I am loving how so many are offering to pick up groceries and medication for the more vulnerable citizens. But I am also worried by the distance that's being created because of precaution. The physical distance is a good thing, but make sure to still connect because emotional distance would feed the worries we all feel. We need each others humanity today to come out of this better. We still need someone to talk and we still need to feel heard, to be able to deal with the uncertainties that are being put in front of us.
