Seoha getting flustered and denying the kiss by arguing that it was a peck instead and jieum agreeing with him then showing him what a proper kiss is IS THE CONTENT I WANT FROM KDRAMAS

See you in my 19th life came to a satisfying end. The squad went to great length to meet Ji-eum after her memories got erased. Nice plot, great acting. Hope the actors will be rewarded with a big award.

how did my name managed to fuck up the last 20 minutes so bad like what writer thought that would be a good idea to end it like that (spoilers under the cut)
like one of the main points of the show is how killing someone changes you and how revenge is only going to hurt yourself and not going to make you feel better. the point was driven across when the first person song ji-u killed was not her father’s killer but do gangtae. and afterwards it was not triumphant but very lady macbeth, with song ji-u having nightmares about washing his blood off her body and still being haunted by him because she sought revenge rather than justice. jeon pildo even told her that when he spent his life thinking about killing the man who killed his sister it made him feel like a murderer, it made him feel dark and twisted and corrupted. he didn’t like the way even the thought of revenge was changing him, so he had to let that idea go, and he didn’t want the same thing to change song ji-u.
but in the last 20 minutes they suddenly decide it’s a good idea to (1) kill off jeon pildo very suddenly and (2) have song ji-u go and face choi mujin and kill him because he killed another person she cared about. and she does. she kills him. thus throwing out any ideas about not taking revenge and seeking justice by bringing him in through the system instead.
stories about straight-up revenge are perfectly fine and very interesting but if you have a story about revenge that hinges on the idea that revenge is a bad thing, then maybe it’s not a good idea for you to end you show with the main character actually taking their revenge and killing the person they wanted to kill.
