growing up, robin sunmi choi learned one thing- anything that you want or have, you have to sink your claws in and hold onto it no matter what. her mother abandoned her and her father when she was in first grade and from there, her family situation crumbled. enduring physical and emotional abuse from her father, she only escaped when she received a scholarship to syracuse university. although charming, generous, and considerate, she was known on the dl to also be volatile, reckless, and very emotionally manipulative. very much someone who thought in black-and-white terms and had a 'her way or the highway kind of mentality'. lamon was the first person she opened up to about her family life. loved art, biology, and alcohol.

robin was sentenced to three years in prison after crippling another person in a car accident while driving under the influence. lamon visits her once every month as she finishes up her three years behind bars.
