks for all the extra planks. Thanks for never criticizing my cooking. Thanks for your cute snores that would make me giggle every time I went to sleep. Thanks for your great big hugs.
And thanks to the game developers, for teaching me not only how to say goodbye, but to also savor moments with loved ones when a goodbye may not be possible. This game has taught me so much, and although it's a hard lesson to learn , it's also so immensely valuable <3
