Croma week day 1: Sleepover

CROMA WEEK BEGINS!!!! I AM RELEASING MY CREATIONS INTO THE WILD!!!! this is based off of my College AU fic that i'm writing (and will hopefully maybe be posting in its entirety by the end of the summer, it's probably gonna be about 100k words ♥️)

they are schlumped, maybe they stayed up too late writing a paper, maybe they partied too hard (with their friends downstairs in the house, they don't go to big university parties), maybe they're just sleepy af. that's up to you to decide.

i had a lot of fun w/ this piece!!! still trying to figure out exactly how i like to do shading sooooo there will be experimentation all throughout this week

Here are the prompts for Croma Week 2023! These were the eight highest voted prompts. Good taste, Croma Nation. Remember that the event will take place from July 23rd-30th. This blog will be tracking #cromaweek and reblogging everyone's submissions!

In order to make sure there weren't too many days with similar prompts, some prompts have been smushed together. July 30th is more of a bonus day and don't feel obligated to make something for every day! Croma Week Day 8: Beach

The cold water touched their feet. Crona bent down and picked up the shell. They carefully wiped the sand off with their fingers. It was a small pink shell, slightly heart-shaped. 

"Did you find another one? ” 

Crona turned around. Maka stood behind them, holding a small basket in her hands. They looked into the basket, which was already filled with other shells. 

“Can we collect more? ” Crona placed the shell with the others. 

Maka smiled and nodded her head. “Sure, we can collect as many as you want. ” 

Crona happily continued walking along the beach, looking for more shells. The sound of the waves seemed to make time stand still. They would love to spend the whole day at the beach.

Croma week day 4: Prom night

teehee they're silly. inspired by the insane amount of awkward prom photos i saw on Pinterest while looking for inspo. i was gonna write a silly one shot for this, but i didn't want to give myself more work than necessary

fun fact, i accidentally deleted like half of my Soul Eater art off on Procreate and this piece was included in what was lost 🫡 luckily i had already exported it onto my camera roll, but yeah this image is all that's left of it. my piece for day 6 was ALSO deleted and it wasn't finished, but life finds a way and i frankensteined it back to life
