i’m thinking back to the time where my university refused to give my roommate and me (and many others) a bedroom door. only one bedroom per dorm room got to have one because they just didn’t feel like putting them in. plus they simply painted over the mold we reported and also had to move the people from the room next door into a hotel bc they had asbestos. we lived behind a fire station that woke us up at all hours. it was still not the cheapest dorm on campus. good times.

#colleges are really like ‘pay your entire soul and throw in a kidney for atrocious living conditions’ #‘yes you can pay less to live in a nicer place off campus but sorry we obligate you to live on campus for 3 years’ #so corrupt #i esp loved when all the maintenance people would enter and saw me changing!!! #bc our bedroom was supposed to be the living room and was next to the front door #but my school was like :D ‘sorry to hear that! we have all those doors available in storage but wont do it’ #also it wasnt that our room didnt HAVE asbestos #its that the school didnt even check #couldve been living in an asbestos dorm all year and we wouldnt have known #they remodeled the dorm the year after we moved out so .... they knew #its all a scam #its funny to laugh at now but wtf #* #anyway if ur considering any dc universities uhhhh hmu so i can tell you not to attend mine :)
