Poland was a surprise package in the Euro qualifying phase, losing just one of their ten games while dominating Group G with relative ease.
With world-class striker Robert Lewandowski on their books, it was already a tough battle for most of their opponents throughout qualifying, as the 31-year-old made six out of ten matches.
Poland is in Group E alongside Spain, Sweden and the winner of the playoff course B, things will become much more competitive for Bialo-Czerwoni, which will allow for an exciting match round in summer.
Key player: Robert Lewandowski
Lewandowski is Poland's most capped player and top scorer of all time, the Bayern striker remains one of the deadliest predators of the match.

Janne Andersson said I would pay more attention to Poland. It is a great football nation and the match against them would be as difficult as the match against Spain. It will be our last match in the group stage, so it can be crucial. However, I prefer to start working rather than thinking about the draw Sweden will face Poland, Spain and play-off winner B.
Key player: Robin Olsen
Robin Patrick Olsen is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for the Serie A club Cagliari, on loan from Roma and the national team of Sweden.
The Swedish goalkeeper did not have the luxury of making his way into the competition, like many of those in front of them. Without Olsen's sharp reflexes, a snatch victory would never have been on the agenda.

Sergio Ramos is the key player of Spain that’s can lead his team to the Euro Cup trophy.

Portugal will defend the title won in France in 2016 at Euro 2020. Qualification was only guaranteed in the last match, with a modest victory in Luxembourg, but the Selecao still had the play-offs as plan B, thanks to their victory in the First Nations League in summer. The performances were not always convincing, but with Fernando Santos in charge, Portugal achieved good results and won two trophies.

Cristiano Ronaldo should be the first player in history to play five European Championship finals, and now with Bernardo Silva in a more relevant role (and players such as Joao Felix, Bruno Fernandes, and Ruben Neves), Portugal may again dream big.

France reached its eighth European final in a row rather comfortably and qualified without being disturbed by a series of serious injuries. Didier Deschamps, therefore, had to call on 29 players, including some newcomers such as Clement Lenglet, Leo Dubois, Ferland Mendy, Tanguy Ndombele and Jonathan Ikone, but his strongest possible composition is very similar to that which won the World Cup, with only Lenglet having outstripped Samuel Umtiti in central defense.
Key player: Antoine Griezmann
Antoine Griezmann remains their undisputed technical leader and their main inspiration. Anything but a place in the last four next summer would be considered a failure.

Top 8 Outsourcing Trends for 2019 – New Research
Forecasting the Top Outsourcing Trends for 2019
The New Year is nearly here. As we celebrate a busy and productive year in the outsourcing industry, what does the future hold? Is 2019 a year worth celebrating in terms of expanded outsourcing growth, and, if so, in what areas? What does the future of outsourcing hold?
Several media forecasters are citing job losses in the coming year, while others are claiming that outsourcing has seen its best times, and a slow, methodical slump is very quickly on its way.
However, not everyone is forecasting doom and gloom. Some analysts are quick to point out advances in technology, which tends to guide many industries, stands to empower the best buyers and service providers, allowing them to redefine their operations and to enter new aspects of outsourcing such as data analysis and customer-centricity.
While 2019 almost upon us and the end of an interesting decade, we’re interested in examining where our corporate strategies and energies should be placed. As new articles appear that discuss which technologies will be popular and how companies can improve performance, we are more than a little curious about where to devote our time in terms of outsourcing.  How can we get outsourcing to fit into the new wave of technological prowess? Can we manipulate change and make it work to our advantage?
I think we agree that outsourcing is not declining, but rather it is aggressively moving forward and progressing. According to the GSA report, 70% of companies surveyed are going to outsource more in the upcoming years, and 35% of them plan to do so significantly. In this regard, 84% of service providers expect the outsourcing industry to grow and 37% believe it will do so remarkably.
Companies are reaping their share of financial benefits, and that is great. Outsourcing allows multinationals to increase productivity and develop outcomes that take their products into the marketplace faster. Remove outsourcing from the equation, and this success may be slower to develop. The talent shortage felt worldwide in fields such as blockchain and Artificial Intelligence is already contributing to an increase in outsourcing. In the past few months, certain trends are likely to ramp up noticeably.
Here are my predictions on how the outsourcing landscape will change in 2019:
#1: Global Skill Shortages
Unemployment is down significantly in many developed nations. That is both good and bad. It is good that so many people are working.  But it is bad when companies are searching everywhere for the right skillsets, and these candidates are very few, and when they do find them, they come at a premium.  For example, the lack of in-house engineering talent will be one of the main drivers of the IT outsourcing industry. According to the latest survey, over 70% of technology employers in the UK expect to face a talent shortage over the next 12 months. We are seeing nearly 600,000 vacancies in digital technology, which will cost the country £63 bn a year. Companies may have to outsource their services to more attractive locations in Central & Eastern Europe due to the shortage of tech professionals in their own countries.
In the United States, the IT talent shortage is also a growing problem. A report by Gartner predicts that by 2020 there will be 1.4 million computer specialist job openings. It will create a talent shortage that universities will find challenging to fill, even at 30%. At the same time, some companies are selective.  They want candidates that can hit the ground running with limited new hire training.  This will work against them when the talent pool is already extremely low.
#2: More than Just Cost-savings
The relationships between a client and a software development provider will be more process driven and people driven and less price-oriented. No doubt, cost reduction is and will remain the main advantage of outsourcing engineering work. However, it won’t be a decisive factor when choosing a service provider.
Increasingly, clients will be focusing more on the value delivered than in cutting costs. IT outsourcing companies will become systems integrators and partners to their customers. They will share greater risk and focus on delivering value-added services.
#3:  Security Concerns Tighten
Security is, and should be, a major concern for companies both internally and when outsourcing. In 2018, we saw some serious breaches of security, such as the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Consumer outrage alone is enough to scare companies into tighter security measures. Additionally, new GDPR regulations, which affect European organisations and any company that might interact with European data, will cause new data security changes.
#4: It’s All About Artificial Intelligence
In July 2018, Forbes stated the following about AI technology customization:
“The burgeoning advancement of artificial intelligence in the tech world will continue to have a large impact on the way that we write code, build new technology and even advance frontiers like blockchain in the next few years. AI’s potential to customize tech to individual consumers is enormous, and we’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg in terms of its capabilities thus far.”
In the outsourcing world, I predict 2019 will include many aspects of Artificial Intelligence. Customers continuously ask about AI capabilities, how AI can improve their products or services, and how we can help them achieve their AI goals. AI technology is growing rapidly, and many outsourcing firms are hiring AI experts to meet these client demands.
It is not that corporations have big data; it is how they use that data will separate those that are successful through the year from those that aren’t.
#5.  Strategic Alignments
Traditionally, lowering costs is the main reason to outsource. Corporate leaders focus on bottom-line performance. Outsourcing is a cost-effective way to reach financial performance goals.
However, based on the current climate moving into 2019, for the first time in a long time, it may not be totally about dollars. In fact, an attempt to save money may actually have a negative impact moving forward.  Instead, a clear vision of tomorrow, backed by appropriate investments today, is the path to achieve growth targets. That’s why it’s no surprise that companies are looking at more than cost details when it comes to attracting outsourcing partnerships. Instead, it has to do more with corporate strategy alignment.
Another important factor that organisations need to make sure when choosing an outsourcing partner is that the necessary tech skills, knowledge and qualification are in place in order to carry out the services needed. Further, companies need to keep in mind that an outsourcing partner should have a strategic eye and experience in the leading digital transformation and should be seen as a solution provider that aligns with overall strategic business objectives.
#6.  Alternative Trends in Outsourcing Destinations
In the upcoming years, countries in Eastern Europe will stand up against strong competition for India and China. So far, the largest share of global outsourcing revenue is generated in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, with India and China taking leading positions. This may change in the coming year, as Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria and Kosovo will become new hot spots.
The dynamics of the IT industry in Kosovo is constantly growing. It has already established itself as an outsourcing destination. Some major global brands have decided to either outsource to Kosovo or open delivery centres, likes of AT&T, Vodafone, DHL, and Teleperfomance. AT&T in particular has enjoyed a huge success through its Kosovan vendor. Kosbit a global provider of managed services and IT solutions. IAOP recently named Kosbit a “World’s Best Outsourcing Provider 2018” for its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
#7. Improving the Customer Experience
Customers are the lifeblood of any business. Working to make their experience with your company the best it can be will usually guarantee customer retention. This will stabilize sales, and through word of mouth with their contacts, inevitably increase sales opportunities. A recent survey was created where leading marketing experts were solicited for their advice in creating an exemplary customer experience.  The survey, entitled, “A Look Ahead: Business Process Outsourcing by the Numbers,” included a detailed questionnaire to help answer key questions that define where the customer originates, what they want, and how companies can best serve them. Using this survey, the next steps should include sharing insights with your BPO partner in order to provide predictable, standard processes, backed by innovative technology. This will help to continually improve the customer experience.
#8.  Disruptive Outsourcing, Data migration and Security Requirement Trends
In the coming year, there will be several challenges in terms of data migration, security requirements, application optimization, organizational resistance, highly fragmented processes, and regulatory compliance.
Recently, Deloitte conducted a survey of 500 leaders representing a wide range of organisations with operational footprints in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The executives responding to the survey represented more than 25 different sectors across six industries.
The results of Deloitte’s survey are noteworthy. Disruptive outsourcing led the survey responses among the respondents, followed by cloud and automation as factors that will fundamentally transform traditional outsourcing in 2019. In fact, three key trends emerged from Deloitte’s outsourcing survey:
1.     Disruptive Outsourcing is enabling competitive advantage.
Among 2019’s trends, disruptive outsourcing, when executed well, will deliver a competitive advantage by transforming the way organisations operate, making them more agile, efficient, and effective. The advantages are obvious to respondents: approximately 84 percent of them have initiated discussions, conducted pilots, or implemented some disruptive solutions already. This trend will continue until 2019.
2.     Organisations are Embracing Disruptive Outsourcing Technologies such as Cloud and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Cloud and Robotic Process Automation will increase in 2019. 93% of organisations are considering or adopting cloud solutions, and 72 percent are considering the advantages of adopting RPA solutions.  In addition, 70% of respondents believe their service providers have opportunities and abilities to implement disruptive solutions.
3.     Disruptive solutions will lead to additional challenges in 2019.
Data migration, security requirements, and application optimization/change are a few examples of challenges related to cloud adoption. Organizational resistance, highly fragmented processes, and regulatory restraints remain as common challenges having to do with RPA adoption. Disruptive outsourcing solutions will challenge more traditional methods and drive a competitive advantage to those that adopt it.
Disruptive outsourcing will enabling organisations to reimagine and transform their business. It is challenging traditional outsourcing and driving competitive advantage. More than half of the organisations surveyed are adopting, or considering adopting, disruptive solutions to drive performance, improve speed to market, and increase innovation. Today, disruptive outsourcing is about collaborating with partners in the marketplace to integrate services that organisations can’t build on their own to innovate, transform, grow, and shake up their competitors. Outsourcing-led transformations can address both business and IT challenges. They have the potential to bring about dramatic change to the outsourcing industry like never before. This will result in cost reductions, though many organisations expect to invest some of those savings into business investments, particularly when doing so can eradicate costs elsewhere. With disruptive outsourcing, the only limit is imagination.
To move forward effectively, organisations must be thoughtful and proactive in every step of their outsourcing evolution, whether choosing service providers, negotiating flexible contracts, implementing a strong governance program, managing cybersecurity, addressing regulatory issues, or implementing robust service integration. Most organisations understand that now is the time to capitalize and get ahead of the competition, and disruptive outsourcing is the approach to take.
In 2019, companies will have to change their outsourcing strategy. Their next steps will determine how they can change solutions, which partners will generate increased revenue, how they can construct an incentives structure that motivates them to innovate, and how to implement and manage new outsourcing paradigms. History has shown that it is difficult to catch up if you ignore or delay acting on outsourcing disruptions. Those who seize this opportunity can execute real change.
Lessons Learned:  What organisations are planning for the future
As 2019 approaches, here is what respondents said they would do differently when launching their next outsourcing initiative based on past experiences:
·         Service Provider Selection. Companies stated they would spend more time in RFP or service provider selection (42 percent), and use a competitive bidding process (39 percent). This may be due to the increased maturity of the procurement and vendor management functions within organisations. Many clients use a single source approach for selecting a service provider, with an expectation that the process will be faster to execute. However, they will likely pay higher fees, lower service levels, and less favourable terms. And it usually takes longer, since a competitive process creates a greater sense of urgency than a sole source approach.
·         Strategic Planning Approach. Others stated they would take a more strategic approach to planning a new outsourcing initiative: increasing the scope of service (34 percent); transforming the process rather than lifting and shifting (30 percent); investing in more service integration and transition (28 percent); and using a third-party advisor (27 percent).
Conclusion
This suggests that organisations recognise that the value of transformation, improved processes, experienced counsel, and transition play on the success of their outsourcing programs, though often too late. Today’s disruptive outsourcing environment is filled with opportunities to enhance innovation and market competitiveness for forward-thinking organisations.
As you can see, 2019 will be an exciting year for outsourcing as new technologies continue to unravel themselves and change the paradigm, with blockchain and big data being a great example of this. With such disruptive concepts as AI finally hitting the market, I know we will soon see ramifications and possibilities that we have never imagined before, having tangible effects on every industry, as we know it.
As CMO at Kosbit, Fatmir is passionate about helping companies adopt strategic IT outsourcing to make their businesses and workforces effective, efficient and more productive.

Good afternoon, folks. It’s the day after the night before, where a perma-qualifier in Azerbaijan fell for the first time, alongside countries such as Greece with very strong qualification rates. Meanwhile, a few nations who have had patchy records or really struggled to get to Saturday in recent years - Ireland, Albania, Czechia, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania - comprised the majority of the qualifiers. We’ve really entered an unpredictable era of the contest, and who knows what Thursday will bring!
I was interested in how last night may have made an impact on viewers and decided to check out Google trends again - this time looking for “breakout topics”, topics whose search volume went up hugely over the past 24 hours. In many ways, the show’s presenters and the returning winner are the most guaranteed to gain something from their appearance because of the guaranteed spike in public interest. The presenters were one of the two most popular search items in 22 countries, whilst Salvador managed the feat in 14 countries, so I had to eliminate both search terms to find out which 2018 entries made the biggest splash, as well as searches for a live stream. I also eliminated searches for one’s own country - but all of these (except live stream searches) can be found in a supplementary map below.
There were some real curiosities in some of the most searched topics. Sweden wondered why they were not allowed to vote in semi-final 1; Bulgaria’s biggest search topic was the winner... of ESC 2018 (a bit premature!); Albania indulged in nostalgia, with their biggest search at the time of writing being Anjeza Shahini, their début act; and for reasons that I cannot even begin to understand, Russia and Kazakhstan’s most searched term was арахис (peanut) and one of their other biggest searches was майконг (crab-eating fox). Surreal Russian humour or Google messing up?
My main focus, though, was on searches for artists and songs. I had half-expected the number of searches for Netta to go up exponentially, but Israel’s song was only a breakout search in two countries - Turkey and Romania. The biggest winner in terms of a public interest spike was supposedly Cyprus, who were the breakout search in 11 countries - 6 in Mediterranean or Adriatic countries, 1 in Eastern Europe and 4 in Western or Central Europe. Despite not qualifying, it’s quite possible that Croatia only missed out narrowly given how much interest Franka piqued - her song was the breakout search in 6 very heterodox countries: Serbia, Cyprus, Russia, Sweden, Spain and the hosts, Portugal. Ireland definitely created a moment in the arena, and were the most searched in four countries: neighbouring UK; Slovenia; Australia; and, quite touchingly given their diaspora in Ireland, Lithuania. Belarus also was the breakout in four ESC countries: Ireland, nearby Ukraine (whose most searched term was Alekseev didn’t pass), Moldova, Switzerland and the non-participating Kazakhstan. Most of the remaining songs were breakouts in two countries - like Macedonia, getting a Scandinavian double in Norway and Finland; Czechia, a Slavic double in Macedonia and neighbours Poland; Austria, gripping the most new interest in Belgium and Estonia; Finland, piqueing interest far from home in Slovakia and Bulgaria. Then there were single country breakouts: Germany searched most for Albania, Denmark for Azerbaijan, Netherlands for Switzerland, Italy for Portugal, Armenia for Russia, Kosovo for Ermal Meta of Italy, and Hungary for Bulgaria.
Will these trends be reflected in the semi-final voting? What songs will be breakout searches after semi-final 2? I’m itching to find out!

The teams will be divided into four groups with six teams each. There will be six top-ranked national teams in the first. The second will have the remaining four top-ranked teams (including Croatia) and the two best second-placed national teams.
The third group will have the remaining second-best teams and the last will have the two worst runner-up teams and four additional qualification winners. Additional qualifications are completed by the Nations League ranking (A, B, C, and D).
As Germany defeated Northern Ireland in the last round, they secured a position in the first pot and pushed the Netherlands into the second, which also includes Croatia. This means that Croatia will not be able to play against the Netherlands or any other national team from this group.
Why can't Croatia play against Belgium and Ukraine?
Croatia knew before the draw that it would certainly not play in Group C, as the host of the group is the Netherlands, who is in their group. The Netherlands will thus balance forces with Ukraine, while the other host of Group C, Romania, must successfully complete additional qualifications to compete in that group. The community who love their favorite EURO 2020 team they are booking Belgium Euro Cup Tickets and Ukraine Euro Cup Tickets.
Croatia also cannot play against Belgium. Why?
Russia is the second seed, like Croatia, and is guaranteed to host a game in St. Petersburg. Denmark, the third seed, is also hosting a game in Copenhagen. Given that Russia cannot be in the same group as Ukraine, the only remaining first seed in that group is Belgium.
Tumblr media
Thus, Croatia’s possible strongest rivals are Italy, England, Spain, and Germany.
Potential groups
Group A: Portugal / Turkey / Austria / Sweden / Czech Republic, Italy, France / Poland / Switzerland / Croatia, Wales or Finland
Group B: Belgium, Denmark, Russia, Wales or Finland
Group C: Ukraine, Netherlands, Portugal / Turkey / Austria / Sweden / Czech Republic, winner of Group A, C or D in additional qualifications
Group D: England, France / Poland / Switzerland / Croatia, Portugal / Turkey / Austria / Sweden / Czech Republic, Group C or D Winner in additional qualifications
Group E: Spain, France / Poland / Switzerland / Croatia, Portugal / Turkey / Austria / Sweden / Czech Republic, Group B Winner in additional qualifications
Group F: Germany, France / Poland / Switzerland / Croatia, Portugal / Turkey / Austria / Sweden / Czech Republic, winner of Group A, C or D in additional qualifications
For the first time in history, additional qualifications are completed according to results from the Nationals League. The Euro draw will take place on November 30 in Bucharest, but additional qualifications will only be played from March 26 to 31 next year.
There will be four separate mini-tournaments played in the Final Four format. A draw will determine the host of the finals of each mini-tournament, but it will certainly be one of the teams participating in that tournament.
For now, it is known that in League B, Bosnia and Herzegovina will host Northern Ireland and Slovakia will host Ireland in one game. The winners will compete for one spot from that division.
In League D, Georgia - Belarus and Northern Macedonia - Kosovo will play, and in League C Norway and Serbia and Scotland against either Bulgaria - Israel - Hungary - Romania.
The other three will go to the League A play-offs, with only Iceland not directly qualifying for the Euro. The League A and League C playoff draw will be held this Friday at Nyon at noon.
League A
Iceland - Bulgaria / Israel / Hungary / Romania, the second pair between these teams
League B
BiH - Northern Ireland, Slovakia - Ireland
League C
Scotland - Bulgaria / Israel / Hungary / Romania, Norway - Serbia
League D
Georgia - Belarus, North Macedonia – Kosovo
Twenty-four national teams will play in the European Championships and matches will be played in 12 countries. National teams will be divided into six groups of four teams, and the two best national teams from each group and four best third places will move forward. This decision was made seven years ago to mark the 60th anniversary of the first European Championship.
The first game will be played in Group A, in Rome, Italy starting at 9 pm.

McCarthy Hopeful Duffy & McGoldrick Will Be Fit For Ireland Game Against Georgia
The Republic of Ireland are heading into a crucial Euro 2020 qualifier against Georgia on Saturday afternoon, and Switzerland away next Tuesday, without two key players.
Mick McCarthy’s side only have three games remaining in Group D, and the trip to Tbilisi looks like a must-win tie. However, Ireland look set to be without two stalwarts from the Euro 2020 qualification campaign so far – David McGoldrick and Shane Duffy, who are both attempting to return to fitness after injury.
Both players have been guaranteed starters under McCarthy. Duffy rescued a valuable point with a header in the 1-1 draw with Denmark in June. And McGoldrick got the goal when Ireland drew 1-1 with Switzerland last month.
However, while they’re in a race to get fit and weren’t named in the 24-man squad last week, McCarthy hasn’t given up hope of the pair featuring against Georgia on Saturday or Switzerland in Geneva next Tuesday. The Ireland manager, speaking to the media on Monday at FAI HQ in Abbottstown, said he would give the pair until the last minute to make themselves available for selection.
“I think they have (a chance to play). I got a message from Shane earlier on, he’s feeling good,” McCarthy said.
“He didn’t say he was fully fit or ready to go, just that he’s feeling good. He’s optimistic. I haven’t spoken to Didsy (McGoldrick) for a while, for a couple of days. But Chris Wilder mentioned that they’re doing everything they can to get him fit. I’ll wait as long as I can.”
“I just told Shane, I responded to his message, I said, ‘the plane’s leaving at 2 o’clock from Dublin airport to Tbilisi (on Thursday) so we’ll keep a seat with extra legroom for you, as we normally do, don’t be late.
“Didsy, he’s been on the grass, he’s been training. As I said, I’m far more optimistic about them being involved. But, you know, if they don’t come to Tbilisi, they can get a flight to Geneva and we’ll see them there if they’re fit for that game.”
McCarthy also spoke about the team’s options at left-back. The Ireland manager will be without Enda Stevens for the match against Georgia, as the Sheffield United full-back is suspended. Greg Cunningham picked up an injury at the weekend playing for Blackburn. Ryan Manning has impressed for Queens Park Rangers but has not been included in the squad.
The Ireland boss namechecked Matt Doherty, who has played at left-back in the past for Wolves, and Blackburn’s Derrick Williams, as options at left-back for the tie in Tbilisi.
“Greg Cunningham was in contention but got a nasty knee injury,” McCarthy said.
“The Doc (Doherty) played, we know he’s played at left-back so, they’re my options. Of course, Derrick Williams is in, he’s a left-sided player. If the other lads that don’t come in, it’s not about them. It’s about the lads who come in and play.
“I don’t have to see Matt Doherty play at full-back. I mean, there’s been enough people screaming for him to play so he might get his chance at left-back. We don’t have many options, of course. Derrick Williams who can play there, but he sees himself as a left-sided centre-back, that’s his best position.”
McCarthy said James McClean was “possibly” an option at left-back, but there was no chance of Conor Hourihane playing in the position as he is needed in his natural position.
The Aston Villa midfielder played left-back for Ireland against Bulgaria in a friendly last month, as the Ireland manager wanted to give him some playing time. Hourihane has since regained his place in the Villa team and scored in their 5-1 win over Norwich City on Saturday.
James McCarthy started for Crystal Palace on Saturday in their 2-1 win over West Ham. However, McCarthy said the upcoming games have come too soon for the midfielder, who has not played much football since suffering an awful double leg-break in January 2018.
Mick says James McCarthy isn’t on standby to join up with the squad.
“He said himself that he hadn’t played any games. He was probably surprised to play (at the weekend)… I prefer to talk about the ones who are here.”#COYBIG

Ireland are two points clear at the top of Group D after five games played with 11 points. Denmark are in second place with nine points from five matches and Switzerland are in third, with eight points from four games.
Georgia are second from bottom in the group, with four points from five games. McCarthy’s side beat them 1-0 back in March, but Georgia held Denmark to a draw in Tbilisi last month.
“He’s very quick, he’s very direct and he takes people on. His movement is very good. He plays with personality and he’s got a bit of aggression in him.”

Kosovo’s Biggest Match
Tumblr media
Kosovo has not been a member of UEFA or FIFA for very long, but its most important match is rapidly approaching.
After three matches, Kosovo has five points coming by way of one win and two draws. The former Yugoslav republic currently sits in the third position, one point behind Czech Republic.
England is top of the group despite only having played two matches, but we all know that England will not drop points anytime soon in this group.
Tumblr media
The first match for Kosovo was a 1-1 draw at home against Bulgaria in front of 12,000 supporters.
On 7 June, Kosovo was able to get a 1-1 draw away from home against Montenegro but it is worth pointing out that Montenegro was missing players and coaches due to reasons not having to do with football.
The huge victory finally came against Bulgaria in Sofia and Elba Rashani scored the winning goal in stoppage time to give Kosovo the valuable three points.
Next up is a huge match against Czech Republic in Pristina on 7 September and online bookmaker 10Bet has the latest odds.
Tumblr media
※ Current Odds Date & Time: August 15, 6:00 p.m. (GMT)
Currently Kosovo has 2/1 odds while the Czech Republic has 23/20 odds.
This match is beyond crucial for Kosovo because a victory over the Czechs will put them into the second position of the group.
As we all know, the top two teams in the group will qualify automatically to Euro 2020.
The clash against the Czechs is especially crucial because Kosovo will face England three days later in Southampton.
And it is safe to say that England will not be dropping any points in front of the home supporters.
Tumblr media
Come to think of it, I don’t see England dropping points in any match in this group no matter where it is played.
Anyway, getting back to the main topic. I think Kosovo has a good chance to defeat the Czech Republic.
It doesn’t mean that I am guaranteeing a victory but it would be nice to see the tiny nation in serious contention for an automatic qualification spot.
The crowd will be loud and crazy in Pristina. But will the Kosovar footballers handle the pressure?
Prediction: Kosovo 1-1 Czech Republic

Germany Euro 202 Group Stage Opponents
Perennial game beloveds, Germany go into Euro 2020 quietly assured of adding to their award cupboard.
Germany productively routed a complicated Group C in qualifying, concluding top, ahead of Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Belarus, and Estonia. Euro Cup fans can purchase Germany Euro Cup Tickets online to enjoy its stunning performances.
Tumblr media
In what was a stable succeeding campaign, Germany won seven of their eight matches and misplaced once. Their standout performances came beside the Netherlands, with one victory and one loss, both in remarkable fashion.
They beat the Oranje 3-2 in Amsterdam with a last-minute victor from Nico Schulz but misplaced the return match 4-2.
Die Mannschaft has been drawn in the tournament's cluster of demise alongside Portugal, France and play-off winner of Romania, Hungary, Iceland and Bulgaria.
Germany Matches Schedule in Euro 2020 Cup
 Match1: Germany Vs France
Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2020, 21:00
Place: Allianz Arena
 Match2: Portugal vs Germany
Date: Saturday, June 20, 2020, 18:00
Place: Allianz Arena
 Match3: Germany vs Play-off winner A or D
Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2020, 21:00
Place: Allianz Arena
Here is what they will be up beside in Group F this June.
France
The present World Cup champions need no overview. This site is overflowing with worth all over the pitch and boasts the game's subsequent star, Kylian Mbappe.
Les Bleus qualified from Group H at a trot, concluding best having won eight of their ten competitions.
Turkey showed to be a monster side for the French as Ay-Yıldızlılar exited unbeaten in two games showing that Didier Deschamps' side is imperfect.
The 2-0 defeat in Turkey was predominantly humbling as a full-strength French side went down with a whine; goals upcoming from Dusseldorf's Kaan Ayhan and Roma forward Cengiz Ünder.
However, there is the mortification of riches in this team. Some of the players that will be missing out of the French team would securely make most starting XIs across Europe.
The reclamation from the defeat of form and injury for Chelsea's N'Golo Kante, Manchester United's, for now, Paul Pogba and Barcelona's Antoine Griezmann will be vital this summertime.
France's lineup:
Lloris; Pavard, Mbappe,Varane, Hernández, Lenglet; Kante, Pogba, Matuidi; Giroud, Griezmann.
Portugal
When you have both the containers of the World Cup and the Euros, it is reasonable to say that you have been pinched in a cluster of death.
Portugal will perhaps start as outsiders to the victor the whole tournament, and adjudicating by their poor qualification form, it is cool to see why.
A Seleção ended second in a group that they should have topped which enclosed Ukraine, Luxembourg, Serbia, and Lithuania.
Ukraine showed to be a problematic opponent. Fernando Santos men could not find a way through, drawing once and misplacing the other.
A 2-1 defeat in Kyiv finished their chances of finishing top as Ronaldo's 700 career goal could not daze the two-goal shortfall.
Do not supervise this squad as the last time they were underdogs, Eder's extra-time victor in 2016 guaranteed Portugal won their first-ever major trophy in Paris.
Portugal's lineup:
Rui Patricio; Semedo, Guerreiro, Pepe, Rúben Diaz; Silva, Fernandes; Guedes, Ronaldo, João Moutinho, Joao Mario.

Football news: Gareth Southgate wants to see Jadon Sancho tested ahead of clash against Kosovo
When Jadon Sancho steps to St Mary & # 39; s on Tuesday night, chances are that he will not go into his shell. He won't cave.
In the most likely scenario, this extremely gifted teenager would flourish. Gareth Southgate however, wants tangible evidence.
& # 39; I think we have players that we need to learn more about, give experience with, but not in games that are ridden a lot, if we have already qualified & # 39; said the English boss. "So we have to see people perform under pressure and how they handle it."
When Jadon Sancho steps to St Mary & # 39; s on Tuesday, chances are he won't go into his shell
There you have it, Jadon. Go out, impress and make yourself unbeatable. That is your challenge on Tuesday. Judging by his electrical performance for Borussia Dortmund since he broke in his first XI last season, he is more than able to thrive under the weight of that expectation.
It is clear that Southgate still needs some convictions. He may remember the 19-year-old's previous competitive start when he was replaced in the 61st minute by the loss of the UEFA Nations League in England against the Netherlands in June.
Yet there is a growing feeling that Southgate and his coaching staff feel that they can no longer stop Sancho.
Employees at St George & # 39; s Park have been surprised at his performances in the Bundesliga.
Goals, assists, and liveliness – everything Southgate wants his team to stand for. Sancho is still a teenager, but he can still become the leader of the new age of Southgate.
& # 39; He calmly adapted to international football. He is very quiet when we are around and attentive, & said Southgate.
& # 39; He has faith in his own abilities, you can tell by the way he plays. He is the one who, because of where he plays his club football, still goes a bit under the radar in terms of the quality of his performances and the level at which he plays every week. So, when I mentioned the team, I said he's not a player we want to stop.
& # 39; We recently spoke very positively about the front three of Kane, Sterling and Rashford. He's in those kinds of braces, so we're looking at him and Callum Hudson-Odoi, who also had such a big impact on his first pair of caps, and we're very well served in those areas. & # 39;
Where Sancho & # 39; s rise leaves Marcus Rashford, remains to be seen. Southgate praises his attacking triumvirate after Saturday's victory over Bulgaria – calling the trio one of the best combinations in world football.
But while Kane and Sterling appear to be two of only a handful of guaranteed starters, the position of Rashford in Southgate's first-choice team is not so clear.
Manchester United Marcus Rashford is likely to give way to teenage sensation
Of course, Sancho must first turn it on, starting with Kosovo on Tuesday. But if he does, Rashford could look on the outside.
Liverpool & Trent's # 39; s Trent Alexander-Arnold is about to receive his final audition to master the right-most berth on Tuesday.
But by the end of Tuesday, Southgate will have a clearer picture of how dependent he can become on 20-year-old Anfield Defender.
Southgate said: & # 39; We need to find the right balance between implementing young players and qualifying. It is a bit unique in the sense that normally everyone just wants to be eligible.
& # 39; But we have always used every opportunity that we can try to find the right balance and we know that in the back of our mind, the style of play to qualify will be different than play at a tournament.
& # 39; I remember Glenn Hoddle talking to us about that. I probably didn't understand exactly what he meant, but I am more aware of that now. & # 39;
There is a growing feeling that Gareth Southgate is thinking that he can no longer stop Sancho
Skeptics will say the decision to defeat Sancho and Alexander-Arnold on Tuesday against Kosovo, who are ranked 120th in the world, will do nothing to prove that they have it able to save in the higher regions of international football.
There is faith in those claims. Both play top football and will be involved in the Champions League again this season. "If I look across Europe, you have to say that there is not enough danger in the qualification process to make all groups as exciting as possible," Southgate admitted.
& # 39; There are many games, if I look all over Europe, you go through the list of games and every night I look at the games and maybe a few you might want to tune into.
& I just think we should be careful not to devalue it. It is difficult because there are so many new countries and so many countries to get involved in the process, but we also have to do the right thing for the supporters. & # 39;

Good evening, folks, and welcome to a map that I am always very anxious to make each season - that of the qualifiers for this year’s ESC grand final, which also reflects on the qualification history of each of the countries at hand! I include the last year qualifiers made the final and the last year non-qualifiers missed out.  One word has been bandied about a lot this year - unpredictable - and by Jove, these results justify the hype. We see the long-awaited return to the fold of three countries who have missed out since 2015 - Albania, Estonia and Slovenia - as well as Finland (out since 2014) and Ireland (back after a purgatory lasting well back to 2013). Czechia qualify for just the second time in their history, whilst Serbia and Lithuania, who missed out last year, defied the odds in their return to the final.
In 2017, 13 of the 20 qualifiers were countries that had qualified the year before. This year, 12 of the qualifiers are countries that qualified in 2017. That may look like little has changed, but in reality, there’s been a bonfire of the untouchables. Permanent qualifier status was revoked abruptly with a first ever DNQ from Romania, Russia and Azerbaijan, despite the former two contesting in what was widely considered the weaker semi. Croatia, present in the final since their return in 2016, fell short too. Armenia, who have been present in every final since and including 2013, lose what was near-permanent qualifier status. Poland, with 4 consecutive years of qualifications since their return and a strong diaspora, also came a cropper, and the wheels fell off for Belgium’s ESC renaissance, falling for the first time since 2014. Greece, whose non-qualification with Argo was considered a hiccup in its otherwise typical serene passage through to the finals, was the last name to come tumbling who qualified last year.
There were, despite this widespread cutting of the tall poppies, resilience amongst other nations with near permanent qualification status. Ukraine (permanent qualifier), Hungary (since 2011), Netherlands (4 qualifications in 5 years), Sweden (since 2010), Austria (since 2014), Bulgaria (since 2016), Cyprus (since 2015) and Israel (since 2015) were all names that shouldn’t have surprised anyone. What is intriguing is how quickly ill-fated countries at the Eurovision like Bulgaria (6 DNQs before their purple patch) and Israel (4 DNQs before theirs) can turn around their luck and threaten to become perma-qualifiers of this new era.
When it comes to blocs (or rather, cultural regions), I found it interesting to see that we may have done full circle from the years of underwhelming performances from Denmark and Norway and returned to the era of 4/5 Nordic countries (or 5/6, if you consider Estonia in that number, as I do) getting through to finals without breaking a sweat. Only Iceland now remains trapped outside.  I also think that the decision to return to national languages helped us to a much healthier showing from the Balkans than last year. Albania almost certainly got more support from ethnic Albanians in Greece, Montenegro and especially Macedonia than they may have done singing in English, whilst Serbia and Slovenia, neither fancied by the bookies to make it through, may have appealed more to their fellow south Slavs thanks to their language decisions.
This is the most dramatic shift in qualifiers that I have seen in the mixed voting era. I mourn some of the countries left alongside the way - especially Latvia, Montenegro and Macedonia, who seem the forgotten friends of their regions - but from a statistical point of view and that of a fan, the idea that no country is guaranteed qualification and that many streaks can start and end without much warning is one that is extremely appetising. If no country is a safe qualifier, every country ups their game (in theory) and we all gain from that.

Nations League: How Scotland could be just four wins from Euro 2020
Nations League: How Scotland could be just four wins from Euro 2020
Nations League: How Scotland could be just four wins from Euro 2020
The Uefa Nations League explained
It’s too complicated. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s an irrelevance. But it’s Scotland’s best chance of reaching a major tournament for the first time in 22 years.
The Uefa Nations League begins for Alex McLeish’s side on Monday, when Albania visit and, once you hack through all the possibilities and permutations, the conclusion can be reached that Scotland could be just four wins from Euro 2020.
Granted, even gathering four victories against teams of their own level feels beyond Scotland in the aftermath of Friday’s hiding by Belgium. But, if the increasingly alarming unravelling of McLeish’s second reign can be tempered with success against the Albanians, suddenly the outlook will change.
But surely Scotland need more than four wins? And what if they don’t get them? And where do the European Championship qualifiers fit in?
How does this four wins thing work?
With its focus sharpened by Hampden hosting four Euro 2020 tournament matches, the Scottish FA is pushing Uefa’s new competition hard. And here’s why.
Forget all the top teams – and even the good sides. Scotland are protected from those in the third tier of the competition, are the top seeds in a section with Albania and Israel and will play both home and away between now and November. So far, so simple.
With the Albanians opening the group by beating Israel, Scotland probably need to beat Christian Panucci’s side on Monday. But, if they can, another home win over Israel and avoiding defeat in both away games would be enough to top the section.
That guarantees a place in the Nations League play-offs in March 2020. Win their one-legged semi-final and final against two similarly ranked teams – say Greece then Serbia – and Scotland will be at the Euros. A doddle, clearly.
One note of caution, though. Finish bottom of the group and Scotland will be relegated to the bottom for the next Nations League alongside the likes of Gibraltar and Liechtenstein.
League C Group one Group two Group three Group four Israel Estonia Cyprus Lithuania Albania Finland Bulgaria Montenegro Scotland Greece Norway Serbia Hungary Slovenia Romania
So what if they don’t win the group?
The next batch of international fixtures will be in March, when the regular Euro 2020 qualification process begins.
There will be 10 groups of five or six teams – with the seedings determined by how teams performed in the Nations League – and the top two in each will qualify after eight months of fixtures.
Scotland are likely to be either a third or fourth seed in one of those sections, so getting through to a finals held in 12 host cities around the continent, including Glasgow, seems unlikely.
However, there will be four places left to be filled by the four sides who emerge from those Nations League play-offs.
Still with me? Good. Because now is where it gets properly complicated.
Should one of the nations who topped their Nations League group then qualify through regular means, their play-off place will go to the next highest-ranked team from their tier. To confuse things further, that will not necessarily be the runners-up in their group.
Furthermore, should there not be enough teams in one of the tiers… actually, let’s not tie ourselves up in knots with that. This Uefa video might help…
Uefa European Qualifiers Play-offs explained
Is it worth getting relegated then?
As you may have deduced from that video, the structure of the play-offs means that one nation from each tier will claim a finals place. So one of Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Latvia, the Faroe Islands, Luxembourg, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Liechtenstein, Malta, Andorra, Kosovo, San Marino or Gibraltar will qualify for Euro 2020.
So it could be in Scotland’s interests to strategically tumble down a tier with a couple of experimental team selections in the hope of securing a circuitous, but more forgiving, route to a major tournament?
Perhaps, although would you wager any significant sum on the national team managing to negotiate such a path without some form of self harm? Furthermore, doing so would also cause the Scots to drop further down the ranking and make their normal qualification groups even more daunting.
Let’s instead keep it simple. Win four matches, and don’t get turned over in Israel and Albania, and Scotland will be at Euro 2020.

Nations League, however, does not offer Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland same hope

UEFA’s video explains how sixteen teams will be whittled down to four as the final places for Euro 2020 are decided
Scotland’s defeat to Belgium leaves them with a mountain to climb in their Euro 2020 qualification group, but the Nations League can offer salvation. We break down what UEFA’s new play-off system means for each of the Home Nations and Republic of Ireland.
Twenty of the 24 teams playing at Euro 2020 next summer will be made up of the top two finishers from each of the 10 qualification groups, but four teams will make it to the tournament via a complicated play-off system.
Being eligible for the play-offs depends on how well a country did in the Nations League which, as we attempt to explain below, is good for some but not for others.

Highlights as Scotland were hammered 4-0 at home by Belgium in their Euro 2020 qualifier on Monday
Scotland fans may be in a state of despair after their defeat to Belgium but qualifying for their first major men’s tournament in more than two decades may still happen.
That’s because topping their Nations League C group guarantees them a place in the play-offs, where they will take on the other teams that excelled in that tier of the competition in a one-legged semi-final and, hopefully, final.
At the moment, the other teams in Scotland’s way would be Norway, Serbia and either Israel or Bulgaria. Only Serbia is ranked above Scotland in the current FIFA rankings.
Wales have hope

Wales kept their Euro 2020 qualification hopes alive with an unconvincing win over Azerbaijan
A top-two finish in the group stage automatically gets you a place at Euro 2020 and Wales’ late winner against Azerbaijan on Friday means they could rise up the Group E standings with four games to play.
Should they fail to secure a top-two finish, however, Wales’ mid-table finish in Nations League B means they have a good chance of qualifying for the play-offs as many of the teams from the top tier of the competition (Nations League A) will qualify automatically.
As it stands, Wales will be in the play-offs along with Czech Republic, Turkey and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Northern Ireland suffered a first Euro 2020 qualification defeat to Germany
Northern Ireland, however, cannot rely on their Nations League form to guarantee them a play-off spot. They were relegated from Nations League B, meaning finishing either first or second in Group C may be the only route to Euro 2020.
They may have lost to Germany but Northern Ireland are second in the table, still with the Netherlands to play twice and a trip to Germany on the horizon too.

Republic of Ireland were also relegated from Nations League B, meaning the are also likely to have to rely on their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.
The good news is they are currently top of Group D with three games to play against rivals Switzerland and old foes Denmark following a tricky trip to Georgia.
It won’t be easy but automatic qualification is in their hands. However, there probably will not be the safety net of a play-off should they fail.
England almost there

Highlights from England’s Euro 2020 Qualifiers match against Bulgaria at Wembley
England’s performance in the Nations League means they are guaranteed a play-off place but their form in Group A means a top-two finish could be secured next month.
Gareth Southgate’s side has to battle against complacency just as much as the teams they’ve already beaten once this qualifying cycle.
