honestly I was curious to see what kind of funky dreams valdoxan would give me because I heard some people get like... a milder version of the vivid dreams you'd get from melatonin (which I have taken before. melatonin dreams are vivid to an almost uncanny/scary degree for me, and valdoxan is an agomelatine -- a melatonin receptor agonist). it's been a week and I haven't had any dreams except for last night, where I dreamt that anne hathaway was a very beautiful queen... and that's it lmao

#mine musings #tbh i didn't really like. 100% understood i had anxiety until i started taking the pill and realized ah #my mind chatter has calmed down. that mind chatter was the anxiety. lol i thought that was just normal #also bc like. my anxiety manifests as shutting down / no emotion / dissociating #but i have friends whose anxiety manifests as a more aroused or hyper state (idk how to words so idk the correct terms) so i guess #i was more used to associating anxiety with that kind of behavior because of my own experiences with other people who have it #idk i think it's just interesting how varied humans are
