This song has a new light after Say don’t go, she wanted him to say I love you and he didn’t, she’s searching for signs in silence

The 1989 Liner notes make a poem that tells the story of one single couple, which we all know is Harry Styles and Taylor. In September/October 2014 Taylor did a lot of 1989 media while heart broken minimising the relationship.

Taylor has said 'You are in Love' is about Jack and Lena. Neither Jack, who worked on the song or Lena knew that before this. Where, arms crossed, Taylors talks about crying and said the relationship she wrote 1989 (and it's 81 uses of the word 'love') about was infatuation. After Say Don’t Go, makes sense, she was hanging out for an I love you that seemed to come after the album.

In an Elle Interview she said she had been in love but was disappointed and that happily ever after wasn't real, but would be beautiful and mundane. She said the lyrics were things Lena had told her. Jack's quote calls it "you were in love" I wonder if it was an error or the song was retrospective at one point. We haven't seen original lyrics for it. Jack said they were 5,000 miles apart when they wrote Out of the Woods and referred to a cancelled show in September 15, Taylor was in Cape Town, Australia and NZ in October - November so it was likely then, with YAIL after. Sweeter than Fiction was released October 2013. So we know it was written between September - November 2013. Taylor likely recorded the vocals in January 2014 when she was in LA. My guess is September 2013 after Harry and Taylor saw each other at the VMAs.

'No proof, one touch' is one of my favorite lines, it captures wanting to keep a part of their time together just for them and also how strong their connection is.

The mundane aspects of life are romanticized, letting her guard and past worries go. There is a similar idea in New Years Day where cleaning up after a party and in Keep Driving where mundane mornings are romanticized as here. Taylor said she had not experienced being her lovers best friend at that time, to me the best friend line sounds exactly like 18 year old HS.

Taylor has worn a few shirts of Harry's, like the one at the top in the 1989 polaroids and these two. Harry also referred to this in From the Dining Table "I see you gave him my old t-shirt / More of what was once mine" Harry also wrote on Olivia “she’s lying in bed with my tshirt on”

Harry also refers to a picture of Taylor in Sunflower Vol 6 "I've got your face hung up high in the gallery" it is not a literal gallery or office downtown, but a metaphor for showing everyone she is his person.

In Wonderland, Taylor also talks about loosing their minds "And in the end, in Wonderland, we both went mad". On Midnights a romantic struggle is called a war in The Great War. Here she is saying that the relationship was challenging, but the love made it worthwhile.

Taylor uses the imagery of dancing in a snow globe and fishbowl again in the Lover Video, which also references Harry. The imagery is that they are under the microscope, unable to escape being on display but being in that together here and in Lover is beautiful.

The day dawned on our little house on the stilts, cloudy and almost misty. Birdsong is not particularly noticeable around these parts but there is an anonymous bird that emits a noise like a squeaky railway truck. Eerily, a similar sound by way of reply comes from some distant marshalling yard.

Today we moved on from our house on a stick to drive 2 hours along the coast, passing Port Elizabeth and inland a little to the Shamwari Game Reserve. Now it has to be said that I had to forget all preconceptions of what a spell at a game reserve would be like. To start with, I had an idea that it would be an area the size of Hyde Park with a fence around it! Shamwari is quite a small reserve at about 30,000 hectares. That equates to 300 square kilometres! From when the big steel gate rumbled across and allowed us into the park, it took an hour of driving to the game lodge. Incidentally, Mr Avis would have had a fit if he knew we were driving his new VW T-Cross along these unmade-up roads!! The man at the gate enquired if we had a reservation? I thought he was supposed to have one, not me! He didn't have a great sense of humour. So size is one issue. Comfort, now that's another one. We are here for three days in an all inclusive 'Luxury Tented Suite' If Boys Brigade camping was like this I'd have loved it. It's not a tent, it's a huge lodge, massive bed, massive bathroom, huge private balcony with view across the tree lined hills, jacuzzi included, free mini bar, coffee machine, massive sofa; it goes on.... Oh, then there's the animals. We have two tours a day; early morning after breakfast, and afternoon after lunch. The one just completed took 3.5 hours bouncing along with 4 others in a Toyota Land cruiser. We stopped midway for gin and tonics with nibbles. The hope was to see the big 5. My expectation was we'd see 4 rabbits and a gerbil. In reality we saw giraffes, hippos, elephants, impala (many), wart hog, zebras, springbok, jackels.... and so close. It was amazing. We should see lions and black rhinos tomorrow. The rangers are extremely knowledgeable and very aware of judging the situation with the animals. By way of backup they are also armed. Phew. It was surprisingly easy to hide an elephant. We came across one behind a bush which he then proceeded to shred it more efficiently than a black and decker.

We look forward to more tomorrow after a substantial evening meal and a good night's sleep.

ps Amazingly, 2 of the others in our Toyota, we met in Cape Town a week ago while having a drink in a bar. Raymond and Louise.

pps The day started well on the wildlife front seeing pink flamingos on our way out of Paradise Beach.

ppps It seems like the poor old Impala is bottom of the food chain and is likely to be item one on the menu for any carnivores out there. They might just have the words 'Eat Me' tattooed on their forehead!

youre thinking about that time two random twitter accounts with the same or similar names, the same or similar profile pictures etc, "came forward" on the same day saying that he acted inappropriately towards them back in i think 2009

the allegations were as follows: brendon "groomed" them because he flirted with them while standing alone in a subway station after a concert. i think this person said they were 14. there is no evidence this happened, they said it happened after a show. i am sorry to say that it anybody thinks brendon urie, right after a concert, would be alone in a subway station in myrtle beach instead of in a tour bus or a private car, without zack hall or anyone else around him, and that he did this myrtle beach which is part of classic ryden lore, i cant help you

the other account said that a same or similar thing happened in cape town south africa. they said brendon tried to flirt or have sex with them after confessing to "trying to kiss a bandmate." they said it happened after panic's last show as a full band before the split. cape town is yet another significant piece of ryden lore and theres no further evidence of this. and the fact that they specifically said he confessed to trying to kiss ryan is even more telling that this is just like a bad fanfiction

that was the extent of these "allegations." like i dont really know what to say about them. those accounts deleted themselves within an hour or two of posting their stories. they were both written in the same writing style, they both appeared at the same time, and they both were deleted at the same time. and nothing further has been said about him

i do think its important and good to believe victims but i also think that blindly believing anonymous twitter accounts with unverifiable stories is a mistake, especially when they appeared out of nowhere and were gone that same day, nothing more to be said from them, never heard from again
