a question what if someone wants to join but is the age of 18+ but don't have any id? is birth certificate allowed as proof?

yes! any legal document confirming that you are over the age of 18 will be accepted as a form of age confirmation! all the information besides your date of birth (including your name/picture) can be blacked out or covered, and since we ask for ID over discord, you are free to delete the picture after we confirm your age-- we will not save the images.

hihi! short answer, yes! we will send out acceptances through tumblr dm's, but if you haven't been accepted this first time around, there is a chance that you might have submitted an app after all the spots for the first round of acceptances were filled and have been placed on the waitlist for the next round of acceptances!

we don't have a specific timeline, but the rest of the admins and i have finished looking through the apps, and we plan to send out acceptances over the next 24-48 hours. thank you for your understanding and your patience!

Hello, if it's not a bother may I know when the applications will reopen again? Also, what kind of document should I be prepared with? Is college ID / work ID acceptable or I've to be prepared with government issued documents?

hi! we'll be opening applications again within a week! also, government issued IDs are preferred. to elaborate on a previously answered ask, we do require a picture of the ID to be directly messaged to an admin, but everything in the picture can be blacked out or covered except for your birthdate. you are also free to delete the photo after you send it— we do not keep record of your birthdate or any other information. the ID is just required to make sure that everyone who enters the server is over 18. hope that helps, and we hope to see u in the café soon!

you don't have to send a picture to the server! you only have to send your date of birth to one (1) admin to be let into the server! you are more than welcome to delete the image after :) nothing invasive about it
