#SheetPanMeals Oven Fried Eggs. Shout out to @keytomylime for the idea. I wanted eggs but didn't want to stand at the stove to cook them. So I thought, I can make so many other things on a sheet pan, what about eggs. #GameChanger and Delicious! My new cooking motto: if I can't use an Air Fryer, Sheet Pan or Crockpot, then I don't want to make it. I'm lazy, I'll admit it, and I do not enjoy washing a bunch of different pans and dishes that are only dirty from meal prep. Nope. I try to avoid it at all costs if I can. Who's with me? I had a busy day so not a lot of actual writing today but I did watch several YouTube tutorials on writing, writing planners, and planning your writing. I don't think we realize that writing a book, blog, or articles, is not just something you sit down and do off the top of your head (I can only do that with poetry), however, there's a lot of pre-planning that goes into writing and this summer has been a true learning curve for me in this area. I've changed my blog content plan like a hundred times since April lol. I think that I sometimes make it harder than it needs to be. I'm teaching myself not to do that. So I guess that was my goal this week, to find tools and resources to help me in my writing journey.
