I didn't rly wanna post this to my art blog since its just. a compilation of older art and comparisons (done pretty quickly on paint jasdhkfj) but! been thinking abt how far my ocs designs have come and wanted to see them all lined up.

ive been considering upgraded forms or ones that might fit tmm new better, even tho I really dont have plans to add any story/plot details from tmmn to the tm2 story since its based so heavily on the first anime TwT (unless something super different happens in tmmn s2 that is waaay different and I like more...? idk)

originally mira had two school friends, one who bears STRIKING resemblance to cara (with the blonde blunt haircut, but one side dyed..orange?) but she got scrapped and yue-bing added later to fill that role. several characters personalities (esp miras) have done a 180, too!! very funny how much changes ...I wonder how these characters will change in the future? :-)

Every time he carries you, he’ll pick you up bridal style and secure you in his arms, and only once you’ve wrapped your arms around his neck or have gotten comfortable he’ll either a) pretend to drop you (if he’s feeling kinder) or b) actually drop you.

Then he’ll laugh rambunctiously.

You just know he absolutely loves carrying his s/o.

It’s obvious knowledge that he has a notorious history of being a playboy, and because of his experience with women, he knows what women like, what little gestures make them blush, how they prefer to be held etc.

So he’s going to put the knowledge he’s accumulated on you, he wants to make you swoon.

He somehow manages to always gets the timing right too, he will literally sweep you off your feet like Prince Charming.

He’ll probably want to kiss you too and like pull you really close to his chest.

His favourite way to carry you is putting you on his shoulder and doing whatever he wants, like he might even put you on his shoulder then go about having a normal conversation with okuyasu???

I can’t get this out of my head but I envision running at you at max speed and just picking you up, putting you on his shoulder and continuing running.

And the reason varies like sometimes it’s valid like kira will be in the vicinity and other times it’s so random.

“Oh shi- [name]! We have to go we’re gonna be late to meet my mom at the dentists.”

Carrying him

Again you’ll probably struggle.

And he’ll laugh at you and tease you.

Maybe even take a picture.

This is the time for him to relax, y’know?

He’s shameless too, like he’ll call okuyasu whilst you struggle and be like “you got this babe, anyway…”

If Rohan ever sees this is just another reason on the list of why he doesn’t like Josuke.

Kishibe Rohan

No.

He doesn’t have time for such trivial things, he’s got to work on things such as his manga.

This is something that idiot Josuke would do, not him.

But then he remembers that you’re his s/o and this will make you really happy, so he sighs and closes his sketchbook and indulges you.

Keeps it short and sweet.

When he puts you down they’ll be a couple of lingering touches.

Throw your arms around his neck, and kiss him, and tell him how much you love him then he’ll indulge you more.

hello. i'm reading through camellia for the first time and i'm still experiencing cara being an angsty teen (i love how seamless the development / time passing feels in your story btw!) but i was just wondering, why exactly did cara turn her older friends in? it seemed a little sudden, but i thought maybe it was because of the og storyline for that causing you such great anxiety. i hope i don't seem nitpicky, i was just wondering what you as the writer feel was her motivation for doing that?

omg hello new reader hiiiii 💖💖 okay that whole story line was SUCH a shit show and i'm totally fine saying it!! nothing went according to plan for a few different reasons. the first one being that personal issues in my life were making it really difficult for me to continue writing themes of addiction & incarceration, so i was eager to speed through that part of the plot even though i really really wish i had given it the time and care it deserved (well actually i wish i hadn't written it at all, because i didn't know what i was doing yet). i think that might be the only time i've actually, truly triggered myself through writing. i'm so much more self aware about what i can & can't handle now, but at the time i was only 18 (!!! that's crazy) and i didn't know how to move on from that in a graceful manner.

but the other important context is that, at that point, caroline was HEAVILY disliked by a small but vocal number of people. the hateful messages about her were coming on a daily basis and some of them were just plain vile. i had never had to deal with that before, because i'd never written a morally gray character before (well.... was she morally gray or was she just a teenage girl..... tbh....... anyway). it got really overwhelming to me, as i saw myself in caroline and it hurt to see so many of my own personality traits being shit on. so, again, i was eager to just hurry up and get this story line over with so i could show caroline in a more positive light again and hopefully the hate mail would stop.

i regret so much of what happened during that time period. i let people get in my head when i should've just blocked them and carried on with my original plan. but it was a good learning experience for sure! i'm just sorry you have to read through my mistakes 😬
