Charger's Hunger Games Simulator: October Sign-Ups!

Hi! Charger here.

I've seen (and participated) in a similar event done by kingdom-of-mxginica and that inspired me to attempt hosting my own. The original post from back in March did not have enough participants, and I had to quietly cancel it and figure out how to better organize things around here.

So now that I have, here's a Google Form you can fill in! Please read everything carefully before filling it in and submitting.

Participants must be at least 18 years old as of their birthday! Please do not fill this form if you are under the minimum age requirement, and if you do not have a role play blog, be it as a primary blog or a sideblog.

This upcoming Hunger Games Simulator is currently set to begin on October 19th, two days before my birthday, on October 21st. Changes to this set date will be informed latest by a week before it is supposed to start.

Feel free to reblog so more people who may be interested see this! I myself will reblog this post on weekends leading up to the weekend prior to this event as reminders.
