Had Gilgamesh known what Servant had been summoned recently, perhaps he wouldn’t have been idly taking his time in the cafeteria. Yet, there the King was, nursing a golden glass of wine as he considered the day’s activities. In between singularities and the like, it was so painfully dull here in Chaldea. He would merely go use the Rayshift for his own amusement, though that would require getting approval from his Master. 

Of course, when a familiar figure entered the Cafeteria, the Archer froze from his internal debate. Surely, he had to be imagining things. Perhaps it was one of the Servants capable of mimicry playing a prank on Gilgamesh. Still, if that was the case, he would have known already. No, this might very well be her. Or, rather, a version of her.

“And to think, I thought you were too meager to achieve such a feat. Truly, you surprise me at every opportunity, don’t you?” it was said so casually, just barely audible over the bustle of the active room.

Otherwise...I will mercifully grant them death out of respect for their determination and how they had managed to catch my gaze for a time.❞ It was hard to tell what thoughts ran through the Saver's mind when her expression was so difficult to read. 

     Such an enigma...

     Ah, but did she think him cruel upon being given such a response? Would she watch him with hawk's intensity to see whether he would teeter towards being an enemy rather than an ally in the Master's quest to protect this world? Not even he could answer that without some form of struggle. After all, this peculiar Servant was different from anyone else he had met. As skilled as he was at reaching most with those gleaming, golden eyes, he admittedly drew a blank when it came to Hakuno overall. Perhaps that was normal when it came to her, though.
