Third pov -
Sean wrung his hands nervously, bouncing his leg as he sat and pondered over his options.
He hadn't lied when he said his rut was coming up. Having told the lads about a week ago when he asked Daithi for help.
He had been joking at first. At least he told himself that he was. But as the days dragged on, with the thoughts of Dan's and Daithi's time together, he couldn't help but to think about what it would be like with the ghost.
He'd never looked at the ghost that way. Yeah he was attractive, but he didn't see him like that.
Did he?
Sean didn't know. All he knew, was that he had been too horny to care these past few days. Thoughts and memories running through his head of the night Daithi cured Dan's blood lust.
He stared at the ghost as he connected a few wires in Brian's arm. He had much smaller fingers than the cyborg, so he often helped when Brian couldn't, or if he needed the assistance.
Sean was supposed to watch. That way he could study and learn a bit so that he knew what to do to help Brian when Daithi wasn't around to do it himself.
Monster hunters had been around more lately, and the roommates were taking any precautions they could.
A click of Daithi's tongue brought the werewolf back to his senses, refocusing his eyes to watch the ghost.
Daithi was pretty, that was for sure.
The way he squinted when he concentrated, the way his top teeth peek out to bite his bottom lip. Even the way he tutted his tongue to himself when he was thinking.
Sean loved everything about his looks. Not only that, but Daithi was a nice guy. Sweet and caring.
That was a reason why he had wanted to spend his rut with Daithi. He trusted the ghost, and he rather have it with someone he knew and could depend on.
Of course, Sean has spent his time with other monsters or werewolves for his rut. Since it was a season for all of them. But it was never fun, nor satisfying, nor fulfilling.
The Heat Dome where all the werewolves went to sucked, he didn't want to spend some time with someone in some shady hotel room-like feel. Plus, he was pretty sure that some werewolves gave the place fleas and infested the whole place.
He did not want to deal with fleas.
Sean sighed, rubbing his eyes with his fingers as he felt about wave of warmth rush through his body. It made him sweat and cramp up. Teeth and claws growing more than necessarily needed.
Rut--as fun as it was-- was irritating. Once you bypass the amazing sex that lasted for hours, you needed to deal with the second wave to have more.
Then more, and more. Until you couldn't feel your legs anymore and until you felt so damn drained of semen that it felt as if your balls could fall off.
Sean hated rut. He hated that he had to deal with it. But other monsters had it worse than him. Zombies having their limbs fall off from time to time and mummies having sand fall out of their ass all the time.
He was a werewolf. He was considered lucky.
He groaned slightly, spreading his legs a bit to make the tightening in his pants less intense.
Sean considered himself big in size, something that he was usually proud about. But at times like this, he just wished he had a tiny choad. So that his bulge wasn't obvious, and so that the strain in his pants wouldn't hurt as much.
"Daithi." Sean growled out, not meaning to sound so harsh but his tone definitely caused the two to jump in slight surprise.
"Yeah?" The ghost replied, glancing at Sean in acknowledgement before looking back down to his work.
"Can I talk ta you?" He asked, bouncing his knee again as he focused his eyes on the way Daithi's fingers carefully entwined the exposed copper of Brian's wires.
"Yeah sure, whatcha need?" Daithi said, frowning as he looked down into Brian's exposed plates, leaning closer to see more clearly. It took everything of Sean to not just leap up from his chair and attack the ghost.
Not like it would do much, since he'd just fall right through him. But the thought still counted.
"Uh...alone, preferably." He reworded, glancing over to Brian.
Daithi finally looked up at that, looking confused, as well as Brian.
"Alone?" He asked, glancing at Brian before looking back to the werewolf, sitting up straight in his seat.
"Yeah...alone." Sean nodded, looking at Brian as if to say 'fuck off'. The cyborg clearly got the message, sighing loudly as he clicked the plates of his arms back into place.
"Uh, just help me later Dai. I need ta go help Kev with prowling right now anyways." He said, ruffling his friends head before moving to gather up a few of his tools.
He shot Sean a direct look, immediately catching his attention.
"Is this what I think this is?"
Sean could hear the cyborg's mind clearly, thankfully having the same mind reading thing as Dan.
Sean gave a curt nod, feeling his face heat up as Brian held in a laugh, smirking to his friend as he hurriedly left the room.
Well that's just embarrassing.
"So, what do ye wanna talk about?" Daithi asked, moving to sit on the bench next to Sean.
Brian's engineering room was usually filled with tools and spare mechanical parts. So there was no furniture other than two long benches on either side of his large work table.
"Uh, yeah..." Sean muttered, moving to sit up straight. He winced slightly as the movement caused a shift in his pants. He tried to seem casual as he sat on the edge of the bench, rubbing his clammy hands onto the thighs of his jeans.
"Remember when ye helped Dan wit' his blood thing about a week ago?" He started, trying to maintain eye contact as he watched the ghost flush at the reminder.
"Uh...y-yeah. I remember." He said, sounding more flustered than confused as he spoke the words.
It wasn't like the whole incident was a big deal or anything. Yeah, Daithi had sex with Dan. So what? It wasn't that interesting.
Or so everyone brushed it off that way.
It had been eating away at the others for days since it's happened, and Sean had been dealing with the his friends' thoughts as well as his own since then.
It had been increasingly harder to not stop Daithi sooner and bring up this conversation days before, but Sean had been too shy and embarrassed to ask for help.
He was never one to even need to, as he had werewomen on him all the time. Hence why he had no weremen friends except a few he had known since he was a pup.
"And i-i was wondering...y'know, since ye helped him, I was...psh, I dunno. I'm sorta in a rut right now and I, uh...I need help. It's okay if yer uncomfortable and ye don't wanna do it, but I could really use te hell with...touch." He explained, not wanting to beat around the bush nor splutter up on his words.
He wanted Daithi to know exactly what he wanted. That way, they'd be no misunderstandings, only clear conversation.
The other seemed to be shocked at his friend's words, lips parting in speechlessness and eyes widening.
Sean swallowed nervously, hating how right now all he wanted to do was kiss Daithi's pretty little face. This was a serious conversation they were having, and his thoughts were already screwing with his mind.
"T-touch?" Daithi asked, surprised.
Sean had asked him this same question five days ago, but Daithi had thought it was a joke. A tease jabbed at him because he had helped Dan.
But now just seeing the purse of Sean's lips and the twitch of his eye in discomfort, he knew the other was being serious.
Dead serious.
"Oh...well, I did help Dan." He mumbled, the words so quiet that the average human ear wouldn't even have been able to pick it up.
But Sean had good hearing. Great hearing, in fact.
He perked up, pupils seeming to dilate as he snapped his head to the other. He had subconsciously lowered his head when he asked for the favour a few seconds ago. Daithi's silence over it having made him ashamed of himself.
But looking up at him now, along with having heard his answer, Sean was sure as hell more confident than he ever has been.
He had heard what Daithi sounded like when him and the others caught him with Dan.
His gasps, his pleas, his whimpers.
Just looking at the flushed face of the ghost and reading the arousal swirling in his piercing green eyes had the memories he had been trying to repress, all come back to him in waves.
"God ye're a slut...fuck- sorry I dunno why I said t'at!" Sean quickly exclaimed, clamping a hand over his mouth as he apologetically looked up to the ghost.
Daithi laughed at that, not expecting such mood swings from the werewolf. Yeah Sean had always been a loose canon, but his rut seemed to make him more so.
"I-It's okay, I'm not offended. And if we're being honest, I'm pretty sure we all think I'm a slut by now. Myself included." He replied bashfully, waving his hands to brush the insult off like nothing.
Because to him, it was more of a compliment.
"Uh, right. Still, I dunno why t'at...came out of my mouth." Sean said, nervously scratching his nape as he averted his gaze.
"It's fine." Daithi smiled.
The two fell into a heavy moment of silence, the awkwardness of it all eating away at them.
Sex was a natural thing, they felt as if they shouldn't be getting all flustered and embarrassed over it.
But they were still close friends, and it felt strange. Odd in a way. Daithi had sex with Dan, and it was great yeah, but he was embarrassed around Dan from time to time.
He still felt embarrassed around Dan.
Not because he regretted his decisions or because he felt ashamed. But because his friend had seen him in such a lewd way that nobody else ever has. It almost felt domestic in a way that they seemed to live perfectly and normally with eachother after the incident, but with more...love?
He wasn't sure, but it felt as if Dan had been a lot sweeter to him these past few days. Sweeter than he already was.
"So uh, where do ye wanna...y'know?" Daithi asked, fidgeting with his hands as he looked back over to the other monster. Sean hummed, standing up and holding his hand out to the ghost.
"I have a place. Follow me." He said.
It wasn't like he had been planning this or anything...
Okay, he totally had. He'd been planning on asking Daithi this for three days now and he wanted it to be perfect. He didn't just wanna take him to some random room in their home and mercilessly rut him like Dan did.
He wanted to be able to remember their moment. For it to stick with him for a long time.
The ghost was confused by his friend's words, but took the hand offered to him and followed along.
He yelped as Sean yanked his hand and started to run for the door, pushing out of it and towards the front doors.
He was so excited and so impatient, that Daithi only felt right laughing as Sean pulled him through the entrance doors with him, already running down the leaf covered hill.
Daithi hummed a quiet tune the whole way Sean led him to his secret secluded spot. He just held his hand and floated along, not needing to do much to keep up.
Sean had been delaying this moment for days, so he already knew how and what he wanted.
Him and his werewolf buddies had this nice spot down in the forest. Away from civilization and other monsters. It was a quiet, chill spot that they liked to hangout at from time to time.
He was sure that since it was rut season, they would be off getting laid. So he was confident that he'd have the space alone just for him and Daithi.
It wasn't too long until the wolf had led them all the way to his spot, pulling Daithi through the large bushes that covered the entrance.
The ghost looked around, amazed by the scenes before him.
The clearing was filled with long soft grass, filled with exotic-like flowers and plants boarding the edges near the trees circling it. A pond was near the bushes of flowers, rocks surrounding the outer sides of it and the moon was highlighting the crystal blue water. Seeming to make it glow.
Tips of blue brushing the rocks and bushes where it would shine. Large mushrooms up to a foot tall were growing near and around the pond randomly, the nice red white and brown colors mixing well with the nature.
Daithi thought it was beautiful. He was speechless. But it didn't matter. Because before he could even speak, Sean was pulling him down towards the grass and tackling him to the ground.
He let out a small sound as his back met the ground, blinking up at the other in confusion until warm lips crashsed against his.
He hummed his surprise, lifting his hands to rest on Sean's cheeks. He closed his eyes, taking in the warmth of the werewolf.
Dan's kisses were warm. But Sean's were hot.
He felt sharp teeth nip at his lip gently, breath hitching in his throat.
Sean pulled back, panting lightly as he stared down at Daithi, both of their eyes glowing from lust.
"You're so pretty. So feckin' pretty." Sean mumbled, Daithi feeling his face heat up at the compliment.
He wasn't sure if it was ever this way with him--if he had a praise kink or not. Maybe even a degrading kink when he was with Dan. But regardless he liked to be called things or get compliments. It wasn't often that he even did, but sometimes the lads would throw in a comment of two, and he could always feel himself melt at it.
Even if it wasn't sexual.
"You're like a...a firefly." Sean said, running a hand down Daithi's throat. He shivered at the touch, lashes fluttering from the light graze of Sean's claws.
It was weird how he was called a firefly for the second time. Did he really glow that bright when he was flustered?
Daithi gasped when Sean suddenly gripped his throat. Not painfully tight, but tight enough to where Daithi could feel the strain in his breathing.
Sean mumbled words to himself that Daithi couldn't quite hear. Teeth baring every few seconds the longer he held the grip on his throat. He then growled, and yanked his hand away, snarling to himself.
Daithi wasn't sure what Sean was doing, or why he was acting do...hesitant.
He then squeaked when he was forced into yet another kiss, teeth immediately nipping at his mouth this time. He ran his hands up into Sean's hair as the latter's moved from gripping the grass, to sliding around Daithi's back and feeling up his spine.
Sean groaned as he felt the way Daithi arched his back into him. Thinking it'd look better than those pornstars on video.
Sean's kiss was fierce. Fast and greedy. Like Dan, his mouth was making animalistic noises and his hands were ruthless in feeling up Daithi's body.
Sean was clearly out of control, but he did his best to be gentle and not go full blown sex-crazed dog. Because he didn't want Daithi to feel like some dirty sex doll, or some random chick he picked up to dine and dash.
He wanted to make love to him rather than hookup.
Sean slid his tongue between Daithi's lips, enjoying the breathy moan and the tightening in his hair that he got.
He felt his hands down Daithi's spine, stopping at his hips and gripping the soft skin. He then moved them lower, palming the ghost's bottom before gripping that as well.
He loved the noises that were spilling out from Daithi's lips. Soft gasps of air and hums of pleasure.
He pulled away from his mouth, licking at the string of saliva that connected them. Daithi tilted his head up slightly, and Sean wasn't sure what to make of it.
He remembered Dan explaining one night what happened in his room with Daithi when the ghost was off in his flower field, just because Sean and the lads wanted to hear about the full thing.
He recalled Dan explaining that Daithi liked when he bit him, and that he practically begged for it.
Sean didn't have long fangs like Dan, but he did have pretty nice k-nines.
He leaned his head down, dragging his tongue across the ghost's pulse point. Daithi let out a shuddered breath as Sean trailed his tongue up to the crook of his neck, sucking a nice hickey before he sunk his teeth into the soft skin.
Daithi gasped loudly, bucking his hips up as Sean held his teeth in place, sucking the skin and tasting the blue blood. It wasn't coppery or bitter, but sweet and tasty.
If Sean were a vampire, he'd be all over Daithi. So he wasn't too surprised now when he remembered all the bites Dan had left on him.
"Sean..." Daithi moaned, causing the werewolf to shiver at the plea of his name. It sent a weird--but pleasant, vibration through his spine, tingling all throughout him until he could feel it at the tip of his tail.
When his ears and tail had popped out, he didn't know. But he didn't have time to think about that, when he has such a beautiful man underneath him in such a prone way.
It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. He didn't want to waste it.
Sean pulled up, earning a whine from the ghost. But it was quick to cut short when he was reaching for Daithi's clothes, tugging to pull them off.
Daithi allowed it. Raising his arms when Sean slid up his shirt and lifting his hips when he moved to yank down his jeans.
He blushed as Sean grabbed a hold of his hips, lifting him up roughly. Daithi let Sean manhandle him, gasping when he was pushed over one of the larger mushrooms and bent over.
He gripped the soft mushroom top tightly, whining when he felt Sean slid his briefs down his legs. Leaving him in full nude.
The werewolf took a quick second to look at Daithi's body, bright and beautiful, curvey and slim. His thighs were thick, as well as his ass. Connecting nice with his beautiful hips and his pretty little waist. To his sharp shoulder blades and his long feminine arms.
Sean loved everything about his body. And Dan had not been exaggerating when he said he was a work of art.
"You ready ta start baby?" Sean asked, running his hands gently up Daithi's back as he spoke. The ghost shivered, despite him being dead and there being no chill in the air.
"Y-yeah." He stuttered out, not mentioning that the pet name had made him a bit harder. But it wasn't like Sean didn't notice, so he didn't need to voice it.
Sean placed soft kisses on his spine, moving lower with each one. He'd scrape his teeth against skin every so often, and it had Daithi absolutely withering.
He sat behind the ghost on the floor, raising his hands and cradling his ass, taking the ghost by surprise and jolting at the feeling.
Sean squeezed the mounds softly, very much enjoying the soft feeling on his palms. They were like tits in a way.
They look fun and bounce when the owner jumps, but they feel so soft and delicate when you touch them. Feel them between you fingers and knead the flesh.
"I love yer ass." Sean growled, placing kisses across the perfect rump. Daithi didn't respond that time. Simply keeping his head down and gripping the mushroom underneath him when he felt more shivers racking up his spine.
Sean moved up, sitting on his knees as he moved one hand down to unbutton his jeans.
He knew he didn't need to prep Daithi, since the ghost didn't feel any pain. He would've liked to though, because he wanted to hear the other to beg for him. But Sean was too impatient, and knew he'd end up hurting someone if he didn't speed things up.
Because as slow and gentle as he wanted to go, he was still in pain from his rut. And if he didn't hurt someone, he'd hurt himself.
He pulled his cock out, spreading Daithi's cheeks and spitting a large ball of saliva on his entrance.
The ghost flinched at the feeling, memories of him and Dan coming back in a flash.
He remembered thinking to himself what the others could do to him. Since Dan was euphoric, he had always wanted to try and ask them. But he was shy, and didn't want to ask for sex for no good reason.
So this was nice. Being intimate with Sean.
He gasped when he felt the head breach his body, lashes fluttering as the shaft started to slide in little by little.
Sean had a nice girth on him. Thicker than Dan. Daithi could feel his insides quickly adjusting to the stretch, almost uncomfortable but very pleasant.
"Shit..." Sean growled, loving the tight clenches of Daithi's ass. They felt amazing.
He rested his hands on Daithi's hips, bottoming out until his knot nudged the ghost's entrance.
He sat like that, simply admiring the warmth and the fluttering. It was nothing like straight sex, and up until now, Sean had only been with women.
Of course, he was openly pansexual, but he's never been approached by a man so he gave up on trying. Women were easier to hook up with anyways.
"S-sean, ye can move. I...I can take it." Daithi whispered, resting his chin on the mushroom as he spread his legs slightly. Further allowing Sean to have his way with him.
The werewolf growled at the words, finding them too innocent for some god apparent reason.
"Ye sure?" He asked as he leaned over the other, wanting to make sure he had the ghost's full consent. Daithi giggled at that, reaching back and pulling Sean closer to place a kiss on his lips.
"'M sure." He smiled, giving the other one more kiss before he moved back, lifting his hips up for Sean.
The latter could do nothing but obligate, already too horny at this point to care about anything else.
He pulled out slowly, stopping at his tip before pushing back in. Daithi mewled at that, biting his lower lip as Sean repeated the action.
The pace was set slow, to savour the nice feeling to remember it.
He ran his hands up from Daithi's hips, resting up at his waist as he gently pulled him back in to his thrusting. Daithi gound back, moaning at the feeling of Sean's tip rubbing deeply into his prostate.
"God...I feel so much more sensitive now that we're going slow."
Sean wanted to laugh at Daithi's thought, almost purposely slowing down more to tease him. But he felt as if he went any slower, he'd die right then and there.
He leaned down to suck on the ghost's nape, growling at the keens he got in response. Daithi pushed back into him, trying to get Sean's cock as deep as he possibly could.
Sean loved it, digging his claws into the blue skin. He didn't want to pierce skin and draw more blood. Even if Daithi couldn't feel pain. Because he knew his inner Alpha would be upset at him for hurting a potential mate.
Sean hated his Alpha's thoughts. It shared a mind with him, so what it wanted, he'd want sooner or later.
Like now, all his Alpha could think of doing, was impregnate Daithi. But he was male, and his Alpha would surely be pissed later when he found out Daithi couldn't get pregnant.
But for now, Sean didn't care about that. He didn't care about anything, except the man underneath him. Moaning and withering with every thrust inside his delicate body.
Sean sucked one more hickey on Daithi's shoulder, leaving a trail of dark blue spots behind.
He then pulled back, sitting up to see if what Dan said was true or not. And sure enough, looking down at the ghost's lower back, he could see his own member thrusting in and out of the transparent, glowing skin.
"Fuck, that's hot." Sean groaned, tightening his grip on Daithi's hips as he sped up slightly, invested with the way the outline of Daithi's walls squeezed around him.
"Fuck, I can even see my precum...sexy." Sean shook his head in disbelief, earning a whimpery moan from the ghost at the words.
Sean was mesmerized, watching his dick go in and out of Daithi's body. When he pulled back, it stopped right at his tail bone. When he pushed back in, it ended up past Daithi's lower back.
His prostate would glow a bright blue each time Sean nailed it, and it was fun to watch Daithi's reactions each time he did so.
It was like a fun game to him.
Sean grabbed one of Daithi's thighs, pulling it up and grinding into the bundle of nerves harshly.
"Oh God, S-sean!" Daithi cried out, feeling like he was going crazy as Sean sped up even more.
He dug his nails into the mushroom, feeling the light green plant juice ooze past his fingers and down the sturdy stump.
He could feel himself loose control, his humanly figure morphing into something much more messy. More ghostly. Creepy.
Sean watched in arousal as Daithi came undone. Hair growing longer and messy, claws forming, and he could see the light of his eyes highlighting the leaves and rocks not too far in front of him.
He was now glowing so bright, that it illuminated the dark of the forest. Shining on all the flowers and plants of the opening. He made the forest look ten times prettier than Sean originally thought it looked.
It looked magical.
But the thing that really took Sean's attention, was Daithi's moans. He was so full with pleasure, that he was starting to sound off. His cries and whimpers sounded eerie and static-like. Like the times he made his voice sound more scary to ward off the monster hunters that sometimes wandered into their home.
Almost demonic.
But instead of scaring Sean, for some weird reason, they sounded cute and pretty to him. Like little weak sobs that could be mistaken as pain or sorrow. But Sean knew they were of pleasure, hence the desperate tightening around his cock.
They were on cloud-nine.
Sean grunted as he leaned back down onto Daithi, lifting his thigh higher as he started to hump more aggressively. He was close.
"Good boy, such a good boy. For me, only me." Sean growled, letting his Alpha take the driver's seat just for a second. He scraped his teeth over Daithi's shoulder, glancing over to get a good look on his face.
And he was not disappointed.
The ghost had an expression of love on his face, eyes literally glowing with white, heart shaped pupils and glowing pink around the edges--Sean didn't know that Daithi could do that, but now he did. And it was something he'd definitely hold over the rest of the lads' heads--, lips parted for loose moans and drool dripping down his chin. His tongue was nearly sticking out. Panting like a dog.
And Sean loved it.
His eyes were cloudy and unfocused, filled with wet tears that Sean wanted to kiss away. His face was layered over in a dark blue, and his tears would drip each time Daithi batted his lashes.
Daithi felt a familiar bubbling in his gut, his hips jolting as the feeling crept nearer and nearer. the overwhelming feeling of Sean's heavy breathing and growls in his right ear were lewd, and drove him mad. He could hear the disgusting noises of their bodies colliding at the bottom, liquid creeping down his thighs.
He wasn't sure if it was spit, Sean's precum--and hell there felt like a lot-- or possibly blood. But regardless of what the substance was, he enjoyed it. A warm wet feeling creeping out his hole and down his legs.
Daithi never considered himself a slut. No until Dan had called him one--which had been very unexpected--, but now he considered that he was one.
Because now that he was here with Sean, he imagened what Brian would be like. Or Kevin.
And those thoughts were easily washed away as they were to come, as Sean nailed his prostate repeatedly, seeming to hit harder each time, and he wasn't sure how.
But he loved it.
"Sean, i-i...I can't...angh!" He let out a wanton moan, tone laced with desire and need when Sean's claws broke skin, digging into his hips.
Sean was all Alpha at this point, trying to hear Daithi's words, but all he could hear was the gasps and cries leaving his mouth instead.
He was edging closer and closer, he could feel it tightening.
"Can I knot you?" Sean asked, voice so unfamiliar that Daithi had to take a second to register that it was the one inside him that was talking.
His tone had been deep and husky. So gravely that he had barely even made it out.
"Yes! Please, Sean! Fuck me, knot me, I don' care! Anythin' ye want!" He sobbed, words slurring as he rested his head onto the mushroom, smearing his tears across the red cushion of it.
Sean grinned at the words, hips pistoning and out of control from the sentence alone. He unhinged his jaws and pierced Daithi's skin once more, clamping his teeth around his throat tightly.
Daithi came at the feeling, semen spewing from his cock as Sean's teeth dug deeper. But before he could voice his pleasure, Sean shoved his growing knot inside and cut off all the air that was in Daithi's lungs.
Sean growled loudly as he came deep inside of the other, his knot still enlarging quickly. He panted as Daithi twitched underneath him, thighs quivering from the large intrusion.
Sean moved to ask if he was alright, but Daithi was losing his grip on the mushroom and he slipped.
He finally made a noise when the two fell, practically screaming when Sean's knot was forced deeper. The werewolf groaned at the feeling of the tight, wet heat enveloping his cock and knot, feeling at peace as his body slumped over.
But he didn't want to hurt the other, so he rested his forearms on the grass to hold his upper body up, not wanting to squish Daithi in to the floor.
Sean wanted to ask if the other was okay, but he decided against it when he saw the hearts still glowing in the other's eyes. Taking it as a good sign.
So the two lied in silence, panting heavily as they came down from this highs. Simply basking in the afterglow of sex.
And Sean wondered if he would be able to see his knot through Daithi's body. He definitely needed to check later.
He felt a chill run down his spine, wind starting to pick up a bit. And he was fully clothed besides his pants being pulled down, so he could only wonder what Daithi felt like.
Could he even feel the wind? Were ghosts even bothered by weather? Regardless, he still felt bad for just letting him lay in the cold.
Sean leaned over and reached a hand up to brush Daithi's bangs out of his eyes, having morphed back into his natural form.
The hound placed a soft kiss to the ghost's forehead, chuckling as the hearts seemed to brighten at the loving gesture.
"Thanks babe. Really appreciate it, Dai." He muttered, voice scratchy from all the growling he had been doing.
Daithi hummed back, shifting his hips a bit to get more comfortable on his knees. And Sean had to prevent himself from repeating what they just finished.
"Of course. Anytime Sean." Daithi replied, closing his eyes as he lay exhausted. Sean felt his tail wag at that, the words 'anytime' running through his head.
Did he mean that? We could fuck him anytime?
Sean rolled his eyes at the thoughts of his Alpha, brushing them away to focus on the other.
"Anytime?" He asked teasingly, nudging his nose against the mating mark he had left. Daithi shivered at the slight pressure, still sensitive there.
He never felt pain, but whenever he was wounded, he felt sensitive there. In a sort of arousing way, and he blamed it on Dan for making him a masochist.
"Well duh. Ye guys are my friends. If ya want sex, just ask. T'ats what friends do." He said jokingly, earning a laugh from the hound.
He sighed in content, peppering a few kisses on Daithi's cheek and lips.
"No but seriously, I really needed t'is. Thank you." Sean smiled, nuzzling into Daithi's cheek and neck like he did when in his wolf form.
And oh God, did Daithi wonder what sex would be like with Sean in his wolf form. All big and fluffy, hovering over him like he was some measly squeaky toy. Ready to be torn in half, manhandled, fucked stupid.
"You really are a slut. A bit freaky too." Sean laughed. Daithi blushed, realizing that Sean was reading his thoughts again.
"Outta my head, mutt." He said softly with no heat. Sean could only laugh, tail wagging at the thought that Daithi wanted more of him.
"Sean?"
The one named looked up, cursing as he saw his group of werewolf friends. He quickly lowered himself over Daithi, trying to cover as much of him as possible.
Partly because he didn't want to embarrass him and because he respected his privacy, but also because his Alpha was being possesive.
"What are ye guys doin' here? I thought ye'd be out getting laid our somethin'." Sean said, the irritation in his voice obvious.
Of course he wasn't mad at his friends. But he just didn't like the fact that they were ruining this perfect moment. Daithi had said 'anytime', but Sean still wanted to treasure it without people interrupting.
Now he knew what Dan felt like when they had all found him and Daithi.
"Well shit, we came to bitch about how we got no lays and here you are, having sex in our hangout spot." One of the wolves laughed, crossing his arms as he looked at Sean like he was proud of him.
Daithi looked up at them, trying to see Sean but it was hard from the position they were in.
Sean winced as he looked away from them in embarrassment, all anger leaving and being replaced.
"Oh...uh, these are my friends. Guys, this is Daithi. One of my roommates." Sean poorly introduced, just trying to change the subject.
"Hi." Daithi greeted softly, waving hesitantly as he looked up at the five hounds, trying his best to hide his obvious blush.
"You're banging your roommate dude?" One of the hound's asked, the others just smiling and waving back at Daithi all friendly-like. As if they hadn't caught the two doing the dirty.
"N-not necessarily..." Sean replied, averting his gaze as he felt his face flush even more.
God, this is embarrassing...
"Well get up so we can meet him properly, Sean!" One of the others said, laughing down at the one mentioned.
"Uh...we sorta can't move right now." Sean mumbled. He was sure they could pull apart faster if Daithi floated away from him, but he was still naked, and he'd still need to show himself if they were to do that.
So that option was off the table.
"Oh, you knotted? Lucky bastard." The hound said to Sean, growling lightly in jealousy. But he still had a small smile to show that he wasn't mad.
"T'ats one way ta put it." Sean rolled his eyes, not really thinking he was lucky if his friends showed up during the moment.
"So Daithi..." One of the other wolves started, using a tone that Sean knew all too well.
"You mind helping us out as well?" He asked, trying to seem seductive as he leaned against a tree, crossing his arms over his chest with a stupid smirk.
Sean growled loudly at that, barring his teeth as he hovered over Daithi. In a possesive stance as he glared over at his friend.
Daithi blushed at that, pursing his lips as he shrunk down. He could feel the vibration of Sean's growl on his back and it was nothing but arousing.
God, he was turning himself into a whore.
"Jeez, I was joking man!" The hound laughed, putting his hands up defensively. But Sean could clearly see the nervousness and regret through his eyes.
"No ye weren't!" He shot back, sounding more like an arguing child than an angry adult at this point.
"Okay you're right." The hound huffed, blushing a bright red as he looked away. Sean rolled his eyes again, growling under his breath.
He loved his friends but his they could be so stupid at times.
"Uh...Sean?" Daithi asked, bringing the hound back to his senses.
"Yeah?" He asked softly. It was evident that his tone had changed completely. Using a much softer tone and causing his friends to laugh and scoff in offense.
"Uhm, how long does t'is last fer?" He asked bashfully, unsure of how long he'd have to lay underneath Sean.
Not that he was complaining, but it was certainly as embarrassing as it was arousing. He didn't want to end up getting hard just after they finished.
"Just a minute baby. I'll be able to pull out soon. But uh, some damn privacy would definitely help." He said, directing his last words over to his friends with a sharp glare.
"Fine! We'll leave, gosh!" The first hound said playfully, pretending to be mad as he stormed away. The others laughed at his act, but followed along anyways after a few goodbyes.
"Sorry about t'at." Sean said once he couldn't hear the chattering of his friends anymore. Daithi giggled at that, feeling Sean's knot die down enough to try and pull out.
He lifted his hips, pulling forward to let the knot slip. He gasped as it popped out, panting lightly from the slight effort.
Sean grunted, flinching from the unexpected action. He then pulled back, his pupils dilating once more at the sight.
Cum was dripping from Daithi's entrance, begining to spill out and run down his thighs. Sean growled, shifting his eyes up to see his cum through Daithi's body. Resting inside his body.
"Fuck you're hot." He groaned, sliding his three fingers into the other. Daithi yelped at the feeling, not having expected it at all.
Sean swirled his fingers around, watching the way the cum spilled out past his fingers from Daithi's transparent body.
"This is just...this is just somethin'." Sean shook his head, pulling his fingers away and fanning them out. Strings of cum connecting to each finger.
"God...okay, let's go again." He said, aligning himself back up. His cravings were still there, begging to be fulfilled and to breed the ghost.
"Wait, what?" Daithi asked, only to be cut short when he was thrusted back into, body shaking at the feeling of his prostate being overstimulated.
It was going to be a long night.
***
"Took ye two long enough. Where were you?" Dan asked as the two monsters entered the workspace in the library.
"Why? Did somethin' come up?" Sean asked, pulling out a seat and sitting across from the other three. Daithi didn't follow in suit, simply floating in place as he crossed his arms.
"Yeah, a few monster hunters on our case. We made a plan ta ward t'em off. Daithi, sit. It's gonna be a while." Dan sighed, gathering his papers and setting them out on the table.
He didn't see any movement, looking up to see Daithi still hovering where he was. Having not listened.
"Daithi, sit down." Dan repeated, this time more firmly as he gestured to the chair. Brian and Kevin exchanged a look as Daithi still didn't listen, for some reason blushing as he hugged himself tighter.
"What's up wit' him?" Dan asked, looking to Sean for awnsers. The vampire had been dealing with the humans for a few days now, and it had been starting to piss him off.
And when Dan is pissed, he gets mean. So right now, he didn't have the patience for this.
"He...he can't sit right now." Sean just shrugged, shaking his head at Dan.
"Why?" Kevin asked, reading the clear annoyance on Dan's face.
"Uh, I...I kinda fucked 'em too hard. He's sore, and if he sits, he'll just get horny again." Sean explained, having found out Daithi's pain pleasure thing not too long ago.
The three looked up at Daithi for confirmation, only getting a curt nod as he averted his gaze.
"So shouldn't he sit down?" Brian smirked, only finding fun in this situation. Daithi covered his face with his hands, shaking his head as Sean could only growl in possession. Kevin was the only one laughing at the joke, where as Dan was just pissed that Sean had to go and fuck the main subject of his plan.
Because Daithi had a big part in it, and if he couldn't pull through because of what Sean did to him, then Dan swore he'd suck his blood dry.
"Ok, just stand then. We have more important things ta worry about." Dan sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration.
"Sorry baby." Daithi mumbled, letting the pet name slip without much thought.
The room went silent, Daithi blinking nonchalantly as he held his hands in front of himself. As if he didn't know what he had just said.
"Yeah...yeah, yer fine." Dan said, softer this time. Daithi smiled at that, accepting the words as a win.
"Anyways, back ta what I was saying." Dan blushed, averting his gaze as he shuffled through the papers.
Wow, Daithi could get used to that. He should use pet names more often.
And if Kevin and Brian needed help with some...things, he'd be there for them as well. Like he said before, it's what friends do.

Nogla's pov -
8:45. Just in time.
I glanced away from my phone, looking over to my table.
I had my warm cup of milk-tea, my study books all stacked neatly, my papers filed and ready to be filled out, and my pencils all sharpened perfectly.
I reached for my mug and took a long sip, before setting it back down and letting out a sigh of content.
Study week was nearly over, and there was a big test tomorrow. It took up most of our grades, and many people had been all over the place about it.
Once the test was done with, we'd all have no homework for a month, so lots of people were stoked about it.
There was the people that went out and partied tonight, and there was the people like me, who studied tonight.
The school year was halfway done, so the test was a reflection on what we've learned so far. The teachers all made a big deal about it, though many kids didn't really care.
But I did. I wanted to do the best I could.
It was a miracle how my parents even managed to move us all over to America just a year ago. I will say that this place was nice, but sometimes the quietness of Ireland was missed.
People didn't treat us like freaks, thankfully. Supposedly Americans got foreigners all the time. Me and my siblings did happen to get a few rude remarks, but the teasing didn't last for long
To be honest, I don't think anyone really cared.
But despite us already being in America, I wanted to be productive. With studies, school work, and even volunteering at some shelters, I wanted to do it all.
I know my parents didn't want me to spend my whole teenage years in my room studying or spend my whole days helping walk dogs from the pound. But it just felt like the right thing to do.
Hopefully, I could get a good scholarship and score a great career. To pay back my parents for dealing with all of us, that is.
Being in America was a big deal, and I didn't want to waste my time here. I wanted to do something useful.
I flinched, feeling the vibration from my phone shake the whole desk.
I grabbed it, quickly checking the caller ID.
Andrew. Figures.
Out of half of the kinds of kids that were waiting to do the test tomorrow, Andrew was on the partying half.
He had gone out not even thirty minutes ago. He was popular, so it wasn't a surprise that he was invited. In fact, all of my siblings were popular. Or at least known in school. Wether it be through mutual friends or through social media. Or because they were all unique in their own way and attracted attention easily.
But me? I wasn't so much like them. I was an introvert, so I didn't get out much let alone talk to many people.
I did make a few friends though. Irish friends, in fact. I had more trouble with English than my brothers and sisters, so I had to take a class.
I met Becca, who was Captain of the girls football- or, they call it soccer in America. Sean, who was in the boys soccer team. And Kevin and Dan, who were head of the student council. Though, I'm not sure how Kevin managed to keep his spot in there.
They were sort of popular as well. Which came to a surprise to me when they wanted to be friends. They were nice though, and I really liked them.
I sighed, another ring from my phone pulling me out of my thoughts. I tapped the accept call on my phone, raising it up to my ear.
"What's up Andrew. Ye get AIDS yet?" I asked teasingly, grabbing my mug and taking another sip.
Andrew scoffed in fake offense, laughing lightly.
"Oh feck ye. No, no AIDS...yet. But I do need an itty-bitty favor if ye're not busy Dai." He said. I laughed at the AIDS part, before realizing the soft tone of his voice and cutting myself off abruptly.
"What kind of favor?" I asked, suspicious. Andrew laughed into the phone nervously as I stood up, taking slow paces around the room as I sipped my tea.
"Well, a friend of mine needs a ride-"
"No." I cut him off.
"But Daithi!" He whined. The music blasting in the background was muffled, so he probably went off to a room or bathroom before calling me.
"Absolutely not Andrew, I don't even know t'em! They could kill me fer all I know." I said firmly, rolling my eyes as I waved my hand dramatically.
"Dude, I know t'em. T'ey wouldn't hurt'ta fly." He chuckled, and I swear I heard a female in the background.
"Are ye seriously shaggin' a girl while yer on te phone wit' me right now?" I asked in accusation, stopping at my desk to slam my mug back down.
"God no! It's just Katie. She drank too much an' now she's t'rowing up all in the toilet bowl." He excused. I made a noise of disgust, cringing at the thought.
"How is she already throwing up? Ye guys just got t'ere." I huffed, finally stopping my pacing to take a seat on my bed.
"I guess somebody spiked te alcohol wit' somethin', I dunno." Andrew said, and I could practically hear him shrugging like it wasn't a big deal.
Katie was a bit like me. She didn't get out much, but she still spent time with her friends every so often. Andrew had been taking her with him to more parties recently, and she was reluctant at first but she said she sorta enjoyed it. But she had only been to four parties so far.
"Lord forbid Andrew, if Katie comes back sick or some shiet, I'll hang ye myself." I scolded, pouting at the laugh he gave in response.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever mum. Anyways, can ye do it?" He asked, still waiting for a positive answer. I groaned in annoyance, plopping back into my bed.
"Why can't one of yer ot'er friends do it? Or better yet, how 'bout ye do it?" I asked, frowning in confusion.
Andrew had lots of friends. Lots and lots of friends. He surely had other people that would be willing to drive another friend of his to a party, right?
"Because everyone I know is here at te party. And they're all too drunk ta do jack-shit. Let alone drive." He explained. I nodded at that, agreeing completely.
I didn't like Andrew's friends, but I didn't hate them enough to let them drinks and drive.
"Well why can't ye do it?" I asked, shrugging to myself.
There was a long pause on his end, before I heard a soft chuckle from Katie.
"Daithi...ye were literally the one ta drop us off." Andrew then said. I blinked at the ceiling in relaxation, groaning as they both laughed at my stupidity.
Yeah I my be a study nerd, but I was still simple minded as shit.
"Fuck, ye're right." I said, only earning more laughs in return.
"So can ye do it?" Andrew asked again, making me huff in irritation.
"Andrew, 'm not pickin' up yer stupid friend. Fer te last fuckin' time, alright? I need ta study now." I stared firmly, and before I could hang up, he was already babbling.
"Wait- Daithi, please! I have no other option an' I already promised I'd find a ride fer 'em! He's a good guy, I swear just- just this once? Please? Pretty, pretty please with a cherry on top? I'll never ask ye again, I promise! Just do t'is fer me Dai, and I'll do yer feckin' chores for a week." He begged, now sounding desperate.
I thought that over for a few seconds, as the offer sounded tempting. I then sighed, giving up.
"Ugh, fine. But ye owe me yer dessert fer a week as well!" I huffed, hearing a loud sigh of relief on his end.
"Oh, thank ye! Thank ye Daithi, yer a lifesaver! I'll send ye te address in text." He shouted, Katie's laughing getting caught up before I heard her throwing up again and Andrew consoling her.
"Eugh- just, I'll call ye back when I get on the street." I said, gaging in disgust as I hung up and threw my phone down.
I stood up with a stretch, groaning as I moved over to my closet.
I wasn't gonna do much before I left. It wasn't like I knew this guy, and it wasn't like he was gonna remember me.
I yanked a thin jacket from off a random hanger, slipping it on. I was only wearing a tube top, knee highs, and a pair of jogging shorts. It was my usual sleep wear, and I didn't care to change out if it.
I pulled on my shoes, grabbing my phone and keys before I was heading out the room. I made sure to be quiet as I passed the hallway as well, seeing as Aindreas was in his room studying as well.
He was known mostly from his science class. Supposedly he had gotten grossed out when they were dissecting frogs and he had accidentally thrown it at the teacher. Regardless of the embarrassment he had, he got popular from it, but he was just as much of a bookworm as I was.
I hopped off the last step of the stairs, seeing my mum and dad sitting on the couch watching TV together.
The show they were watching was old, evident by the quality. My dad was leaning into the couch seat and my mum was leaning into his side.
I smiled at that.
No matter what happened, they always managed to love each other like they always did. I envied them for that. I knew I wouldn't ever be able to find love like they did. So tied up with studies and volunteer work- not to mention that I don't even know how to talk to strangers.
But hey, I won't find love but at least I'll probably get a good job.
"Hey, I'll be out fer a bit. Going ta see a friend real quick." I said, smiling as my parents turned to see me.
They both smiled back brightly, looking overjoyed.
"Sure thing! Take as long as ye need, love." My ma said, my dad nodding in agreement. I gave them a quick wave, before heading out the door.
I sighed as I shut it behind me, dropping the act as I walked over to my car.
I usually lied whenever I said I was going out. Of course I didn't do it often, but every once in a while it didn't hurt to.
They just always seemed so happy when it came to me and the words 'hangout' or 'friends'. I know they want me to be more social, but at this rate, it ain't happening.
"Damn Andrew and his damn popularity." I hissed, turning the ignition on and pulling out of the driveway.
I knew I couldn't just ask one of my other siblings. It was late, so some were studying, some were off at parties --Andrew and Katie-- and the rest were working late night shifts at their jobs.
Yeah we were already in America, but it was expensive here. And there was lots of mouths to feed, so we all did what we could to help out money-wise.
But God damnit, I just wished one of them were free tonight so that I didn't have to do this shit.
I mean, I could be in my room right now, drinking my delicious tea in my cozy seat, and memorizing all the answers that I needed for the test tomorrow. Of course, I already knew all the answers...
But it was better to be safe than sorry!
***
"Around the corner?" I asked, moving my hand to turn the block.
"Yeah, t'ats te house. Should be grey and white." Andrew said. And this time, the music was loud and clear, and it was harder to hear him.
He must've moved to the actual party when I called him back.
I scoffed, rolling my eyes as I parked in front of the house on the end of the block.
"T'is is America, Andrew. Every fuckin' house in t'is neighborhood is grey and white." I said in a monotone voice, getting a laugh.
"Shut'tup ya prick." I laughed along, shaking my head at him.
I was nervous to pick up this friend of his, yeah. But could you blame me? All his friends were narcissistic assholes that only care about sports and the president. Or the ones he's brought home anyways.
I was scared that this guy would be the same, but even if he was, I'm sure I could handle it. I knew how to stab a bitch if I needed to. And if this guy was daring enough to try and steal my car or some shit, I'll make sure to give him a nice black eye when sending him to Andrew.
"Ahh, yer fine Daithi. They're really open and easily accepting, so don't ye worry about t'em giving ya a hard time." Andrew then said.
I froze, griping the steering wheel and my phone tightly as he finished that sentence.
"Th-they?" I asked, voice cracking on the one word. Andrew was quiet as I looked up at the house, seeing the door open and five dudes step out.
Making their way to me.
"Andrew, ye said it was one guy?!" I whisper-shouted frantically, trying so hard to prevent myself from just slamming on the gas and getting the hell out of here.
"Anyways, thanks fer t'is again Daithi." Andrew laughed nervously.
"Andrew ye selfish cunt!"
"I really appreciate this Daithi, really."
"'M gonna gut ye like a pig!"
"Oh- it's breaking up! I can't hear ye! Anyways, bye now! Safe driving!" Andrew finished cowardly, hanging up.
"Andrew- Andrew, no! Andre-"
I quickly cut myself off as I heard the car doors open, stiffening in my seat when I heard the five guys laughing and talking to each other.
"So then I grabbed him by the head, and I bashed his face against my desk!" Jon exclaimed, scooting into the middle of the backseat.
"Haha! That's what he gets for being an asshole anyways." Tyler laughed.
Oh great. Andrew is friends with the most popular jocks in school...how wonderful.
"Ah, thanks for the ride by the way. Can't catch a break with any drunk bastard anymore." Evan said, not looking at me as he buckled in.
"Mhm." I hummed, coming out more high pitched than it needed to be.
I didn't make any eye contact as I pulled the car into drive, putting both my shaky hands back up to the wheel as I started down the road and back out of the neighborhood.
They were talking. A lot. I could hear myself breathing loudly, but they were loud enough to cover up my borderline fucking anxiety attack that I was having right now.
But as the seconds passed one, one minute became two. And two became three.
At this stage, I realized that they were too busy in their own conversations that they wouldn't acknowledge me. For the first time, I was thankful that I was invisible to any teen that looked my way.
I let out a small sigh of relief, settling into my seat as I drove on to the street.
Just focus on the road. All I had to do was focus on the road for a few more minutes and then I can me home and studying in no time.
***
Okay, I know I said 'in no time', but right now, the car ride seemed to drag on longer than I intended it to be.
For being nine at night, the road was severely packed, and the traffic was like none other. I was almost out of gas, so I definitely needed to take a quick detour to the gas station. And by now, the guys had ran out of things to talk about, so now we were just sitting in silence.
But that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was, was that they had ran out of things to talk about, so now they were actually paying attention to their surroundings and looking around the car and out the windows and shit.
And it was driving me crazy, because for the last three minutes, I had been physically feeling Evan's gaze burning into my soul from the passenger seat.
I swallowed nervously, looking up at the traffic light as I drummed my fingers on the wheel softly. Hoping to God they would change to green soon.
"Hey, what's your name?" He suddenly asked. I jumped slightly, hesitantly looking at him in question, flickering my eyes between him and the lights.
"Oh- sorry, it's just that your brother never told us." He quickly explained, probably having seen my horrific expression.
I suck at first impressions.
I bit my lip nervously, as I stared at the traffic light. Not seeming as if it was gonna change any time soon, and if it did, we still had a whole traffic jam to get through. I couldn't just ignore the guy.
Plus, he had been the only one to speak in over five minutes now, so the rest of their attention was most definitely on me right now.
"Uh...Daithi. Most people call me Nogla though." I said softly, trying not to come off as too obnoxious.
Because it happened before when Becca was greeting me for the first time. Fortunately for me though, she just mimicked my introduction and we laughed it off.
"Ha! You sound just like him!" Jon exclaimed suddenly, leaning over the middle console to look at me. I flinched at that, managing a nervous smile and nod as they all laughed. I could feel my face burn, feeling flustered.
Oh thank God. Green light.
I tried not to make my sigh of relief audible, lightly stepping on the gas as I slowly moved my way up the road towards the intersection.
And just as I thought we'd all fall into another awkward silence, one of them decided to speak again.
"How come Andrew can't drive and you can?" Marcel asked. It was a weird question. One that was so non-related. But I guess it could just be because he was curious.
I couldn't blame them much though. It was probably weird to be friends with the whole bunch of siblings that came from Ireland, only to be dropped off at a party by the youngest one that nobody even knew.
"Ah, he um...crashed on te first driver's test. He's okay at studyin' but he sucks at actually doin' the deed." I explained, earning a few laughs.
This was all very strange for me, yes, but it seemed like any normal conversation between people. So I guess it wasn't any different from having a quick, friendly chat with strangers.
Like the first time our neighbors decided to greet us.
"Oh shit, he would do t'at." Brian laughed, leaning forward next to Jon to peek over Evan's shoulder at the road.
We were back onto the main street, and the traffic was less intense than back at the stop light. But I still needed to find a gas station, and I'm not really familiar with these rich people streets, so this ride was gonna be long.
Fuck, Andrew really does owe me one.
"Have you ever crashed, Nogla?" Tyler asked, sounding genuinely curious and interested as he leaned forward. I could feel his breath on my neck from behind me, but I tried not to let it bother me.
Or tried not to let it show that it bothered me.
Not that I was grossed out or disgusted by it, but because damnit, these guys were hot and instead of a panic attack, I was having a gay panic and it was not helping me hide my flushed face.
I was probably all red by now. And from what? Just because they're talking to me?!
I must be down bad. Or boy crazy. Neither sounded preferable.
"U-uhm n-no. I uh...I aced it first try." I said quietly, feeling my hands begin to shake a bit again.
Stupid fuckin' stutter.
"Oh wow. No way?" Evan asked, smiling at me as he turned a bit. Trying to face me. I hummed my confirmation, nodding.
"Yeah. It was pretty easy. Never drove a car because we never really needed any in Ireland since everythin' was in walking distance. But it was fairly doable." I said, biting my lip in thought as I drove down the road before a sudden memory came back to me. Making me laugh.
"I- heh, I remember when Andrew first drove, he was in te wrong lane. So when the teacher told 'em ta switch, he did a whole U-turn in ta middle of the street and almost hit a biker. Overall moral of the story, don't let Andrew drive. He sucks ass." I snorted, immediately causing them to error in laughter.
Now that I think about it, these guys were just normal dudes. I've heard all kinds of stuff from other people in school about them. From them being part of a gang, to them having had sex with half the girls in our grade.
Obviously I'm not one to care or believe in rumors, but they still scared me whenever I saw them.
They were just so intimidating with their strong builds and thick bodies. In Ireland, most of the men and boys were either short and chubby, or scrawny and lanky like me.
American kids were more diverse in shape though, so it was definitely alerting when I saw my first body builder. Scared the shit out of me.
The only buff Irishman I've seen, was Connor McGregor. And even then, it was still breath taking.
"Oh man, he's so dumb- ah, no offense." Jon said, holding a hand up in. I scoffed at that.
"Nah, fuck t'at prick. Made me drop studyin' just ta come pick ye guys up." I said, getting a few chuckles or nods of agreement.
"Hey now that I think about it, you probably go to our school too right?" Marcel asked. I hummed, nodding as I turned the street.
"Yup." I said, popping the 'p'.
"Huh...well how come we've never seen ye around?" Brian asked, resting his head on the shoulder of Evan's seat.
"Not a surprise. I blend in pretty easily, unlike my siblings. Not much t'ere is t'at stands out with me." I replied, shrugging. I raised a brow as Evan scoffed, glancing at the others before looking back to me.
"Well I think you do." He said, crossing his arms. Jon hummed, nodding his head rapidly as he did so.
"Yeah, you're like, super pretty." He said, smiling at me. I stared at him in disbelief, before snorting and rolling my eyes. Looking back to the road.
"Yeah. If you say so." I said sarcastically. Jon sat up straight suddenly, no longer leaning his elbows on the middle console, and now looking directly at me. The sudden movement caused me to jump a bit.
"No, seriously! You're really pretty." He repeated, smile now looking completely sincere.
"I can confirm that, yes." Tyler said from behind me, eating from the chip bag he had brought along.
I glanced up at him through the rearview mirror, only to quickly look back at the road when I caught sight of his mischievous smirk.
Now I wasn't sure if they were messing with me. Or just toying with me to get a reaction. But regardless, it made me hella flustered and it was hard to hide my blush this time.
"O-ok...thanks." I mumbled, keeping my eyes straight forward as I continued down main. I then caught a 7-eleven from the corner of my eye, thanking all Gods there was for finally giving me a break.
Because if I didn't get away from these guys soon, they'd surely break my fluster-meter.
"Um, I gotta get some gas s-so 'm gonna stop here fer a sec." I muttered, turning into the gas station.
"Oh shit, good idea. I need to buy beers anyway." Tyler said, moving to unbuckle himself.
Great. God hates me.
I parked at one of the gas pumps, switching the gears. I left the car on, because I didn't this would take long anyways.
Me and Tyler got out, and as we walked side by side, the height difference really was... something.
I mean, I knew that I was a tall fucker. But next to Tyler, I just felt so small.
I shivered slightly, pulling my jacket sleeves up to cover my hands as we walked to the front doors.
"Cold?" He asked, reaching back to pull out his wallet.
No shit.
"Yeah. Wasn't expecting ta get out." I admitted, chuckling nervously. He snorted, his eyes flicking back up and down on me before he met my gaze again.
"I noticed." He smirked. I quickly averted my eyes, feeling my face burn again.
What are these guys doing to me?!
I smiled in thanks as he held the door open for me, and when we stepped inside, I had to fight the thought that he was maybe looking at my ass...
Not likely, but still possible.
I walked over to the cash register as Tyler wandered over to the fridges, looking for his beer.
"Uh, can I have thirty on number five?" I asked softly, gesturing over to the gas outside. The guy hummed, nodding as he took the bill I offered him. He looked to be around my age. Maybe a junior.
I watched as he typed into his computer thing, yelping when Tyler suddenly dropped the two eight-packs of beer on the counter.
"Jumpy much?" He teased, grinning down at me. I pouted up at him, sticking out my tongue as he laughed lightly.
"Would you like your receipt?" The cashier then asked. I perked up at that, nodding.
"Sure." I said, holding my hand out. The guy handed me the small piece of paper. But before I could take it, he grabbed my hand and stopped me. Keeping the receipt between our palms.
"In exchange, could I get your number?" He asked, a wide smile on his lips as he stared up at me. After all, he was was average height to me. So he was at least a few inches shorter.
I frowned, tilting my head at his words.
"What for?" I asked, watching the slight falter in his smile before it went right back to normal.
"To talk of course. You don't wanna talk with me?" The guy asked, sounding disappointed as he leaned closer. I backed up a bit, feeling my face blush as his hand tightened over my own.
"Hey, could you get to me? Or are you gonna stand here all night trying to bone somebody that clearly isn't into you?" Tyler suddenly asked, catching me off guard.
"Bone?" I asked in confusion as the guy let go of me. They both ignored me.
"Right...beer?" The worker asked, for some reason, having a glaring contest with Tyler as he reached for the alcohol.
"Yeah. Beer." Tyler responded coldly.
What the hell was going on?
"I'm gonna need to see your ID." The worker asked, holding his hand out. Tyler huffed, pulling his wallet back out and pulling out a card.
I was even more confused as I saw that his age was different on the card. But I guess it made sense if he was buying beer as a teen.
I just didn't think that a fake ID could look so real.
"Huh...21." the worker said, flicking his eyes between Tyler and the card before he rolled his eyes and handed it back.
"That'll be twelve bucks." He said, pulling out a bag for the beers. Tyler grinned at that, for some reason looking smug and cocky.
I had as to no clue what the hell was going on, but all I knew was that it was more awkward than the car ride. And I wanted to get out as fast as possible.
Soon enough, me and Tyler were heading back out to the car. I grabbed the gas pump as he opened the back door and handed the beers to Jon, hearing various sounds of satisfaction at the cold touch.
"Damn weirdo. You get people like that all the time?" Tyler asked, leaning against the post as I plugged the pump into the car.
"What d'ye mean?" I asked, looking up at him as I locked the pump in place.
"What do you mean what do I mean? I mean weirdos. Perverts." Tyler said, smiling at me in confusion. I just shook my head, showing him that I didn't understand him at all.
"What? What happened?" Marcel asked, scooting closer to the open door as he spoke.
"The cashier tried to flirt with Nogla." Tyler then said, completely catching me off guard.
"What? He wasn't flirting with me. Why would he flirt with me?" I asked in disbelief, laughing at the mere thought that someone would even look at me twice, let alone check me out.
"Well, you're a fairly attractive person. I'd think you get checked out quite a bit." Evan butted in, leaning out the window as he looked up at me. I laughed at that, shaking my head.
"I dunno why ye guys keep sayin' t'at. I'm not attractive whatsoever, so there is no reason someone would be checking me out. Let alone a guy my age. I mean, I get compliments from elders at the old home t'at I volunteer at, but other than t'at, I've never been called 'attractive'." I snorted, turning to the gas to pick which kind.
It was silent as I tapped the buttons, making sure all the numbers were right before I leaned back against the car.
Did I offend them by saying that? Did I make them uncomfortable?
"Daithi." Brian then said. I turned my head to look at him, having to peek over Jon's head to do so.
"You're hot. Okay? We've seen plenty of people here at school. Guys, girls, non-binarys, all of them. You're attractive, so just accept it." He said, tone stern and demanding.
Like that was the final answer and he would beat my ass if I denied it again. I just nodded, feeling my face burn yet again as I looked down to the floor.
I swear I could hear a few of them snickering under their breath. Wether it be from embarrassing me or making me nervous, I'm not sure.
I then flinched as a harsh wind blew past us, sending shivers down my back. I hissed quietly, bringing my arms up to hug myself.
"Want to borrow my hoodie?" Tyler asked, already moving to take it off.
"Oh- n-no, it's okay." I said, giving him a small smile as I waved it off. He huffed, rolling his eye at me.
"Just take it. You came to pick us up half naked anyways. You must be dying." He said, pulling it off his arms.
And though his jacket looked so big and so warm, and it was very tempting, I declined it.
"Tyler, I'm fine." I laughed, immediately realizing my mistake once he froze.
None of them had told me their names yet, so it must be weird why I suddenly just called him by name.
Tyler then blinked, letting out a soft laugh. And I swear to all that is holy, I swear I saw him blush a little.
Though, it could be from the cold as well.
"Look, as pretty as you are without much on, I'd rather you be warm than get hyperthermia and die." He said, walking over to me.
I wanted to disagree on the 'pretty' part, but I had a feeling one of them would just try and correct me, so I left it, and let Tyler pull his hoodie over me.
We were both tall, but the hoodie was way over my size and sagged on my already skinny ass body.
"Damn, I look like a potato." I mumbled, earning laughs from the guys.
"Weren't you already a potato?" Jon asked, grinning up at me. I scoffed, glaring at him unheatedly.
"You shut yer' bitch ass up." I said playfully, making them laugh even more.
"Anyways, we should get goin' now. My brother's probably waiting for me ta drop ye guys off." I said, pulling out the pump and placing it back into it's spot.
Tyler got into the car as I headed over to the driver side, quickly getting in as well and pulling the car out of the parking lot.
***
Soon after, it seemed the car ride went by a lot quicker.
And to be honest, a lot faster than I would have wanted.
The five of them seemed like pretty cool guys- despite what all the rumours had said about them. I wish we could hang out more, but I know that this is a one time thing. They probably wouldn't be caught dead hanging out around me near school.
"Okay, we're...here." I said, scoffing in disbelief as I looked up at the house.
I saw it when I dropped off Andrew and Katie, but I was too busy trying to get back home and study to really look at it.
It was huge. But in spite of that, there was kids piling in and out of the windows, doors, you name it. Lights were flashing, music was blasting, and I felt pity for any kid that stepped in radius of the weed smoke, because I couldn't even stand the stench from here.
"Jesus." I muttered, shaking my head as I unlocked the doors for them.
"What, don't like parties?" Evan asked, smiling teasingly as he opened the door. I laughed, nodding in response.
"Never been ta one, but it certainly looks horrific." I said, getting them to laugh one last time as they hopped out of the car, moving to stand in the sidewalk.
And now will probably be the last time I ever talk to them, so I took their laughs in like they were expensive.
"Well shit, thanks for the ride man. Really appreciate it." Jon said, sticking his hand through the window to ruffle my hair.
I felt my heart beat faster at the contact, but brushed it away, lightly swatting his hand away from my head with a giggle.
"No problem. Anytime guys." I smiled.
Sure. Anytime. As if this will ever happen again.
"Anyways, have a good time studyin' and all t'at shit. Hope you ace yer' test tomorrow." Brian said, reaching his hand through the window just as Jon did. And I expected him to ruffle my hair the same way as well, but he didn't.
Instead, he reached for my hand and held it up, leaning forward to place a kiss to my knuckles.
"We'll be seein' you around." He grinned, surely making fun of my red ass face right now. I held back my inner Gaylord, smiling back and letting his fingers linger with mine before he pulled away.
"Ye too. Make sure ta leave a good review on my Uber profile." I said playfully, making them laugh again.
Ugh, I could get used to that.
"One hundred percent. Five star dawg." Marcel replied back, causing me to laugh as he whipped out his phone and pretended to write a review.
"M'kay. Bye." I bit my lip, not wanting to leave so soon, but I knew they'd somehow convince me to go in and party with them if I stayed any longer.
And I was not dressed in party attire.
"Yeah...bye." Tyler mumbled, looking at me the same way I was looking up at them. It was silent as we all just...stared at each other.
I then cleared my throat, giving them a small smile and wave before I started my drive back home.
The car was strangely silent, and looking into the side mirror, I could see them standing on the sidewalk, staring at my car for a bit before eventually going inside.
God. I already miss them.
***
I sighed as I flopped back into my bed.
I didn't need to go back and pick up my brother and sister. They were staying at a friend's house. Which...kinda sucked.
I kind of wish I had to go back.
I whined in frustration, rolling onto my side and looking over at my desk. Where my abandoned study work was left. Half drunken mug of now-cold milk-tea, empty papers, untouched books, and undulled pencils.
Unused.
Eh, I know all the answers always.
I lazily pulled my phone from my pocket, looking at the time.
10:35.
I huffed, setting my phone back down as I snuggled into my pillows. I yawned, a strong scent of cinnamon and pine hitting me all at once. I frowned, looking down at the blue hoodie.
Oh shit.
I pulled the sleeves up to my fingers, staring at the size difference before I hesitantly brought them up to my nose and inhaled deeply.
Was it weird to be smelling Tyler's hoodie?
Yes.
Did I care?
No.
I shook my head, pulling the sleeves away as I yanked my blanket over me.
Sleep. Sleep is what I need to rid of all these wandering, intrusive thoughts.
***
I grunted, huffing to myself as I tried to get each curl right.
The early morning air smelt nice, the sky was clear and cloudless, and the fucking birds were chirping.
What a perfect Disney into. If only I was a fucking princess.
I was feeling a little giddy today.
The test was in a few hours from now, and- to be frank, I get all excited like before any test because I know that I know all the answers. But for some reason, I felt...extra happy today?
I dunno what it was.
There was a lingering optimistic thought that maybe it was because I was sure the guys would want to hang out today. But I knew it was just my brain having a big fat crush, so I chose to ignore it and think that maybe it was because it a beautiful day today.
I set my comb down, flicking a few curls in place before I grabbed my glasses and slipped them on. I hummed in satisfaction to myself, walking out of the bathroom and into my room.
I walked over to the dresser and checked myself in the mirror, making sure my outfit was perfect.
I had decided to wear something more feminine today. Black, high waisted skinny jeans and a grey, cropped long sleeve. I had on my favorite pair of earrings, and my prettiest rosary.
I never went out in feminine clothes much, because I usually got funny stares whenever I did. Of course being gay was accepted here, and there was lots of kids that were part of the pride community. But I always got uncomfortable with the sudden attention.
I usually wore whatever was the cleanest thing and matched the most. Not really caring. But today, I felt like being nice to myself and dressing up a little.
I grabbed my backpack, and was about to reach for my jacket when I saw Tyler's hoodie from the corner of my eye.
I stared at it, collecting my thoughts before grabbing it and slinging it over my shoulder.
Hey, if I see him, I'll give it back.
I jogged down the stairs, quickly making it out the door and into my car.
My siblings usually left early. Wether it be because of clubs or morning sports training. So they either took the school bus, their own cars, or the public bus.
I drove my way to school, slightly going over the limit.
I'm not sure what was up with me today. I just felt so excited for something. Like I need to be at school now. As if I'd miss something if I wasn't there in time.
I parked in my usual spot. In the corner of the lot and far away from all the other cars. I sighed as I took my keys out, gathering my things quickly before I was out the door and at the front of the school.
The cold air was numbing, and satisfying. Settling my jittery nerves a bit and slowing me down. I slowed my speed walk to a slow walk, taking in the fresh air.
I always liked cold mornings. Of course, American air would never be able to beat flowery Ireland air. But it had it's own perks that made it unique.
Like the soft scent of Starbucks coffee whenever one of the girls passed, or the warm maple syrupy smell when passing near the cafeteria or the teachers lunge.
They'd never top the smell of cut grass and floral delight, but they did their jobs well.
I hummed to myself happily as I made my way to my locker, taking my sweet time.
The inside of the school was much more my style in the mornings. It was always less packed and more open. Creating room to walk around and actually get somewhere.
I lifted my free hand up, running my fingertips along the cold locker doors. I felt a trail of chills run down my spine, the cold tingling my skin.
It's the little things in life that make it worth living, really.
"Hey, Daithi!"
I flinched, jumping out of my thoughts as I heard my name.
I glanced around quickly, looking for Sean or even Kevin. But instead, I saw Brian.
Waving at me.
Fuck.
I flickered my eyes around, seeing more people turn heads as the rest of the guys noticed me.
"Oh shit! Nogla! Come here!" Evan practically shouted, waving his arms like a mad-man signaling SOS on a deserted island.
I smiled nervously, hesitantly waving back as I made my way over.
I mean, I couldn't just say hi and ignore them afterwards. That would probably offend them.
They continued to call me over despite me already doing so, earning me the most attention I've had in my whole life. And it certainly didn't help that more people were coming into the halls. Seeing as how class started in ten minutes.
I felt my face burn as I looked up and saw them again.
Damnit- why do they always have to look so cute?!
"Hey! It's our pretty little Uber!" Jon exclaimed, quickly pulling me into a hug once I was close enough.
Well shit. Even more stares.
"H-hey." I greeted him back, giving him a half assed hug as his own arms were too tight around me.
"Good morning! Did you study well?" He asked when pulling back, fixing my glasses as I stood up straight again. I flushed at that.
"Uh, I actually feel asleep, ta be honest wit' ya." I admitted, chuckling nervously as I noticed a few stares coming my way.
Girls were glaring at me for some reason, and guy were looking at me with blank stares.
Did I do something weird? Did I somehow piss them off?
"Oh shit, did we drain you out? I'm so sorry, we can be a lot to handle all at once." Marcel said, sounding genuinely apologetic. I laughed at that, quickly shaking my head to pass down the assumption.
"No, no! Ye guys are great. I had fun riding with ye...wait, t'at came out wrong." I said, muttering the last part to myself.
Regardless though, they laughed at it. And I found that much better than getting looks of disgust.
"Yeah, it did." Evan laughed. I giggled, nodding in agreement.
"Oh! I meant ta give ye t'is when I saw ye. I forget ta return it last night." I said, sliding the hoodie from my arm and handing it to Tyler.
He stared at it for a few seconds before he looked down at my... stomach? And smiled.
"Hey, what did I say to you last night?" He asked, taking the hoodie and rolling it up. I raised a brow as he did so, watching him in confusion.
"Uh... t'at I was jumpy?" I asked, only making him laugh at me.
"Well, yes but no. I told you, that no matter how pretty you look with not much on, that I'd rather you warm than get hyperthermia and die." He said, almost repeating what he had said word for word.
I was even more confused as he held the hoodie up, and I could actually see his last name on the back.
How did I not notice that before?
I then made a small noise of surprise as he slipped the hoodie back over my head, letting it hang on my figure as he pulled back.
"There. Now your a potato." He smiled, repeating the joke we made last night.
I stared at him in surprise, feeling my face burn incredibly hot. Not even the cold could pass as an excuse I'm sure.
"O-oh." Was all I could say, looking down at the floor.
I couldn't take the hoodie off now. Tyler just put it on me. Not that I was complaining, I wouldn't want to take it off anyways. But it also had his name on it. People wound see. People wound talk. What would they say? They'd think I'm a stupid-
"Did anybody ever tell you that you're cute when you're all flustered?" Evan asked, leaning against the lockers.
I gaped at him, staring at him before I closed my mouth and lightly smacked him.
"Ye guys are mean." I pouted, crossing my arms as I looked at them all.
"How are we mean? We literally complimented ya so many times by now." Brian said, acting as if he didn't know what any of them had been doing.
"Ye guys know what I mean. I'm smart, but I'm not t'at smart. And now I get it, and it's making me feel all weird and flustered." I huffed, moving to walk away, but was suddenly pulled back into someone.
"Aww, c'mon. You love our style of flirting. You never know what's coming next." Marcel smirked, wrapping his arms around me.
"Which is what makes my anxiety spike!" I whined, trying to pry his arms apart but to no avril.
Stupid jock muscles.
"So you do love it, but you hate that you love it?" Jon asked, trying to sound all smart and smug.
"Yes- no. Yes? No- y'know what? Go flirt with someone prettier. I have a test ta take." I finally gave up, slipping out of Marcel's arms as I started to walk away again.
"What if we can't find anyone prettier?" Brian chuckled, walking behind me as I made my way down the hall. Refusing to meet any of the eyes on us.
"I'm sure you'll manage." I said, waving him off as he tried to grab my hand playfully.
"Oh we'll manage alright. Manage our future wedding." Tyler said. Looking as if he felt that was the smartest retort ever.
I groaned loudly as they all just laughed at my embarrassed misery.
Great. Now my crushes for some apparent reason, have a crush on me.
This will definitely not end well.

Third pov -
The forest was large. Tall trees, wide fields, many meadows and beautiful creaks and waterfalls.
Hybrids were a main part of nature, symbolizing peace and kindness, fertility and vitality, Innocence and submissiveness. Or in the bible, at least.
Full breed humans were long gone. Wether rid of old age, or all off in space like they've been trying for years.
All that was left in their wake, was the remaining lives of the hybrids that were long forgotten, long uncared for.
The animals had to take what the humans left them, and recover. Turning the vast majority of human waste, into something beautiful.
Old cities were turned into housing for the more picky hybrids, wooden houses were turned into spare wood for the bugs and beavers that has use of it, the clothing that was left was used as a bit of cover-up, and human food was turned into medicine.
If hybrids knew anything, it was medicine.
Back when humans still lived on earth, hybrids were used as slaves. Abiding by the rules by their owners. But not anymore. They now lived by their own rules. Their natural rules.
The rules of the wild.
However, lacking a president of some sort or government, meant nobody could be taken accountable for their actions.
Predators were nasty, the more greedy of them leaving bloodshed behind. While the prey strived to survive in a world without punishment.
That's when the rules of the wild became more stern. More serious.
Hybrids had to live as the generations of animals like them once had used. If you're prey, survive any way you can. If you were predator, mark you territory and make yourself heard.
It was like the game that was played before the cavemen showed up. It was 'Live your life to the fullest, but watch out, because it can end in an instant'.
The hybrids did a pretty good job at letting everything fall back into place. Being the free wild animals they once were centuries ago—only this time, they had hands and feet.
Zebra stuck in large crowds, bunnies had babies like no other, and birds swooped through the skies without a care to get shot.
After all, the humans took all their weapons anyway.
Hybrids had to teach themselves the way of the human, of course. They didn't want to be entirely wild. Books were still a thing, but many hybrid couldn't read. Science was still a thing so electricity worked...but those were only used for the cats and dogs that lived in the cities.
The more house pet kind of animals liked to stay a little bit classy at least.
Many animals struggled to live, and here in the forest, was one of them.
Pale hands reached through the crystal clear water, admiring the cleanliness. Humans had always ruined their oceans and rivers, so it was nice to see the toxic waste disintegrate and the waters clear up day by day.
The humans at least had the decency to add in a chemical that killed all plastics and plastics only from the ocean. It wasn't harmful to fish, and was doing wonders on the seas.
Though many rumoured that it was only because they would want to return back to earth in the future. Not anytime soon hopefully.
They'd just ruin it again.
Big ears twitched as a water droplet shot up and landed on a stand of dark fur, causing the owner to shake his head to rid of the ticklish feeling.
He raised his hands from the river, cupping the water close to his mouth as he took a few large gulps.
The hybrid was a fox, born in Ireland. Long ago, his pack was taken down by a murder—murder as in a group of crows. The birds had attacked their colony and they had split up for safety.
The fox hybrid never wanted to, but it was the only way to stay alive. If he hadn't listened to his mother's last words before she bolted for the woods, he might've been dead by now.
He sighed softly, staring down at his own reflection. His bright green eyes looked back up at him, looking all so lonely.
The fox—named Daithi after his grandfather—had traveled around the globe aimlessly, trying to find a permanent home. Yet he had to find one. He fled Ireland more than twenty years ago, and if he could read a damn single letter, he'd be able to read signs he saw on the highway and find out where he was damnit.
But alas, not every hybrid was graced with an ancestor that lived upon human once, and that could teach them the way of the scribbles they doodled on papers they called 'words'.
Daithi giggled at the thought, loving the idea of having some old grandfather fox that could have sat him on his lap as a child and teach him to read and write.
That would've been great...
The fox then flinched, his hair standing on end and his head snapping up as he hears the sounds of leaves shuffling.
It was the ending of winter, and underneath all the melted snow were dry twigs and crunchy autumn leaves.
It was obvious someone was near.
Daithi lowered slightly, shifting his eyes around his surroundings. The half-naked trees blew lightly from the soft breeze, the sun hitting down on the river and making the moss covered rocks look to glow. It was a clear sky, so he was glad he could see all the blind spots behind the trees, canceling any shadow and place to hide.
Yet, it scared him. Because once he saw a trio of black bears, he was all fight or flight.
Tall, muscular, bulky. Too strong for him. If they were grizzly, he'd have a better chance by playing dead. But with black bears, he would need to fight back. And... Daithi's more of a lover than a fighter.
"Well...looks like someone's in our spot boys." The first bear spoke, his voice scratchy and deep. Daithi shivered at the tone. Malicious, violent.
Evil.
"In our territory... Doesn't that call for death?" The second asked, crossing his thick arms over his chest as he glared the fox down. Their accents were American. Daithi knew he must be in the United States somewhere.
The third quickly cut the two off, waving at them.
"No, no, let's have a bit of fun. Been a while since we've tortured such a pretty little thing." He grinned, earning immediate agreement at the sinister plan.
Daithi growled softly, not liking where this was going.
He couldn't fight, but damnit he had to try. His shitty combat skills have gotten him this far, he can't give up on life now.
Even if he had nothing to live for...
He still had pride though. And he was not going to die by the hands by a few stupid bears that think the world is like their own circus.
"Fuck you." He snapped, slowly rising to his feet. One of the bears chuckled at that, taking great enjoyment at the way Daithi's claws shot out.
"With such tiny claws to defend? I think it's best if we do the fucking, babe." The first bear smirked, showing claws of his own.
Thick, sharp, long. Unlike Daithi's that were short and thin. He growled at himself softly.
I really need to stop worrying about manicuring my damn claws, he thought.
Daithi peered back up to the bears, shooting them one more glare before he was off, jumping across the rocks of the river gracefully and running into the forest.
He tried to keep a steady pace, breathing through his nose as he hears the excited roars and calls of the bear as they began to chase after him.
To them, this was just another wild goose chase. Like cat and mouse. They'd hunt Daithi down, rip him to shreds, and once they've had their fun, cook him up and serve him as diner.
'Daithi de diner' didn't sound very appetizing, in his mind.
He spared a glance over his shoulder, seeing the bears running to him as if this was a walk in the park. They weren't even sprinting.
But neither was he.
He dashed over the damp soil of the earth, turning a corner of a small rocky mountain and carefully jumping from fallen log to log.
The weather had gotten much better since the humans left, so a fresh winter storm had just ended. It had caused many large trees to fall, most of which were ranged from millions years of age.
Daithi smiled softly as he hears the curses from the bears, peeking over his shoulder to see them stumble on the logs like barrels.
The ground was still wet, and all underneath the logs was mud and sand. They had to be light on their feat and fast if they wanted to cross the log valley like the fox had.
Daithi finished the twenty feet of logs, landing on the solid ground softly. He chanced another peek back, only to grumble and stomp his foot in annoyance as he saw the bears start to pick up logs, throwing them aside like twigs and making their way to him. Fast.
And here all he wanted was some water. Now, he's going to get mauled by black bears.
He huffed, turning away and begining to run again. He heard them just make their way to solid ground as well, continuing to run his way away from the rocky paths and towards the open tree areas instead.
If he couldn't outrun them, he'd have to outsmart them. He was a fox, after all.
He panted lightly as he reached the trees, making sure to kick any small log of break down any lower branch to slow down the bears a little.
"Come here you mutt!" One of the bears shouted.
Wow, now that's just disrespectful.
Daithi pouted in offense, hating to be compared to those privileged k-nines that lived in the cities. They were almost as bad as humans.
Wolves and coyotes were cool, but dogs were not. They were too posh for his liking.
Daithi grunted as he jumped a bit, grabbing onto a low branch of a tree, and swinging himself up onto it. He landed with a soft puff of air, bending his knees and jumping forward.
He outstretched his arms, flying through the air and landing on another branch from a nearby tree.
Daithi ran through the trees as the bears ran on ground, hoping to keep the high ground if he couldn't outrun them.
His ears flickered, hearing more noises in the forest. But the trees were thickening, and the branches were fuller in this area. It was much harder to see his surroundings.
Also, the fact that he was getting chased by bears with the desire to demolish him, really distracted him from caring about what else was going on.
Daithi jumped to a far tree, yelping softly as he almost missed the branch. But he couldn't help but to snort when a shorter branch fell and smacked one of the bear in the face.
"You bitch!" He shouted. Daithi giggled, too busy laughing at the angry look on his face to notice the branch above his head.
He smacked into it with a choked gasp, the momentum causing him to fall from the tree. He winced as the sharp rocks in the ground pierced into his back, causing him to arch his body in pain.
But that was the least of his worries, when he felt a harsh yank on his tail and he was lifted from the ground.
He held in a sob at the pain of being held by such a thin limb that was more fur than flesh and bone. He swore if he was lifted any more, his tail would surely rip from his body.
"Now look who's laughing, you little shit!" The bear that got smacked growled, smacking Daithi across his face, claws out and everything.
The fox let out a sharp cry, but it wasn't the pain from his face. He felt it sure, but it was the pain from his tail. He could swear he felt it dislocate from the force of the smack.
He whimpered as the other bear grabbed him by his scratched face, squeezing his cheeks between his hand. The action caused more blood to leak from the three nicks in his cheek.
"Stupid dog, I was gonna kill you off easy. Now I want you to feel pain." He hissed, growling and barring his sharp teeth.
Daithi barked in pain as the other bear dropped him to the ground, at least glad that his tail bone was left alone.
He tried to get back on his knees, only for the third gear to kick his side and flip him onto his back. He wheezed as all the air was punched from his lungs, a stinging pain spreading over his ribs.
"Fuckin' mutt, you're gonna be begging for me to stop when I'm done with you." The first bear spoke, dropping to his knees between Daithi's legs and punching him square in the gut.
Daithi opened his mouth in a silent scream, feeling a coppery taste enter his mouth from the hit.
Yeah a few hits could cripple his strength to fight back just a little, but these were bears. Man eating, meat eating, fox eating bears. They were five times his strength. Hell, even a coyote would have a better chance at taking them on than he did.
Because he was just a measly fox.
"And I mean, begging." The bear spoke, his voice dropping to a deep gravely like sound. Daithi peered his watering eyes open, breathing sharply as he saw the bear reach his hands down to the soft material of rabbit hyde at Daithi's hips.
Great, this is how I die. Getting fucked by a couple of disgusting, creepy bears.
"You're gonna want me to kill you before we're done." He smirked wickedly, lowering his head down to Daithi's neck.
He gave a scream of pain as he felt those scarily sharp teeth latch into his shoulder, his whole body shaking in discomfort as the dark blood oozed down his pale skin.
"Mm, so sweet and tasty." The bear growled, running his tongue over the blood. Daithi cried, looking up at the sun to blind himself. That way, he couldn't see how he died.
At least he'll remember the pretty sun and the beautiful tall trees right before he was taken to death...
Yet death, never came. In fact, Daithi couldn't even remember why he was here. How long has he been here?
Right, the bears. But where were they?
Just a second ago, he swore he was just underneath one of them, about to get eaten alive. But now the bear was nowhere to be seen.
Daithi heard grunting and growling, blinking his eyes away from the sun.
As much as he wanted those things to be the last things he saw being going to heaven, his curiosity got the best of him, and he wanted to know what the hell was going on.
He tried to blink his vision back to normal, but the blurry spots from the sun blinded him momentarily and the tears of pain weren't making it better. He was sobbing weakly.
When did he start crying?
He felt his ears lower when a shadow casted over him- no, a silhouette blocking the sun and staring down at him. He gave a soft cry, wanting them to just go away and let him die in peace, but then another one popped up.
Then another, and he couldn't hear any more struggles or growls. Just quiet muttering, that sounded to fuzzy for him to head.
Had he hit his head that hard that he momentarily lost his hearing as well?
He started to panic as he felt arms wrap around his body, whimpering in fear as he was lifted from the ground. But thankfully, not by his tail this time.
He felt a solid, warm object pressed next to him, and he didn't know what was coming over him, but he pressed into it.
Wether it be because he was scared and needed the reassurance, if he didn't give a shit anymore, or because he was so touch starved that he'd give anything for at least a bit of physical contact. He didn't know, but what he did know, was that he was welcomed to the warmth, making small animalistic sounds of pain as the other stranger him tightly.
"Don't worry, you're safe now." Was the last words he heard, before all he saw was darkness.
_
Daithi blinked once, he blinked twice. And when he blinked the third time, he realized that he wasn't in his burrow and that he was in a world of pain.
He shot his eyes open quickly, looking around frantically but not moving a single muscle. He was facing a rock wall, that much was known. But where he was or how he got here, was a complete mystery.
He frowned in confusion, trying to stay as still as possible as if he was trying to play dead. Natural instincts I guess.
He thought back to what happened, easily doing so as foxes had great memory.
He remembers the river and the bears, the chase, the assault, and the...save he was given?
He remembered the silhouettes of the three that had helped him, but what were they?
Daithi flinched and let a squeak escape his lips as he heard a loud sneeze, bolting up and backing up into the wall he had been staring at.
"Woah there buddy, calm down." One of the men said. Daithi scanned the room as quick as possible, taking note of everything.
The four hybrids, the bookshelves filled with books lined against the rock walls, the man-made looking counters and shelves filled with what looked to be medicines. Then, the large open gap in the rock that looked to be the doorway.
If worst goes to worst, that has to be his getaway. There's no other option.
"Hey, calm down. Alright? You're okay. You're safe." He snapped his head over to the one who spoke, whimpering as he took a step closer.
He didn't know why he was summiting to surrender like a scared kitten. He could've growled at the man, but he knew better. He was hurt. He couldn't fight.
Even if he had to.
"Hey, it's okay. I know it's scary, just take a few deep breaths for me. Yeah?"
The man's voice was so soft and gentle, Daithi found himself following orders. For some odd reason, his body gave in, panting lightly and gradually slowing to a steady breathing as the man finally made it just a foot from him.
In punching distance...
"See? All better now. Just relax, nobody's gonna hurt you. I promise." The hybrid smiled, grabbing Daithi's hands gently and holding them in his own.
Daithi felt his heart do literal black flips, trying to remember the last time he'd been touched so tenderly
And though he was a fox with a memory of a healthy elephant...he couldn't remember a single time he's been handled so gently. So carefully.
So... lovingly.
"Hey uh, how about I get him more comfortable and you guys go get him something to eat from the stuff you got? We'll talk this all out later." The man said, turning to face the other three.
Daithi snapped his head in their direction, almost having forgotten about them.
The three exchanged glances before shrugging or humming and making their way out of the tiny cave, into what looked to be more tunnels.
Daithi looked back to the man holding his hands, taking in his hybrid features.
Fair sized brown pointed ears, deep brown eyes with pupils larger than average, white sharp claws, long slick tail, and sharp k-nines that showed when he smiled.
Wolf. He was a wolf hybrid. No wonder he submitted so easily, he must be an alpha.
"Hey um, you must be really scared. I'll just start from the beginning." He grinned nervously, taking a step away from Daithi and leaning against one of the counters.
In all honesty, Daithi sort of missed the hand holding.
"The three that just left were out hunting. Uh, they needed more fish but they saw the chase. They saw you getting hurt by 'The Three Little Bears' and decided to help. They're one of our usual neighbors. But most definitely not friendly." He joked with a light chuckle.
But Daithi didn't laugh. Too scared too.
The wolf noticed his silence, clearing his throat awkwardly before continuing.
"Uh, anyways. They saw you getting hurt pretty badly, so they stepped in. You got a few fractured ribs, nothing to worry about, they'll heal in a few weeks or so. Uh, you have a few dislocated bones in your tail, but I pushed those back in place. Other than a few cuts, scraped and bruises though, you're all good." He said, grinning like it was the greatest news ever.
Daithi hesitantly nodded, at least trying to be polite. After all, it's how his parents raised him. This guy obviously healed him, so the least he could do was acknowledge his help.
"By the way, my name's Brock. You're lucky the guys found you when they did, they don't usually do that. But I, uh...think they mistakened you for one of us." He then said, rubbing his chin as he looked Daithi up and down.
Daithi gulped at that, now understanding why they had even helped him at all. It it was any other species, they would've walked on by and didn't look back.
They thought he was a wolf. But this guy...this guy knew.
"You're not a wolf...are you." The wolf- Brock, said. Daithi messed with the vines on his hands nervously—human clothes were easily dirtied and ruined, he's rather make clothing from materials in the forest—, trying to find an awnser.
He could potentially lie. But he was scared. So incredibly scared. He's been attacked by bears yes, but he's delt with many before. He's never delt with a wolf, and he feared that Brock would do something to him if he lied.
"...n-no." He admitted quietly, keeping his eyes down and getting ready to accept his fate if Brock decided to kill him right then and there.
"Hmm, figured that much. Not a lot of wolves in our den have black fur. At least not without a bit of white, grey or brown highlights." Brock muttered, licking his teeth in thought. Daithi flicked his eyes away from the sharp fangs, not saying anything.
Brock noticed his silence.
"You scared?" He asked, his tone dropping from casual to something a little more comforting. Daithi looked up at him, seeing only sincere kindness in those eyes.
"A-a bit." He admitted, keeping his talking to a minimum, because he felt unwelcomed in wolf territory.
Like a goat in a lions den.
Wolves were known to be the most violent when it came to protecting their pack and their territory. But Daithi hadn't met one before, so he wasn't gonna act by the stereo type. Although...it was better to act safe, just in case.
"Don't be. Most of the guys here and some of the most unscariest people you'll ever meet." Brock said, smiling softly at the other.
Daithi couldn't help but let a giggle slip out at that, thinking back to the dramatic, overly obnoxious sneeze one of the other wolves had let out not too long ago.
Brock smiled, happy to see the other smiling a little. It looked much better than the crying, whimpering man the other's hand taken in a few hours ago.
"Yo, got the shit!" A loud voice came. Daithi immediately dropped his smile, pushing himself back into the corner. He wasn't scared because they were wolves or because there was more of them. But he was scared because they were taller than Brock and a bit more built.
And though they did save him, they had taken down three black bears. Three. There was even a bit of blood still on them from the attack.
Brock noticed the fox's change in attitude, holding a hand up to stop the other three from walking any closer.
"Just...here's fine. He's still a bit spooked, Jon." Brock said, confusing the other wolf. He thought for a few seconds, looking to Daithi before looking back at Brock.
"Alright, that's cool." He shrugged, handing the basket to the medic. Brock sighed, gesturing the three to sit down as he slowly walked back to Daithi.
"Try to eat the whole thing. You're skinnier than a few of our omegas." One of the other wolves—named Evan— said, gesturing to the basket Brock set on the bed as he looked to Daithi.
But the fox still didn't respond, keeping his eyes on the three as he subconsciously hugged his tail. Traumatized from it being tugged on so carelessly.
Not to mention, their pheromones were strong, and very intimidating to say the least.
"What's his deal?" The one named Tyler asked, raising a brow in Brock's direction as he sat himself on one of the logs in there that they used as chairs.
"Uh...he's not- he's not a wolf, guys." Brock broke the news, looking to his friends like they were stupid. Like they should've known he was a whole different species despite their similarities in looks.
"What? He's not?" Evan asked, looking to Brock in confusion.
"Nope." He confirmed, popping his 'p' as he looked down at them.
"Then what is he?" Jon asked, clearly not understanding since Daithi looked almost exactly like them.
"Fox." Brock simply replied, pursing his lips at them.
"There's...such thing as a black fox?" Tyler asked, narrowing his eyes at the medic in case he was getting this all wrong. But the other looked all too confident, nodding his head in certain.
"Mhm. Only seen in the UK and Ireland. But they're very rare. He's very rare." He explained, gesturing to Daithi.
The fox was too busy eyeing the basket of fish to notice the wolves looking at him, just now seeing his differences.
His coat of fur was entirely black, not a single strand of white, grey, or even brown like most black wolves had. The only non-black area, was the tip of his tail, that was a shiny looking silver. His ears were much bigger than any wolf's, his tail was fluffier and his claws were much too tiny.
And as wolves have sharp eyes, Daithi's were big and doe-like.
They stared for God knows how long, the small cave filled with a deafening silence. Brock was weirded out by his pack's unusual silence, taking the chance to break the awkwardness.
He pushed himself from the counter and pushed the basket of fish a little closer to Daithi, breaking the fox from his hungry gaze.
He flicked his eyes up to Brock, then back to the fish, repeating the action in askance. Brock gave him a swift nod, smiling in encouragement.
"Go ahead."
Daithi bit his lip in thought, his nose tingling at the smell of the raw fish.
He was hungry, and he was really weak. Plus, they demanded he eat, and he wasn't gonna disobey them.
He hesitated, reaching his hand out to grab one of the fish. He glanced at Brock, earning another smile and gesture for him to continue.
Daithi sniffed the fish, his mouth salivating. Damn, he was so hungry.
He let his tail drop from his lap as he took a tiny bite of the fish, relishing the way it's skin peeled from the body.
He whimpered in a moment of weakness, his tail wagging a bit as he realized this was salmon. And oh how he loved, salmon.
He took another bite, tasting the flavor of blood and pink fish melt on his tongue. His ears perked up from their position of laying flat against his head, quiet whines slipping from his mouth as he continued to eat like he was a starving man.
The wolves couldn't help but to smile, finding the fox all too adorable. I mean, if they hadn't saved him and turned a blind eye, this cuteness and innocence would all go to waste and he'd be dead right now.
Seeing as the fox was a little more lively, now that he was eating, Evan decided to get to know him a little.
"So little vixen, what's your name?" He asked, sounding more friendly than usual. Brock snapped his head in Evan's direction, knowing it was the same tone Evan used whenever he wanted to hook-up with one of the beta or delta. On rare occasions, an omega.
"Daithi." The fox said softly, still uncertain but a little more open. They did give him fish, what else could a fox like him ask for?
"David, cute name." Jon smirked flirtatiously, looking the fox up and down with lustful blue eyes.
"Jonathan..." Brock spoke warningly, giving a firm look at the other. Hell, he knew that this was gonna end up being a problem because the fox was cute, but fuck.
Crap...
"What? I'm just givin' a compliment, no need to go all alpha on me." Jon grinned, noticing the challenging look in Brock's eyes. It said 'I dare you, but I already warned you once and that was enough'.
"Hey- just curious. What's your subgender?" Tyler asked, not having taken a single look away from Daithi this whole time, completely out of curiosity.
"Tyler! You can't just ask people about that. We don't even know if foxes have their own dynamics." Brock exclaimed in disbelief, shooting him a glare with a shake of his head.
"What, I was just curious!" The other said in defense, doing the same gesture Brock did, only more dramatic to egg him on even more.
But before Brock could point it out, Evan was speaking again.
"I thought you research all about animals? Isn't that what doctors do?" He asked, gesturing to the shelves filled with books. Brock sighed at that, shaking his head in answer.
"Yeah, the animals that I treat. I'm a wolf, in a wolf pack. I research about wolves, not foxes." He explained, rolling his eyes in even more disbelief.
How stupid could one be?
"Oh, well, alright then. Let's just ask Daithi. Daithi, do you have dynamics?" Jon asked, using the same soft tone he heard Brock use in case he scared the poor fox.
Because as much as he wanted to flirt with him and make Daithi nervous, he didn't want to scare him out of his mind.
The fox jumped as he realized he was being spoken to, noticing the room when silent for him again.
"U-uh...yes." He replied, a bit uncomfortable with the new strangers. Even if they did save his life.
"Great! Now that that's settled, what are you?" Jon continued, smiling down at Daithi with that toothy grin.
It wasn't scary, so much as...different.
Brock groaned with a roll of his eyes, facepalming at the behavioral problems his friends had.
"Uh... I-I'm an omega." Daithi replied sheepishly, returning the fish back to his mouth. Because fuck did it taste good!
"Omega. Right, makes sense." Tyler nodded.
"Yeah, I sorta expected that." Evan agreed.
"Same. He's too small to be beta. Tall, but too slim." Jon butted in.
"Guys!" Brock exclaimed in disappointment, smacking the closest upside the head. Jon being the unlucky one.
Daithi just laughed at that, understanding completely by when Brock said 'unscariest'. Sure they looked big, buff and scary. But they were sweet so far.
He was actually starting to get used to them. But one thing they did know, was that they loved his laugh.
"Anyways, all genders aside, you won't be able to get back on your feet for at least a few months. You can try, but I'd rather you not. Those bears can hold a grudge." Brock said, changing the subject to much important matters.
"Great! You'll be stuck with us until then!" Evan exclaimed, already excited to let the rest of the alpha's meet their new little friend.
"I'm...not sure that's a good thing. Don't trust him Daithi." Brock muttered, earning more laughs from the fox as Evan gasped on offense and went on a rant about how he's top alpha and blah, blah, blah.
Brock could give two shits.
_
"It's fine, they're less chaotic than these three, trust me." Brock tried, gesturing to the three other alpha's that shot him looks of offense.
Daithi only whined, staring down towards the end of the tunnel as he fiddled with his tail. He was glad only the base was sore, because he fidgeted with the tip a lot.
"Would it make you feel better if I held your hand?" Evan offered, knowing it was hard to deal with the whole pack sometimes. Especially when they were all together.
And it couldn't be any easier for Daithi, seeing as he's a fox and not a wolf.
He nodded his head quickly, immediately taking the hand that was offered to him. Evan chuckled in adoration, giving Daithi's hand a reassuring squeeze as they began to walk towards the dining den.
It was lunchtime, and though Daithi already had one fish, he was beyond starving. Plus, it gave the guys an excuse to let the rest of the pack meet him.
The five hybrids walked towards the chattering voices slowly, Daithi's anxiety and fear spiking when he saw a few new faces in sight.
He whimpered quietly, grabbing onto Tyler's hand with his free one. The wolf was startled by the contact, glancing down. Though he usually hated being touched—especially by horny omegas— he didn't mind at all. Simply chuckling as Daithi squeezed his hand harder.
"Hey guys!" Evan called, earning immediately greetings and squeals of his name from a few female wolves.
"Uh, new addition to our pack. I'd like for you all to meet Daithi! He a fox. Cute, isn't he?" He asked, pulling Daithi forward and showing off their joined hands.
The cave went silent, wolves blinking up at the fox in confusion, surprise and awe.
Jon chuckled under his breath at that.
Not only was he a sight for sore eyes, but he's holding Evan's hand. The simps are definitely not gonna like that.
"Wow..." Marcel was the first to speak, looking at the fox in shock.
"Hey uh, nice to meet you. Name's Marcel." He said with a wide smile, standing up to shake the other's hand.
Daithi let go of Evan's hand, hesitantly reaching over to greet him properly. His grip was just as strong as the other four's, and he looked less intimidating than Jon, Evan and Tyler.
"Uh, hi. I'm Daithi- or, David in English. N-nice ta meet ye." He said shyly, for some reason feeling the warm welcoming with the- alpha? He surely smelt like one.
A loud bang on the table then scared Daithi, yelping as he jumped and clung to Tyler, shaking violently.
"Ha! Ye're Irish! My god, it's been so long since I've met another!" Another alpha jumped up from his seat, having had slammed his hands on the table.
"Brian!" Brock exclaimed, scoffing as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
"What?! I'm excited!" Brian said in defense, flopping back to his seat with a huff and pout as he crossed his arms like a child.
"Okay, but he just got attacked by three black bears. He's still jumpy, just- calm your yitties a bit." Brock sighed, rolling his eyes as Brian could only laugh at his choice of wording.
"Sorry Daithi, he's one of the louder ones." Jon pointed out, taming Daithi's fur down a bit.
"I-its'kay... it's okay, uh. Sorry Tyler." Daithi mumbled, gently pulling himself off of the other. Of course, he still held his hand though.
"Nah, it's cool." The alpha shrugged, earning immediate confusion from the betas and omegas.
Tyler was an alpha that hated contact. Especially physical, so it was strange for him to brush Daithi off so easily and unaggressively.
"Here uh, sit. I'll make you a plate." Brock sighed, gesturing for his friends to sit as he began to fill Daithi's plate with cooked fish and salad.
They all sat at the end of the table, and it confused the pack, because that side was only for alpha's.
Daithi didn't look like an alpha, so why were they letting him sit with them?
"Uh David, so this is Scotty, Lui, you already met Marcel, and Brian the idiot." Jon explained, taking a seat next to Tyler. Who was next to Nogla, still holding hands.
This was all very confusing for the pack.
"Oh, n-nice ta meet ye all." David smiled, waving with his free hand.
"Pleasures all ours." Lui grinned, taking Daithi's hand and placing a kiss to his knuckles. The fox flushed at the action, the tint on his pale face visible.
"Stop that." Brock huffed, smacking Lui's hand away.
"Ow!" He hissed, drawing back immediately. Brock rolled his eyes, setting Nogla's plate down in front of him.
He seriously loved his friends, but they can be a bit much.
"Thanks Brock." David thanked him for the food, swiping his tail underneath the alpha's chin in a sort of thankful, affection manner.
He froze at that, feeling his fangs unvoluntarily grow a bit longer. He pursed his lips shut, trying to hide them. But his friends already saw.
"No problem." He smiled, making sure not to use teeth. Brian smirked at the medic, the two holding eye contact as Brian wiggled his eyebrows, earning a glare in response.
"Mmm, ye have such a wonderful smell Daithi." He grinned, shifting his gaze to the fox. David looked up at that, a warm feeling seeping in to his heart hearing the accent.
It's been a while since he's left Ireland, he missed the familiarity of it all.
"T'anks. My pa used ta say I got it from me mum." He said, taking a bite of the delicious fish.
God, he loved fish.
"Interesting, so do-" Scotty began, only to get cut off by a random beta listening in on the conversation. Well, they were all eavesdropping, but were doing a pretty shitty job at hiding it.
"Wait, so if you come from Ireland and you're a fox, then where's your pack?" The woman asked, a bit of attitude in her tone. A few of the guys wanted to say something, but they just let it play through a bit.
They were also a bit curious.
"Uh...we were all separated when a murder-"
"A murder?!" Evan cut him off, spitting out his drink to exclaim in disbelief.
"Ah- no, no." Daithi said, giggling, as the other got it all wrong. And the little laugh was definitely enough to ease all their nerves, but not entirely.
"No, a murder. Crows. T'ey split us up. Somethin' ta do wit' territory or some shit. Honestly, too stupid fer me ta care 'bout it anymore." He shrugged, going back to eating his fish.
At that, a few of the alpha's glared over at the woman that spoke, a whine slipping from her lips as she lowered into her seat in guilt.
"Anyways, I ran away, and now I'm here. But at least I don' have ta have an arranged marriage wit' an alpha." David shrugged again, at this point not even scared.
In fact, he was quite comfortable here. The way Tyler rubbed his knuckles with his thumb really helped.
Which drew lots of attention, because Tyler? Tyler of all people? Being affectionate? It was practically unheard of.
Tyler knew the gazes were there, but he didn't feel angry or embarrassed like he thought he would. In fact, he felt calm. Maybe the warmth of David's hand just did that for him.
"Wait, so foxes have dynamics?" Scotty asked, leaning forward in interest. Brock groaned, shaking his head. Daithi nodded, humming as he chewed the rest of his bite and swallowed.
"Mhm! In fact, I'm an omega. Even crazier, I can get pregnant if I wanted ta." He giggled. Now it was Lui's turn to spit his water out.
"Yo-you can get pregnant?" He asked in disbelief, choking a bit on his words. David nodded, a bit confused.
"You're male omega can't get pregnant?" He asked.
"Uh, we don't have any male omega." Evan explained, gesturing over to the end of the table. Only to show, all women.
"Huh...strange." Daithi mumbled, flicking his tail in thought.
"Speaking of pregnancy, are you looking for pups? Because I can give, if y'know what I mean." One of the deltas from the middle of the table spoke up.
The alpha's all glared at him, not wanting to ruin Daithi's innocence. However, it didn't seemed like the fox understood the flirty joke anyways.
"How so? Ye can get pregnant too?" He asked, tilting his head adorably as he perked his ears and tail up.
Silence.
"...Hey Marcel, why don't you show Daithi around? He needs to learn the tunnels if he's gonna be staying here." Brock asked, the other alpha immediately getting the message behind the soft words.
"Sure man. C'mon David." Marcel perked up, walking around the table to help the fox to his feet, getting a yelp in surprise and giggles as he picked him up bridal style and ran down one of the many tunnel openings.
It was quiet for a few seconds, until Brock sighed and turned his head down the table to the rest of the pack.
"Listen. Delta, beta, omega- I don't care what you are. You hurt David, lay a single hand on him or so much as talk to him in a suggestive way...we will unrank you, and you'll be forced to leave the pack. Do I make myself clear?" He asked. Speaking softly and darkly.
The most threatening Brock had ever been, and it left the pack confused and fearful. Having no choice but to merely nod in understanding.
"Right...great." Brock sighed, sitting forward as he began to eat his food, the others doing the same.
But all that they knew, was that something was going on with their alpha's. And it was definitely because of that new fox they brought in.
_
Nogla fell right into the alpha pack, like he was meant to be there.
He got along so well with the other wolves, and him and the guys were the bestest of friends.
Hell, Nogla's new nickname was even given to him by Brian. Meaning 'friendly' in English.
Of course, the vixen was still a pretty thing, and the wolves liked to stare. Everything about him was amazing.
His smell, his laugh, his smile. They couldn't get enough, but they didn't dare to speak suggestively to him. After all, Brock swore never to hurt his pack, but he was a man that kept his word.
If they touched Nogla, they'd be in deep shit.
A few of the omegas were jealous of Daithi's role. Always hanging around with the alpha's without needing authority or permission. Even if he was a omega himself.
Nogla did happen to make a few real friends with a couple of omegas though. He called them his girlfriends, which the guys thought was super adorable.
It's been two months at best that Nogla's been with the guys. And they all trusted eachother with their lives.
So when March came around, Nogla trusted the guys enough to tell them about the season.
The fox mating season.
The first day he fell into his heat, the guys got concerned by the blood curdling fox screams they heard from his room.
Their worries washed when he told them the issue, but it still concerned them. Because he sounded like he was in pain.
"No, I already checked. It says it's normal for foxes to scream like their hurt. It means their ready for breeding." Brock confirmed for the third time that day, closing the book he found on foxes and set it down on the counter.
"Breed- are ye sure? Like, completely sure?" Brian asked, his ears flicking as another mewl came from the room right across the medbay.
The guys thought it would be best to put Nogla's room close to the infirmary. That way if he needed any checking, it would be right there for easy access.
"Yes, I'm sure Brian. I read it three times." Brock sighed, flinching when more strangled cries fled the room.
"Is it weird that I kinda think his screams are hot?" Jon asked, perking his ears up to hear the breathy pants better.
"Very." Tyler cringed, rolling his eyes as Jon wiggled his brows with a smirk.
"Then...what do we do? We can't just leave him alone, can we?" Scotty asked, gesturing to the room. It went quiet as the wolves looks to the wooden door, pondering over their options as they heard the noises increase in pitch.
"Well...we could... y'know." Lui suggested, thrusting his finger into his hand. Brian perked up at that.
"Yes! Great idea-"
"No." Brock interrupted. Sounds of disappointment were made from the wolves, looking to their fellow alpha in annoyance.
"Bro, why not? That's what he needs anyways." Tyler said, with a raise of his brow. Brock shook his head, lowering his ears in defense.
"Yeah, but we can't just force it on him. He gets a say in this too, and I don't want him giving himself up just because nature calls." He explained, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Just ask him then." Evan said. Brock frowned, looking at him in confusion.
"Ask him. If he really needs it, and wants it, then go ahead. If he doesn't feel comfortable with it, then leave it. Nothing bad can happen in this situation if you just ask." He explained. This, being the only reasonable option they had all day.
Brock grit his teeth softly, thinking what David would say. Would he be mad? Confused? Disgusted? How would he react to that?
"C'mon Brock, we all know you haven't gotten laid in over years. Just go ask the vixen already." Brian huffed. A bit irritated that he wasn't gonna be the one to ask, but also a bit thankful.
If Brock did this, he wouldn't be such a stuck up prude anymore, he would help Nogla rid of the pain, and he could get to hear the moans.
It's a win, win.
"Shut up Brian." Brock huffed, narrowing his eyes at the alpha.
"What? Ye know it's true. Maybe te wolves here are not to your liking, I don't care. But ye seem ta really like David, as the rest of us do, so why not help him when he's in a moment of need?" He went on, trying to get Brock to cave.
And it worked. Because Brian had this really strange way of getting under Brock's skin, teasing relentlessly until he got the outcome he wanted.
"Fine. But if he gets weirded out, I'm gonna tell him it was your idea." Brock sighed, pushing himself up from his chair and walking his way across the hall. The guys exchanged smirks, chuckling quietly as Brock allowed himself into the den.
He immediately made eye contact with Daithi, the two staring in silence besides Nogla's breathy gasps.
"Hey." Brock muttered, feeling his face heat up at the smell.
"Hi." Nogla returned, slowly moving to sit up.
"What's up?" He asked, tail flickering in discomfort. Brock opened his mouth to speak, but he found that he couldn't get anything out.
Especially not with the sight of the other.
He was sitting in the middle of the bed, knees pulled up to his chest as he squeezed his tail.
Nogla had his usual clothes on, but his skin was flushed and sweaty, his eyes looking glossier than usual and his fangs a tiny bit longer.
Brock always liked his fangs.
"U-uh...well, the guys thought it'd be a good idea if I...if I helped you with you heat? You know, like...uhm..." Brock couldn't add any more. But he was glad that the statement was clear enough for Nogla. His cheeks growing in color.
"O-oh..." He mumbled, his hands gripping the sheets tightly.
"It's cool if you don't want to, it was just an option, so you can totally decli-"
"Yes."
Brock blinked. Then he blinked again.
"Yes?" He asked.
"Y-yes... please?" Nogla asked, averting his gaze in embarrassment. He was a virgin, and had always gone through heats alone. He had been with his family long enough to know how to handle a heat, but it included being with a mate.
He never had a mate. Not when he was a child, not when he ran off and became an adult.
🔞
But...he had the wolves now. They weren't exactly his mates, but they were offering the companionship of one. He needed them.
He needed Brock.
"I...i-i need it." He whimpered, flattening his ears as he spread his legs a little. Brock shifted his eyes down to the action, taking a deep inhale as he peered into the makeshift skirt.
He could see the glisten of the slick and smell the heat ten times stronger.
Fuck.
"Are you...are you sure? We don't have to do this is you really don't want to." Brock collected himself, stepping forward and placing his hands on the fox's knees.
He wanted this maybe as much as Daithi wanted this, but he wanted to make sure he was given consent. He didn't want to hurt him, after all.
The fox pursed his lips, nodding shyly.
"I trust ye." He mumbled, sitting up a bit. He set his hands on Brock's shoulders, hesitating as he leaned closer. Brock glanced at his eyes, and his lips, switching between the two. He then leaned in closer as well, until they could hear eachothers heart beats and share eachothers air.
"Are you sure you can trust me, because I can't even trust myself." Brock muttered, sliding his hands down and squeezing the fox hybrids thighs softly. He shivered at the feeling, fluttering his lashes.
"I completely trust you with my body." He replied in a whisper.
That was enough for Brock, growling softly as he pressed his lips into Nogla's. The kiss was full of love and passion, emotions at a full blown hit as their hands held eachothers bodies.
Lips were moving slow and firm, tongues were mingling and soon, teeth were added into the mix as well.
Nogia moaned softly as Brock nibbled on his bottom lip, slipping his tongue back in and slurping up the noises that fled from the fox's mouth.
He gently pushed the other down, pinning him to the bed with his weight.
When they pulled back, gasps of air were heard along with heavy breathing. Brock took the chance to litter loves bites down Daithi's throat, grazing the smooth skin with his sharp k-nines.
Daithi keened at the feeling, digging his claws into the soft bed. His noises increased as Brock ripped away the green vines from his chest, moving to suck at the pink buds.
Hands wandered around a slim body, groping softly and lightly running sharp claws on the pale skin.
"Brock..." The shorter pleaded. The name was said so softly and desperately, that the wolf had to second guess if he had even heard it at all.
But he's glad that he did, because he's never heard his name be uttered so sweetly before.
Brock circled his tongue around the nipple one more time before he pulled back, eyes meeting forest green.
They held contact as his hands ran down to push the rabbit hyde away from Nogla's hips, untying the weave before pulling it off.
Brock inhaled deeply, eyes dilating at the sweet smell that violated his senses. Such a soft and beautiful smell.
Truly magnificent.
Daithi whined softly, letting out a weak bark as he tugged on Brock's sweats. Human clothing was usually hard to find, but the pack had gathered a few cases of them not too long ago.
But Nogla still preferred his own over them, so the wolves had let him wear what he wanted. Not that they minded watching him strut around practically half naked.
Brock pulled his sweats off, tossing them aside and crawling over the other. Nogia whined, his breath stuttering as he caught a glance of the member.
Long and thick all around, a large knot resting at the base. Definitely not what he expected from Brock.
"Brock hurry up...please, please, please-"
"Shh, I'll give it to you. Don't worry, Daithi." Brock chuckled lightly as he pressed his thumb to the others lips, resting his hand on his cheek.
Nogla whined even more, not caring to hide his embarrassing high pitched noises as he leaned into the touch, grabbing Brock's arm with both hands and nibbling on his thumb gently.
As if he was a teething pup.
Brock couldn't help but let out a deep growl, his face heating up as arousal flooded his body.
Foxes were very verbal and submissive during a heat, that much he found out from his books. But he didn't expect Daithi to be this submissive, and he didn't expect his inner alpha to love it so much.
He closed his eyes, trying to rid of the want to destroy the fox and gather his mind. He glanced down, moving his free hand to spread the other's thighs a bit more.
In any occasion, he would've made sure to properly prep and stretch his partner. But Nogla seemed like he was in pain, and there was enough slick gathered around his entrance to pool out and leak down his legs.
He moved his hand to Daithi's hips, keeping his other hand near the fox's mouth in case he needed something to bite on.
Slowly, he pressed the head of his prick to the damp heat, that alone enough to make him groan in lust.
He slowly started to pushed in, eyes shooting up and hips coming to a halt when David moaned loudly, his mouth pulling away from Brock's thumb to do so.
The wolf studied his face as he calmed down, eyes being drawn to the way his tiny fangs but his bottom lip. He didn't seem in pain, in fact, he read that foxes liked to scream during sex, even if it wasn't painful and even if they weren't going at it aggressively.
Foxes just made high pitched sounds that resembled between a cat and a dog whenever mating.
It was very interesting to say the least, but Brock felt more turned on right now than that at this point.
He took the time to push in a bit further, not stoping until his knot was pressing against Nogla's entrance softly.
"Gosh...you feel so good." Brock hissed, groaning as Nogla could only mewl in response. His sounds were very animalistic than human, and Brock found them all too adorable.
"B-brock, move. Start moving please...fuck ye're so big." Daithi gasped out. The last words were muttered more to himself than anything, but it was still sexy to hear the dirty words fall from his lips.
Brock could only nod, hanging his head as he slowly pulled out. He shifted his knees a bit, getting a better sitting position before he pushed back in.
The fox cried softly at that, lifting his shaky legs to wrap around Brock's waist. The latter enjoyed the closeness, leaning down to capture the other in a quick peck before he tucked his face in his neck, and started a steady pace.
It wasn't fast, but it wasn't slow either. It was just the right speed, Brock making sure to grind upwards and hit a certain spot he had found immediately.
Daithi squeaked when that area was hit, Brock's dick sliding across sensitive places in his body that he didn't even know existed. He saw white stars, letting his lips part when more sounds climbed up his throat.
He was a whimpering mess, barking and keening when Brock would push back in. His prick was girthy and spread him open just so. Feeling great when the round ends of his knot nudged his entrance.
Brock groaned deeply, Daithi's smell just downright amazing so up close. He thought his smell was overwhelming when he opened his legs, but right up next to his scent glands was something entirely different.
It was...perfect.
David squealed when Brock thrusted in a bit too sharply, nailing his prostate dead on. The jerk from his hips caused Brock to slid in deeper, the tip of his knot pressing against the hole harshly.
"F-fuck." Nogla choked out, nuzzling his tear soaked face into the wolf's shoulder. Brock could feel Nogla's tail shudder between their legs, flicking against the bed with every thrust.
Their breathing was extremely shaky and their noises only grew louder as the pace racked up. The wet sounds of slick pushing in and out of Nogla's body were sickening, but it only turned the two on even more.
"Hah- harder Brock. Shit-" Daithi's words were weak and hoarse, panting like speaking took too much energy. Brock obliged to his partners pleads, adding a bit more speed as he fucked him open.
Nogla couldn't speak, but he could moan. So he did just that, crying out and whining loudly when his insides were abused. The slick was pooling out and the gentle bites Brock was leaving on his throat weren't helping Nogla regain his self-control.
If this kept on any longer, he felt as if he'd surely combust with pleasure and desire.
The wolf hybrid brought himself up, taking his weight off of the other as he grabbed his hands and pinned them to the bed.
Daithi whimpered, wanting to keep running his hands over the other's backs and hide his face in his neck.
Brock intertwined their fingers, not breaking the speed of his thrusting once. Their eyes met and chills ran down their spine.
Something about holding a gaze while doing something so intimate, driving them both crazy with emotion.
"I.. I-I..."
Nogla couldn't get the words out, mouth left hanging open as his eyelids started to droop and his eyes began to cross. That along with the tightening of his body let Brock know that he was close.
He hushed the smaller softly, leaning down and pressing a soft kiss to his lips. Daithi melted into the kiss immediately, more tears of pleasure running down his cheeks as Brock continued his sharp thrusts.
The wolf let out a loud growl in to the kiss as he felt the burning sensation in his abdomen, causing the fox to make small noises of his own.
With a few more moans and snaps of Brock's hips, he was cumming deep inside of the other. He would have rathered pull out and not stick himself to Nogla, seeing as he didn't want to give in to his animal instinct to breed and hurt him. But the vixen's legs were tight around his waist, pulling him in deep for the last thrust and shoving Brock's large knot deep inside him.
The two let out their own sound at the feeling. Brock cursing loudly as David could only gasp, all the air whooshed out of his lungs.
The room was quiet for a few seconds, the only noise being the fox's sharp gasps and the wolf's heavy panting.
Then, their eyes met again. Their hands were already moving, bodies pulled flush against eachother and lips meeting once again.
"You okay?" Brock asked between pants once they pulled back. Nogla swallowed to wetten his dry throat, licking his lips to do the same.
"Perfect...just perfect Brock. Thank ye." He whispered, his voice too raw to make up anything else.
The taller froze as the fox nuzzled back into his neck, pressing a soft kiss to his pulse point.
That's when Brock realized, he really wanted to mark the other. He stared down as the other pulled away, licking his k-nines as he glanced between his neck.
The fox immediately understand the silent askance, tilting his head up to the side slightly and exposing his neck.
Brock rumbled out a short possesive growl, slowly leaning forward to pierce his teeth into the delicate, creamy skin.
The fox squeaked at the feeling, whimpering when Brock licked the blood away. He then flipped the two so that he was the one on his back, resting Nogla's head against his chest.
He wanted him to be comfortable after all while they waited for his knot to die down.
Brock smiled as the fox cuddled up into his chest, pulling the thick blankets over them. Large hands began to run through black curly hair, playing with the large ears that twitched at the feeling.
A soft purr started to emit from the smaller, and it took Brock a bit to realize it was him at all.
He had researched a bit since he had met Nogla, but he didn't know that foxes could purr.
As interesting as it was, Brock just found it all too adorable, pressing a soft kiss to Daithi's head as he dozed off.
_
The other wolves watched impatiently in excitement as Brock came out of the room an hour later, closing the door behind him softly.
When he turned around, he wasn't surprised to see the alpha's still hanging in the medical den, but he had hoped they walked off ages ago.
"Sooo-"
"Don't be weird." Brock cut Jon off, the latter whimpering like a dog when he was cut off.
"C'mon Brock, don't be such a prude. Tell us how it was!" Scotty tried, shaking the other's shoulder lightly.
Brock sighed, fed up with his friends. However, he couldn't find himself to be all that mad. He has gotten laid, and his body was still satisfied from it.
Hell, he didn't even feel annoyed at them like he usually did.
"Brooock, don't leave us hanging!" Lui groaned, noticing the few pink marks down the fellow alpha's bare back, but knew better than to draw attention to them.
"Stop asking questions, I'm sure his heat will act up soon and you'll get your turn." Brock sighed, moving to grab one of the smaller med kits.
Because though he marked Nogla once and drew blood, he did leave quite a few other marks that seemed a bit painful.
"Wait, you did research on foxes right?" Evan asked, suddenly looking determined about something.
"Yeah, just recently though." Brock replied, narrowing his eyes in suspicion.
"So how long does a fox heat last?" He asked, curious. Brock hummed, thinking a bit before he remembered.
"Three days, if I remember correctly." He said, scratching his head in thought.
"Yes! T'ats enough time fer me ta have more than three rounds with 'em!" Brian exclaimed, throwing his hands up in the air.
Brock sighed, shaking his head in disappointment.
"Poor David." He muttered.
"Oh, that poor little vixen indeed." Jon agreed, but using a more lustful tone then sympathetic like Brock has used.
Brock could only roll his eyes and sigh again. While the guys, just continued to celebrate. Like the couple of horny dogs they were.

Attractiveness.
What exactly was attractiveness? In the eyes of many, what was determined as attractive?
Well, grammer and colleagues have identified eight 'pillars' of beauty. Youthfulness, symmetry, averageness, sex-hormone markers, body odor, motion, skin complexion and hair texture.
And according to study, facial features. Facial features and facial symmetry are the most important determinants of physical attractiveness.
By science, attractiveness was determined by all kinds of factors.
But in this case... Team 6 didn't give a shit. Why? Because they knew they were attractive.
They weren't entirely symmetrical, they weren't very average, their clothing wasn't basic, their motion and skin complexion were completely unique and they knew that.
But they were very attractive.
They didn't only know this because they were confident enough to decide so, but also because society decided that as well.
Wherever they went, there was girls left and right checking them out, looking back at them twice and swooning over them. Even if most of these people didn't even know that they were influencers.
They had their own kinds of unique features that made them physically attractive.
Evan, was a buff Asian Canadian. His features were just simply too breath taking to question twice about his attractiveness. His hair was chin length and wavy, and his smile was bright enough to make someone fall head over heels instantly.
Brian, was short, yes. But what he lacked in height, he gave in his attitude. His cocky demeanor and flirty personality was beyond something to fluster about. Not to mention his sharp lustful eyes and his sociable chatter.
Marcel, was smart and kind. A lot gentler than the rest of the six. He could make anyone laugh with a simple dad joke, and somehow pull it off without a quirk. His cheeky comments may come of as rude sometimes, but who could be mad at someone with such an innocent grin?
Tyler was the scary one. Sure scary as in intimidating, but also scary as in scary hot. He was insensitive, yes. And he was so very inconsiderate and selfish at even more times. But it was his stern, firm and dominant look that really got the women going.
Jon, was alternative. Many never found the alt type to be very...immature or 'not in the right time'. But regardless, his dark style and obnoxious behavior said otherwise. Catching attention of anyone who liked the fashion. In other words, vampire lovers. Especially the stans of Twilight loved him. He just screamed Edward Cullen.
These five were very used to the attention they got. And in fact, they loved it. They loved it more than when they got their first million on YouTube.
They've delt with the gazes for years. Even before they met eachother, they received glances here and there.
But now together, they got eyes on them like the were top famous celebrities now. They liked it.
However, they've gotten these eyes for a very long time. At this stage, they didn't really care for them. Of course, they still flirted with anyone who looked their way. Not because they liked to play with the feelings of these women, but because it was fun to watch them stutter and stumble over their own words.
Even when they weren't flirting, girls still swooned and fought over them. Though, the guys never were really looking for any relationship.
The prying eyes they got were fun to mess with, and they liked to play around every once in a while. Wether that be a hookup or just to see the reactions.
Today was no less. The men had gathered around in a small diner. It wasn't one of their usual spots, because they wanted to try someplace new today.
However, something wasn't right. Something was off. Out of...place.
The guys got stares yes. It was a routine at this point for them to receive eyes wherever they went, but this time, they weren't the only ones.
Nogla, their sixth member, received looks as well.
To be honest, they never seemed to care if each other got looks, because they were sorta self centered and only payed mind to the looks they themselves got.
However not a day in their life of knowing eachother, have they ever seen any ladies look at Nogla the way they looked at the guys.
If anything, he wasn't very popular with girls. He was openly gay, so there was that. But that's not what was throwing them off today.
What was throwing them off, was that he was receiving stares just like them.
But they weren't women. They were men.
None of the guys have ever registered wether or not Nogla would attract attention. Simply because, he wasn't straight, and most people on their city, seemed straight.
But according to all the male eyes in his direction, they were wrong.
If they looked towards the bar, men who were drinking their morning coffee were facing towards him shamelessly, while a few remained somewhat discreet. If they looked towards the booths, different friend groups which consisted of mostly male, were looking his way. If they looked just over to the double date that was going on with two couples near the front doors, both boyfriends seemed to be flickering their eyes over to him. All while still holding their girlfriends' hands.
And Nogla, was all oblivious to this. He had his headphones on as per usual, never really caring to pay attention to whatever the guys had to say. All they did talk about during breakfast was how crappy the new video games have been recently. And Nogla's heard all about it.
Now, he was scrolling on his phone looking through Twitter, laughing every once in a while at a funny video or tweet as he ate his pancakes. Which had a lot more syrup than necessary, and only increased the staring from the way it dripped down his lips.
"I'm not the only one seeing this shit, right?" Jon asked, being the first one to break the long silence that had been going on.
"I thought it was just me." Brian admitted, Tyler snorting in surprise and agreement as he continued to sip on his coffee.
"I'm starting to think it was a bad idea to wander on this side of town now." Evan muttered, having been the one to suggest they drift a bit from their usual hangouts.
"Ya think?" Marcel asked sarcastically, rolling his eyes at the obviousness.
"Hey, in my defense, I didn't think there was gonna be a ton of gay perverts, alright?" Evan retorted, waving his hand at Marcel as if waving off the situation.
"So what do we do then?" Tyler asked, glancing around at the guys.
Now what were they supposed to do?
The staring was a common thing for them, and up until now they didn't think it was a problem.
Of course, women were sometimes pushy or a bit too flirty for their liking, but they never did anything about it.
The thing was though, none of these men were doing anything like that. All they were doing was staring. It was uncomfortable, yes, but they weren't doing anything bad to Nogla.
But that was the weird part. The guys didn't like it.
Whenever they got stares, or saw eachother getting stared at, they felt nice. Like they were the center of attention, and they liked it.
But here, they didn't like Nogla being the center of attention. Wether it be because he was an introvert and didn't like socializing all that much, or if it was because they were in an unfamiliar area.
They couldn't tell. But what they did know, was that they didn't want people staring at their friend like that. Especially if he didn't know about it.
"Hey uh, we should probably leave. I heard they have a nice ice cream shop not too far from here." Evan perked up, choosing not to awnser Tyler's question aloud, because the people staring, were probably listening too.
"Right. Sounds good." Tyler agreed, not mentioning that it was a bit too early in the morning for an ice cream and just rolling with it.
"Yo, Nogla. Wanna go get some ice cream?" Marcel asked when pulling off the taller's bulky headphones. Nogla straightened up at the words 'ice cream', despite having just eaten a whole family sized pancake doused in sugary syrup.
"Oh ice cream? Sure!" He said excitedly, downing his coffee before he was gathering his stuff just like the others were.
"Uh, waiter! We're done over here." Brian called, pulling out his wallet as the waiter came over at the call.
"Oh, did you all enjoy your food?" He asked in a formal, kind tone. Clasping his hands together as if he didn't know what to do with them.
"It was amazing. Best syrup I've ever tasted." Nogla smiled, deciding that he'd pay the full tip instead of the guys just splitting it.
Well that explained the soaked pancakes.
"Oh was it now? We do make our stuff homemade. Been using the same recipe for decades." The waiter smiled back, dropping his formal act and talking to Nogla in a more casual tone. In fact, his polite posture seemed to drop as well and be replaced by a more comfortable look.
"Really? Family business?" Nogla asked in curiosity, pulling the thirty out of his wallet. It was no surprise Nogla was more talkative with the waiter than usual. Sugar did that to him, and it made him a chatter box.
Still though, the guys were suspicious of the way the waiter kept taking an inch closer to him every few seconds.
"Yup. My great, great grandmother gathered it together and shared it with us for years. It was the only thing that would satisfy my stomach each morning." He grinned, happily taking the money from Nogla. But the guys didn't miss the brush of his fingers tracing over Nogla's wrist and palm.
"Aww, that's lovely and all, but we should really get goin' now." Brian said, smiling at the guy politely as he gently pushed Nogla away from him, separating the two.
"Shame. Come back whenever you feel like tasting our homemade syrup." The waiter said, giving Nogla a wink as the guys hurried to the door, trying their best to not glare at the others watching them.
"Oh, I will!" Nogla waved at him cheerfully, not getting the hookup offer behind the statement at all.
"Well he was nice." Nogla said, sliding his headphones to rest on his shoulders as him and the guys walked down the semi-crowded paths of the mall.
"Yeah. A bit too nice." Jon mumbled, now glaring at any woman and man that looked their way. All of a sudden, he didn't really appreciate the stares he and the guys were getting.
"Anyways, about that ice cream shop?" Nogla asked, grinning down at Marcel who had been the one to offer Nogla. Evan laughed at that, reaching up to ruffle Nogla's fluffy hair.
"You're literally a sugar addict." He commented, earning a scoff in offense.
"No 'm not!" He defended himself, shifting his bag in his hands.
The guys never carried around anything else of a wallet and their phones. But Nogla liked to carry around a purse. Of course, he'd never call it a purse. But he used it for when the guys didn't have anything to put what they got whenever they shopped, so he was always there to carry stuff for them.
Plus, he liked the way it looked and it was good for when he didn't know what to do with his hands. He could just grab onto the strap or mess with the zipper when he was nervous.
"Yes, you are. You literally drank the rest of our Starbucks coffees before we got here." Tyler chuckled. Nogla pouted at that, sending an unheated glare in his taller friend's direction.
"T'ats because Jon paid fer it and I didn't want ta waste his money." He retorted.
"Which, I appreciate." Jon smiled, earning an immediate smile from Nogla.
"See? At least someone agrees wit' me." He huffed in victory, earning laughs and various eye rolls from his friends.
_
The walk to the ice cream shop was short. It was only a few shops down from the diner, and it was pretty easy to spot. A giant ice cream cone being the dead giveaway.
"Who's paying?" Brian asked, already knowing he didn't have to pay since he already paid for breakfast besides Nogla giving the tip.
"Evan. This was his idea." Marcel pointed out, earning a soft curse from the other.
"Fine, fine, what do ya guys want?" Evan sighed, leading the group up to the counter. Right off the bat, the guy at the register had his eyes glancing between them, before his eyes stopped at Nogla and stuck there. Flicking up and down as a smile slowly started to spread to his face.
Fuck.
"Uh, just wanna vanilla. Don't wanna use all yer money." Nogla said, waving the menu away that Marcel offered to him.
"You sure? I don't really mind anyways." Evan said, glancing at the register guy and swearing that if his smirk grew any wider, he's slap it right off of him.
"Mhm! Simple's good fer me. Plus, we still need ta hit t'at gaming store. I need more Pokémon." He laughed, turning to head for a booth.
"Don't you have enough of those?" Tyler asked, quick to follow in case any men tried to talk to Nogla.
"Says ye." He shot back, jabbing a finger into Tyler's chest. The other laughed at that, swatting his finger away.
"He's right though. We got places to be. Just get us all the same shit." Jon said, shrugging at Evan before him and Marcel were heading with the other two.
"Alright, uh okay. Guess we all wanna vanilla then." Evan said, digging in his back pockets for his wallet.
Brian watched as the guy nodded, quickly typing into his register before leaning over the counter.
"Yup, that's eighteen for ya. By the way, is your friend single?" He asked, holding his hand out as Evan handed the twenty to Brian, moving to put his wallet away.
Brian set the dollar in the guys hand, but when he went to pull back, Brian grabbed his arm and yanked him forward. The guy was practically over the counter and face to face with him.
"All we want are our damn ice creams. If ye so much as try ta talk to our friend, I'll personally cut yer balls off. Yer in, then you're out. No unnecessary chit chat, alright?" He spoke quietly, making sure the guy got the point straight away.
Brian wasn't gonna sit through another meaningless conversation between Nogla and some random worker who wanted in his pants. Not now, not ever.
"Yeah, yeah, totally. One hundred percent dude." The guy responded quickly, scared to make eye contact.
"Great." Brian said, letting go of the guy and letting him have the twenty, before him and Evan were walking over to their friends.
"Protective much." Evan laughed, earning a sigh and roll of Brian's eyes.
"Men are disgusting." He said in defense, only getting a nod of agreement from the other. The two sat into the booth, not making an attempt to interrupt the conversation that was going on between Nogla and Jon.
"All I'm saying, is that Jason Voorhees would win in a fight with Freddy Krueger. That's my point." Jon said, holding his hands up as if he had won the conversation.
"Nu-uh. Freddy would win straight away." Nogla shook his head, crossing his arms over his chest as he folded his legs and leaned back into the booth like a scolding mother.
"And your proof is?" Jon asked, arching a brow. Not thinking that the other hand any hard evidence.
"Because he's hot." Nogla said mater-of-factly, smiling like he won the conversation now. Tyler and Marcel burst out laughing, as Jon just stared at Nogla in total confusion.
"Huh?!" He questioned aggressively, not quite understanding how that made Freddy Krueger stronger than Jason Voorhees.
"He's hot. By default, he wins in my book." Nogla grinned. He knew it didn't really make all that much sense, but he stuck by his opinion.
"Okay, I think we're focusing on the less important thing here." Evan mumbled, Brian instantly humming in agreement.
"Yeah, forget about te two fightin'. In what world is Freddy Krueger hot?" He asked, looking at Nogla in disbelief. Nogla could only laugh, loving the looks of confusion and perplexity on their faces.
"In my world he is. Plus, have ye seen how long his tongue is? T'ats good enough fer me." He smiled, knowing his friends always laughed at sexual humor. And it worked, they were laughing so hard, that other people were starting to stare.
And not the kind that checked them out. The kind that looked at them in concern.
"Oh my God, that's so disgusting." Jon laughed, wiping tears from his eyes. Nogla could only laugh in response, knowing he could continue with his evidence, but also not wanting to further share his weird desire of Freddy Krueger.
"Hey uhm...your vanilla cones." The guy from the front desk said, walking over with a cone holder with six cones.
Brian glanced up at him, shooting him a warning glance. The guy immediately looked away, not saying a word as the others grabbed their ice cream.
"Thanks man." Evan smiled at him. But it wasn't a friendly smile. It was more smug than anything, and it scared the shit out of the guy.
"Yeah, no...no problem." He mumbled, giving them all a tight smile before he was moving back to the front.
"Huh, wonder what his deal is. He looked terrified." Nogla muttered sympathetically, frowning as he watched the guy drag himself back to the counter.
"Eh, probably a rough day. Ye know how mean customer's can be." Brian waved it off, receiving a snort from Evan, but nothing else in response.
"Oh ye're right. I feel bad, should we leave 'em a tip?" Nogla asked, getting gently pushed by Evan towards the front doors.
"Nah, I'm sure he's fine." He brushed it off, sending a knowing grin in Brian's direction. The shorter Irish man could only shrug and eat his ice cream.

The game store was much further away from the small shops than the ice cream one was, so in order to get there, the guys had to walk straight across the mall.
It was a fairly large mall, being local and all. People came here often and it was especially crowded during the late afternoon and just before dinner.
It was just an hour after eleven so people were starting to flood in, but thankfully not as much as usual.
The stares were getting more relentless and it seemed the deeper into the mall they went, the more people didn't care to hide their staring.
The guys didn't care for the stares they got, but more for the stares Nogla got.
Like mentioned before, they haven't really thought that Nogla would get eyes on him. But now that they were faced with the situation, they didn't like it.
It just felt so wrong to them. For Nogla to be walking around and just stalked felt dirty. And even more so that he didn't know he was getting looks. At least the guys knew when they were being admired.
But Nogla was just too stuck in his own little world to notice.
"Hey, how about these? Aren't t'ey cool?" He asked, gesturing up to lenticular art posters. They were Call of Duty posters that changed images when you looked at it from different angles.
The guys thought the art was cool and all, but they didn't respond right away. One reason being, because Nogla was eating his ice cream so sensually. Not his fault that the man enjoyed taking his time with food, but it didn't help that it looked so cute yet so erotic.
Second reason being, that all these other nerds in the game shop were watching him eat his ice cream as well.
Now, average men liked to hide their staring, if not care of getting caught and winking at the person that they found attractive. But nerds and dweebs were a whole different breed.
They tried to hide their staring, but really sucked at it. And when they got caught, they did a horrible job at looking away and seeming like they were looking around casually. It was sad.
And even though Nogla hadn't caught them yet, the guys certainly had. And they didn't like it.
"Cool, yeah. Ya gonna buy it?" Marcel teased, stepping next to Nogla and smirking up at him knowingly. Partly moving next to him to block the view of him from prying eyes, but also to fluster him.
Nogla stared at the posters for a second, pausing in his ice cream licking. He then looked down to Marcel and flushed a bright pink, glaring down at him playfully.
"Ye know I don't carry pocket cash like t'at." He mumbled, knowing they the art was too expensive. Marcel laughed at that, wrapping his arm around Nogla all friendly like, but in reality, it was more of a protective manner.
"I knew you were cheap." He laughed, resting his hand on the taller's hip as they walked over to the Pokémon section instead.
"Fock off." Nogla blushed, continuing to eat his ice cream.
"Here, I'll buy them for ya." Brian offered, pulling out his wallet. Nogla glared over at him, but didn't look very intimidating while eating his ice cream.
"Don't be stupid." He snapped, being selfless but using an angry tone. To which Brian could only laugh at.
"Y'know what? Not t'at ye said t'at, I'm definitely buying you those posters now." He smirked teasingly. Nogla gasped at that, the guys laughing at his way of telling Brian not to buy him something.
"No! Then I'm gonna owe ye!" He complained, taking a quick lick on his ice cream. Brian could only laugh at that.
"Ye don't owe me shit, just accept it as a gift of some sort." He said, shrugging his shoulders. Nogla pushed his lips in a pout, crossing his arms and shifting his hip to the side.
"Liar." He claimed. The guys could only laugh more, for a second of their day, forgetting all about the looks they had been getting.
"No, I'm serious. It's a gift." Brian insisted, heading towards the cashier. But Nogla was quick to block his path, holding his arms out to made a sort of wall. Brian just sighed, putting his wallet away.
"Fine. Ye won fer now." He said, earning a satisfied sigh from the other as Brian turned away.
"I guess I'll just have ta buy t'em online." He smiled. The guys laughed as Nogla could only curse at him.
_
Maybe it was a bad idea, now that the guys thought about it. It was afternoon now and more people had came into the mall.
After leaving the game shop, the guys had wanted to take Nogla somewhere where he wouldn't be getting stared at. They were trying to be discreet about it because they didn't wanna explain to him why they didn't like guys staring at him.
They took him to the center of the mall, where the big water fountain sat. They assumed that people would be crowded there and it would be hard to spot Nogla in the stampedes of people.
But unlucky for them, the center was only mildly crowded. And eyes were on Nogla as if he was the most famous person of the century.
The guys wanted to leave. Badly. To just get out of the mall, hop in their car, and head back home where it was safe from perverted gazes.
But Nogla liked the fountain. He wanted to stay for a bit longer and insisted. And the guys didn't have the mental strength to say no to such an innocent face. They just couldn't.
So here they were, all sitting on the fountain and eating their popsicles. Yeah, they had just eaten ice cream but Evan's statement from earlier was too true.
Nogla was a sugar addict.
So here they were, glaring at any eyes that lingered on Nogla, all while trying to keep themselves from staring.
After all, Nogla wasn't getting stared at for no reason.
Sure, he was attractive physically, but he was also wearing clothes that made his body look even better.
It was a noticably hot day. Hence why Nogla demanded for popsicles right after eating ice cream. But he also wore clothes for the occasion.
He was wearing tight skinny jeans, which was a regular for him. But along with that, he wore a loose, cropped sweater and  it didn't help that his jeans were low waisted and his underwear strings were showing. And they weren't male underwear.
But God was it hot.
"Uh...ye want a jacket or something? Te waters splashing on your back." Brian offered, using that as an excuse to try and cover Nogla up a bit. Because though he looked cute today, he'd rather him cover up his body than show it off.
"Mhm, no I'm good. It actually feels kinda nice." He said, humming in pleasure as he lifted his hands up above his head.
The action caused his sweater to rise and show more of his stomach, allowing more water to spray his back. But also more eyes to stop and pause.
And hell did the water look good highlighting his pale, porcelain skin.
"Uh...you sure? It is sorta chilly, right?" Jon butted in, trying to get Nogla to agree to Brian's request. Because he himself was trying not to stare.
"Chilly? No, I'm great." Nogla smiled, returning the popsicle back to his lips as he folded his legs, leaning back on his palm.
"God damnit David, stop displaying your fucking curves." Tyler hissed, yanking Brian's jacket right off his back and draping it around Nogla's slim shoulders, pulling him closer as if asserting possession over him to all the guys staring.
Nogla froze, his face flushing as Tyler brought him into his chest, grabbing his legs and pulling them across his lap.
Nogla blinked in confusion, trying to register what was going on.
The rushing out of the diner, the scared cashier at the ice cream shop, the way Marcel held him at the gaming store. Hell, even the jacket offer.
It all made sense now.
Nogla glanced over to the guys. They weren't looking at him, but they were blushing slightly. However, all while glancing around quickly, sending glares at random guys that looked their way in interest.
He then shifted his eyes around the mall, seeing men look away when he caught their gazes.
Oh...
"Was I... accidentally acting slutty or somethin'?" He then asked, drawing out a loud laugh from Tyler, not having expected those words.
"Well not necessarily...but yeah. Yeah, you were." Evan shrugged, sending a reassuring smile in Nogla's direction.
The latter pursed his lips, nodding slowly as he rested his hands on Tyler's arm, slowly sucking on his popsicle in thought.
"You're doing it again." Jon pointed out, this time not bothering to look away from the way the treat stained Nogla's once pink lips, red.
"Shit." He cursed, bringing the treat away from his mouth. The guys could only laugh at that, adoring the man for how adorable he was at times. Hell, for adorable he was at all times.
"Uh...have I been stared at...all day?" He asked nervously, glancing around to see that he was still getting looks his way. Despite the way Tyler was holding him protectively.
"Yup. All fuckin' day." Tyler confirmed, pulling Brian's jacket around Nogla better to cover up his exposed skin.
"Oh..." Was all the Irishman could say, fidgeting with his popsicle embarrassedly as he pulled his knees up. Seeming to try and curl himself up into Tyler to hide himself.
"Heh, you're too cute." Brian smirked, reaching forward to boop Nogla's nose.
"Feck off." He mumbled, glaring as he averted his gaze in even more embarrassment. After all, this wasn't the first time that the guys have held him like this or made a comment like that to him.
Yey, he still never got used to it. They knew he was gay and he swore they would also know he liked them.
It was too obvious at this point.
"Quit fuckin' lookin' or I'll cut ya dick off!" Jon yelled, finally getting tired of all the bullshit. He seemed to have been yelling at nobody in particular, but the people in the mall were still shaken by the outburst. Fearing what would happen if they did look back over to the group.
"Our ass, not yours!" Marcel butted in, sounding more playful than angry.
"Marcel!" Nogla whined, causing a few of the guys to laugh.
"Yeah! Our bussy! You can't have him!" Evan shouted next, jumping up onto his feet with his hands in the air.
Nogla groaned, blushing deeply as he stuffed his face into Tyler's arm. Earning a reassuring kiss on his head from the taller.
"Aw, don't worry. We won't fuck ya too hard." He said. But it did nothing to settle Nogla's nerves. Nor dim his blush.
"Fuck ye guys." He sighed, griping Tyler's arm tightly as he felt his face burn.
"No honey, we do the fucking. You are the fucked." Jon said, making the guys laugh once more as Nogla shook his head rapidly, wanting the waterfall to just suck him in and drown him from existence so that he didn't have to deal with this embarrassment.
"Hey, David."
Nogla hesitantly glanced up upon hearing his real name be uttered by Tyler, only to squeak in shock when warm, firm lips pressed into his own.
"Tyler what the fuck?!" Brian shouted, feeling jealous that he wasn't the first to kiss Nogla. Tyler grinned when he pulled back. Not only enjoying the look of shock on Nogla's beet red face, but the clear jealousy that flashed across the guys' faces.
"What? I saw my chance, and I seized it." He said shamelessly, smirking at the way Nogla's popsicle just fell from his hands.
"Guys, he has enough to deal with. He doesn't need us fighting over him now." Marcel sighed, gesturing over to a few lingering gazes. Ones that were just cursed out by Jon again.
"Not to mention, we're gonna gangbang him later." Evan muttered playfully.
"What?!" Nogla now breaking from his daze, exclaiming in disbelief.
"Yeah, you didn't get the memo?" Evan asked sarcastically, yet doing a good job at being so casual about it.
"I... I-I.... I-"
It was almost funny how speechless Nogla became. But it was cuter than anything.
"You're reactions are funny." Brian laughed, standing up and stretching his arms above his head.
"Now, about tat gangbang?" He smirked, the rest of the guys standing up along with him.
"N-no! I'mma virgin! Leave me alone!" Nogla flushed brightly, attempting to bolt from them but Tyler's grip was too tight.
Wrapping his arms around his body and slinging him over his shoulder, he placed a firm hand on his butt.
"Then we're taking it from you." He smiled, the guys exchanging grins as they started for the entrance of the mall.
They were getting stared at again. But this time, they weren't of want. They were of concern. For Nogla. Because he was gonna endure a lot of...things when they got back home.
"Is this ye're guys' sick perverted way of asking me out?" Nogla huffed, laying limp in Tyler's grip, knowing he couldn't fight back.
"I dunno. Did it work?" Marcel asked, walking past Tyler and trailing a finger past Nogla's exposed side, earning a shiver when his fingers grazed his waist.
"K-kinda." He admitted, blushing when the guys just laughed.
"Welp. That's good enough for me." Jon shrugged, stepping behind Tyler and kissing Nogla. The kiss lasted much longer than the one with Tyler, despite them still walking.
It was clumsy and uncoordinated, but the two pressed into it regardless. Nogla actually making an effort to reach his hands up and pull Jon closer.
"Ohh, ye're flexible." Brian commented, watching the two practically make out.
"But how flexible exactly?" Evan smirked, earning Nogla ripping away from Jon and glaring at him with a red face.
"Eat my ass." He said, trying to use it as an insult. But it only backfired, when Evan smirked and spoke again.
"Oh? Ya want me to? Because I will." He grinned, causing him to only receive strings of Irish cursing in his direction.
The stares they got were annoying, yes. But at least it made the guys confident enough to tell Nogla their feelings for him.
Or at least... somewhat. Of course, they still needed to verbally admit them, and Nogla technically agreed to going out with them. But hey, sex was good enough for them for now.
