#I assume it’s an automated but I got a message saying ‘it’s easier for us if you include photos’ #on my report that my fridge+freezer don’t get cold #but like how do you expect me to take a photo of that? #yeah look it looks perfectly fine its just that it’s room temperature in it #it’s not like I have some kind of thermo camera to show them how warm it is inside #ridiculous request #but yeah I assume it’s an automated message 😂
