Peek is one of the common Teflon materials, PEEK is a high temperature special engineering plastic of thermoplastic material, which can be molded by injection molding.Today we discuss about Teflon plastic injection mold Design Review of gate& runner.

Between these two endpoints, the resin is distributed through the runners, called the runner system. Sometimes, multiple components can be supplied by a single runner.

But things get more complicated when a part has more than one gate. Therefore more runners are required. In a multi-cavity or group mold, each cavity has more than one part (but still only one sprue).

1. The runner design needs to ensure that the resin flows smoothly. Minimize the pressure loss at the runner during the injection molding process.

2 Multi-cavity molds. The flow balance of the runner must be ensured. If necessary, a Meltfliper analysis must be performed to optimize the flow balance of the runner

3. The runner design needs to avoid blocking the gate during the flow process. The smelting well must be set to avoid the generation of cold material.

4. Short-cycle molds or thin-walled parts of the product. Pay attention to the thickness of the runner to avoid the runner's negotiation time being too long and affecting the cycletime.

5. The runner needs to be set up with inserts on the mold core.

1. The commonly used runner shapes are round and U-shaped. Except for special cases, the general runner shape is selected as "u"-shaped runner.

2. The "u" type runner diameter is selected according to the size and model in the table below. When the main channel is transferred to the runner, the runner monster needs to be gradually decreased in units of 0.5.

Kanban cung cấp nguyên lý giới hạn công việc đang làm (Limit Work In Process – Limit WIP) để giúp chúng ta đạt năng suất cao hơn.

Work In Process hay Work In Progress

Cycletime = Thời gian xử lý để có thể chuyển trạng thái

Throughput = Thời gian trung bình để xử lý 1 việc

Lead time = Thời gian xử lý từ Todo -> Doing -> Done

Như vậy theo công thức trên thì với cùng 1 throughput WIP càng nhiều, thời gian xử lý mỗi việc sẽ càng tăng. (Little's law)

Continous flow hay luồng công việc liên tục chính là nền tảng trong hệ thống Toyota Production System, nó xây dựng bằng việc qua từng bước thêm 1 phần giá trị vào sản phẩm, từ khi khởi đầu cho tới lúc sản phẩm đến tay của khách hàng mà không có thời gian chờ hay gián đoạn.

Việc tập trung xây dựng flow không những giúp cho công việc trở nên suôn sẻ hơn mà còn có thể giúp phát hiện ra những vấn đề trong chính quy trình làm việc.

Những thứ không đem lại giá trị của khách hàng đều là không cần thiết, việc loại bỏ chúng dẫn đến 1 luồng công việc tốt hơn.

Để có 1 luồng công việc liên tục, việc hoạt động nhóm là vô cùng cần thiết như đảm bảo công việc sẵn sàng trước khi chuyển sang trạng thái mới (todo -> doing), cùng gỡ bỏ rào cản khi 1 thành viên gặp phải khó khăn (swarming) hay việc đồng bộ thông tin mỗi ngày (daily meeting)

A Young man was watching me recover a system from death 💀 It took about three days of constant focus. Ok it not about me.. he was very respectful and knew I was in deep. Once I could relaxed he asked his question. "Which number will make the product run faster. (Shortest process recipe). I pointed out what limits the tools are the cycle times. And I showed him where to local the longest time on the process parameter sheet. Me being a super smarty pants and thinking back to when I was in the the same shoes. I said this, I will teach you this but you must be the person to pass along this knowledge to everyone in your group. I basically realized they didn't teach them about balance product flow because of automation. So you can think by yourself. You basically wait for the next lot and processes it. This might all seem boring or complicated for me to explain. He is breaking away from the robo worker mindset. He is idle and learning what are his next moves to go home not so tired or frustrated by the disconnect of managers who don't know what it's like pushing the grindstone all day. Sometimes we see people as machines or one more widget per hour to disconnect how hard they are really working. I was one of them and I know this path very clearly. Everyone above you places pressure saying I'm getting pressure from above, when in reality its not like that at all. You might run 500 products and the manager might answer a phone and sit in a meeting for 1/2 hr. So, back to the hope part! 😳.
