I have this idea for a rosekiller one shot where Evan is getting married and Barty plans to interrupt the wedding but he doesn’t want to do the whole ‘speak now or forever hold your piece’ bit, he thinks it’s boring, so he decides to blow the place up instead.

I’m imagining Evan hesitating before saying ‘I do’ and looking around and getting disappointed when he doesn’t see Barty anywhere, he had secretly hoped he would walk in and tell him not to get married, and then just as Evan’s about to call the wedding off on his own, there’s a huge explosion and there’s glass flying everywhere, a hole in the side of the building, all his guests are screaming, there’s blood on his suit, and as everyone else is running down the aisle to escape the havoc, there’s Barty’s standing at the end, grinning over at Evan as the injured people fly past him, Evan smiles back at him with blood covering half of his face and they look like psychos, and then it’s just the two of them left in the wreckage of the building, and they put a gun to the officiants head to make him have the two of them get married instead. I’m imagining they kiss over the dead body of whoever Evan was supposed to marry, and then they run off into sunset with police sirens in the back.
