In your Gang! AU, what does the Fox do exactly? I don't believe we've seen them yet.

In the city ruled by 4 major gangs, police has little to no power in there. Sure, they take care of the smaller crimes and help the citizens as best they can, but not every policeman is there to help people. There are some that pursue such carrier only to take the position of power, keeping up the facade of being a good person to satify their twisted desires in secret.

That kind of person is The Fox - the chief of the local police department.

The Fox cares not for justice. His only worry is whether or not he's paid enough and the control over his subordinates. He will seek out those whom he thinks of a threat and either make a deal with them or eliminate them. He's a blood-thirsty beast that has no care for others and will use them for his own gain, under the pretense of doing his job as a cop. A corrupted policeman.

If G!Narinder was a one side of the coin, The Fox would be the other one.

Hey narinder how did you and lambert meet?

20 pages of text long actually.

So like I wrote this a while ago now and I only recently got it to the point where I'm happy with how it's written and ready to show off. But if you don't wanna read 20 pages of fanfiction (completely understandable btw) then just skip to TLDR below. ("keep reading doesn't work for me for some reason)

TLDR: Lambert's district has been raided by the underlings of the Bishops, the big fishes of the organized crime in the city, killing his family in the process. He managed to escape, but he was injured pretty badly. Narinder found Lambert on his last breath and took him to the hospital. After a few months Narinder comes back to ask Lambert for a favour for saving his life - helping him create a gang that will take down the Bishops. Lambert is skeptical, but Narinder doesn't accept a "no". Nari threatens Lambert to accept the offer and Lambert seeing no other choice agrees to the deal.

Do the others gangs in the gang story dress a certain way to represent who they follow?

They do have a dress code in a way, yes.

It mainly consists of an accessory that covers your recognisable features (like a hood or a hat on your head and a mask, scarf or a bandana on your face), a crown symbol and a cross somewhere noticable as to not be mistaken for the enemy and whatever people from the region they come from wear.

Their clothing is also often inspired by whatever their leader likes to wear at work.

Heket's followers usually wear whatever they can affort, since a big chunk of her workers come from the slums. Leshy's followers usually wear casually or in a way that is not bringing attention to them. Kal's region consists of strip clubs, brothels and tourists, since these are docks, so Kallamar's followers often are mistaken with hip hop artists, they have this exotic extra flare. Shamura's followers look very proper, clean and whatever you find in google graphics after writing "mafia member outfit"

These are not strict and change from person to person, but that's the over all idea for their dress code. But the crown symbols and crosses are the MUST thing they gotta have to be considered one of the gang members.

Also important thing: They only wear those when they do something obviously illegal, like shoot people and/or sell drugs. Off gangster work they wear whatever the hell they want or whatever their day job requires, obviously.
